I've just moved up to work full time as a personal trainer at a gym in the CBD. This keeps me fairly busy but I always find time to enjoy life. I'm into health and fitness, with my main hobbies revolving around training and being active. This can be training in the gym, or a swim down at the beach in between clients. I'm looking for a place that not only gives me a roof over my head, but people to enjoy life with too. As I am new to Sydney, housemates to explore the nightlife with, who enjoy getting out and about are a priority. I'm friendly, easy going and very clean and tidy.
I'm laid back, easy going, clean and tidy, non smoker, qualified chef. I like to keep to myself but also enjoy company for a meal or a beer. I'm 25 years old and currently work as a full time barista and cafe manager in marrickville and am looking to move closer to work.
Howdy! I'm moving up from Melbourne to start a full-time software engineering job, and looking for a furnished room close to a train station and not too far from the Sydney CBD. I'll be available to move in as of Feb 27th. As a flatmate, I'm tidy, quiet, and responsible. (I do like to play guitar and ukelele for fun, but only when the noise is not a problem for other housemates.) I keep pretty regular working/sleeping hours. I think good communication is the single most important determinant of a happy, functional household, and I'm a good communicator, even when awkward or uncomfortable issues need to be addressed. I like to cook a couple times a week, although I'm not very adventurous. I'm vegetarian and I try to avoid eggs, but other than that I'm not picky with food. (I also have no problem living with non-vegetarians. I'm not preachy.) I like coffee (read: need it to function properly). My ideal home would have a little garden, to help me build some gardening skills. I'm keen to meet people outside of work, so hanging out with housemates on weekends is an appealing prospect, but I also need plenty of time to myself and respect others who need likewise. Although I work in tech, in my spare time (a.k.a. real life) I'm more into the arts and nature than machines. I used to study creative writing and still read a lot; I also enjoy films and music very much. If you're in a book or movie club, can I join? Look forward to hearing from you! (Whoever you are, mysterious reader.)

Hi! I'm from sweden and I just came to Sydney. I'm looking for a room to rent. Right now I'm staying at a hostel in bondi junction, and I like this area a lot. But I'm open to experience different parts of Sydney as well. I really like to have my things together so it's never gonna be messy living with me. I'm a very postive person and have a lot of energy. I'm always looking for new adventures.
I'm 24 and I work full time; moving to Sydney in April for work for a minimum of 1.5 years. I'm a VERY tidy person, who wants to move in with like-minded people of a similar age. I currently run a warehouse shift in Melbourne, but will be moving to Head Office in Sydney for three six-month rotations for my graduate program. I will be working the usual 9-5 during my time in Sydney, and that means I'll be unwinding most weeknights. Love a night out and getting stupid on the weekends, but that's few and far between - I'm down for clubbing but prefer drinks at a bar or a chill night of BBQ and drinks at home. I'll always be down to socialise with roommates, but I do like my own time to myself too. I also have a miniature dachshund called Obie who's housetrained, but makes the odd mistake here and there. I will be trying my hardest to find accomodation to suit, but family are more than willing to take him in if I can't find a suitable home. I have all necessary furniture and can bring a 50" TV with a wii and an xbox to sweeten the deal.
Hi, I'm looking for a spacious, relaxed and friendly household to join with like-minded people. A bit about me: I work in Social Justice/Education as well as doing some P/T nanny work. I also volunteer at Alfalfa House. Stuff I like doing is the regular stuff: reading, cooking, watching Netflix, yoga, weekend Farmers Markets, trips to the ocean, arty/crafty stuff, music. I go away fairly regularly on weekend adventures for a good dose of nature. I'm also really looking forward to riding a bike again around the city. Chats over cups of tea and wine are always welcome and I love a balance of connecting with flatmates but also respecting each other's space. I'm easy going, open minded and considerate. Reliable and good with paying rent on time ;). A little garden and compost would definitely be an added bonus. Looking forward to finding a comfy new home. I'm flexible with the move in date.
Hi, Im Charles Currently studying at nirimba so i need somewhere near a station Im Filipino so if you play basketball 1v1 me I dont play instruments so im quiet And im clean I work part time at a warehouse
Hey there! I am a very easy going and friendly person. I am tidy and considerate of others with over 15 years experience in house-sharing! I work full time in digital media and am looking to take up some fitness or sport after work. On the weekends I spend time with my kids, hang out with friends and am interested in art and music culture. I separated from my wife late last year, but we still talk and keep things amicable. We have three beautiful daughters together who will be living full time with their Mum. My kids are quite young and I want things to be “business as usual” for the next little while so have decided I won’t be introducing them to my new place just yet. Aside from that I am ready to create a new home for myself and get things back on track. I am interested in sharing a place with one or two other people at the moment and if there is any possibility of having my own bathroom that would be grand! Please feel free to get in touch so we can meet up for a coffee or a beer and get to know each other a little better :) Cheers, Shaun
We are a fun and sociable couple who love a bit of chat and banter, but also need our downtime and respect other peoples need for this too. We are looking for a short term arrangement at the start, as we are unsure if we'll still be in Sydney long term. If we stay in Syd and the house works out, would be interested in staying on if it suited you :)
Hi, I am Will. I'm currently looking to join a share house with like minded people in their 20's or 30's. I'm a relaxed guy who is happy socializing or locking myself away watching a tv series. I'm into skateboarding, live music and having the occasional beer.

Hi guys, I'm 29 from England here on a working holiday. Love my footy, most sports, movies and getting out with mates on the weekend. Been in Sydney around 4 months and looking to move due to landlord selling my current place. Work 6 days a week so like to spend my weeknights chilled out. On the weekends I usually find myself at the beach or a festival with friends. Looking for a place in Zetland, Waterloo, Redfern or nearby to be close to work. Looking to stay around 3 months maybe longer depending on work. 10th of March is when my existing lease runs out but can move in sooner if I find the right place. Anything else you wanna know feel free to ask!
hello, my name is Paula, I'm a 25 years old Brazilian that works at a bar and I go to school twice a week. My working hours are a little bit crazy since I work at a bar, but It doesn't matter what time I get home, I'm always quiet and respectful. I'm a very tidy and I always clean after myself. I'm not really a party person, I usually like to go to pubs or stay home, watching something and have a beer. let me know when I can come for an inspection cheers
My name's Raffaele we are a couple from Italy. I'm an Architect and my girfriend is a Hairdresser we are very friendly and quiet people. We are looking for accomodation for not less than 6 month.
My name is Laura, I currently work for a grocery company, so I come with delicious and cheap groceries. On top of this, I have a cute little mini rex bunny, Daisy. She is the perfect pet because she is cuddly, quiet and easy to maintain. I love cooking, there's always something brewing in the kitchen. If I'm not cooking, I'm on the lounge with a bottle of wine and Netflix.
I'm a well-balanced human with plenty to share.. I absolutely love being amongst great company yet just as equally love my own space/time. I work in Project Management with an education in Architecture - not to mention a colourful set of experiences along the way. I'm super respectful of people, their personal space and property. I'm genuine and open minded as I like to make a point of not judging people for who they are (I don't do drama very well). I aim to live a holistically healthy lifestyle by eating well and keeping active both mentally and physically. I don't watch TV (only movies) and tend do it in my own space if I do (I'd prefer to bond over dinner and drinks than sitting in front of the box). I love my music (although some would question my song choices) and like to hear it in the background but am fine with headphones when it needs to be done. Triple J is a fav. I like to keep spaces clean and am pretty tidy. I tend to have a minimalist mindset (it's a process) so I'm mindful of what I bring into my house. I don't mind sharing a bathroom as long as there's a powerpoint for my electronic toothbrush (yes I'm one of those people but not really if you know what I'm saying?). I think I'm heaps of fun to be around and have a positive attitude to life (lolz all round) and I steer clear of passive-agressiveness - communication is mucho importante! I come with a tiny dog (Louis the long-haired Chihuahua) who can be FOMO at times but is always great company (let's just say that everyone thinks he's the cutest little nugget). He doesn't shed and doesn't have a doggy odour about him. I'm happy for others to interact with him as much as they want. I also don't expect anybody to take care of him (food, cleaning, etc.) so no need to worry about that. He spends a lot of time with his grandparents, especially during the week. Check me out/contact me on IG: etndbs Peace.
I currently work at channel 9 in the city doing advertising and sales. I also will start working part time for Football NSW at the end of March doing some writing for them as well as studying online through Australian Institute of Fitness this year. I am looking to move closer to work from my current living situation. I am a very easy going person and easy to live with. For fun I enjoy sport as I do play soccer, going to the beach, going out on the weekends and socialising.
I am clean and tidy and I'm an easy going person who won't be a burden to live with. I work for Westpac Bank and I have long hours so during the week I will only be home in the evenings. I am originally from Adelaide and have only been in sydney for 6 months. I moved here to further my career.
