Hi I'm Hannah! I am - a marketing student at UTS - clean and reliable with rent - easygoing and can cop some banter - appreciative of our own privacy but still want to go for coffee and have dinner together sometimes - working at a gourmet donut shop (free donuts for living with me 😎) I'm looking for - a chilled group of gals who want to share a home and be friends not strangers - private room in existing place or we can find a new one together - a place with easy access to transport, max 30 min to get to central (preferably less but willing to compromise for a beaut place) - bathroom shared with only one other - move in in late January (lease ends around the 20th but happy to move in February) stay for at least a year I know it's impossible to judge someone over a tiny bio, so if you think it could work please get in touch I'd love to get to know you before we move in together. Ps. Sorry in advance for the shit jokes
Hi I’m Stephanie and I come from China, I’m studying in Sydney. I am very interesting about western culture, happy to make friends form different countries. I like walking, doing yoga and gym. I'm easy going, and would love to live with someone nice.
Hi! My name is Connie, I’m a 26-years old girl from Chile. Back in my real life I’m a psychologist, but here I work full-time as a warehouse manager for an awesome start-up. Netflix has become one of my best friends, but here I’m trying to put that on pause and go outside to discover all the amazing places Sydney has to offer. I don’t drink, don’t smoke — but I definitely enjoy having a nice conversation that includes some good laughs (and I’m also a pretty good dancer). Since I’m working full-time, I plan to stay here for a while, so I’d like to find a place I that feels like home. And if it’s on a walking distance from my job, that’s even better.
I'm Sarah, 35, moving to Sydney from New Zealand as I'm ready for a change and a new lifestyle. I'm house proud, clean, relaxed and enjoy a chat with like-minded flatmates as much as respect alone time. I'm looking for work full-time in the IT industry, however currently signed up for full-time work on a temporary contract with a recruitment agency while I get settled and find my rhythm. I'm pretty active and social, enjoy exercise and creative things, so not home all that much usually, quiet and respectful and looking for a home to chill out in.
Hi, I'm an IT professional who works Mon-Fri 9-5 in city. I'm quiet and tidy, definitely not a party animal. Originally from Russia. Don't mind chatting, watching movies and enjoying a healthy lifestyle. I'm easygoing, open-minded and love pets. Love meeting new people and being social when I can. However, sometimes I’m quiet and I do just stay in my room browsing the internet or reading a book. Respectful of personal space, privacy.
LOOKING FOR A LARGE ROOM BETWEEN $200-260 Ahoy there. I'm Sam, 28, writer and theatre maker, main employment as a Visitor Services Officer at the Powerhouse Museum in Ultimo, plus some freelance work as a Theatre Tech and as an Escape Room Game Master. I love theatre and art, cooking and baking and talking all things food and nutrition, rearranging furniture and nesting, being crafty and making things, and chatting about existential dilemmas. Currently living in Lidcombe and looking at move out by the end of this lease at on January 24th. I am looking for a large bedroom in a roomy hopefully 2-bedroom place (sharing with only one other person) for all my things and baking supplies, with someone who is friendly but independent, mature and tidy. Also ideally someone who is an artist or in the theatre industry. Show buddies? Yes please! My schedule is pretty busy so I'm usually out and about or locked away working on a script, but I am definitely looking for a home not just a place to sleep. Also I don't drive so I need a place with excellent public transport options. Cheers, Sam
I'm a sculptor, photographer and I work as a freelance photographers assistant. I have my own workshop in greensquare so won’t be making a mess at home. Some of my work can be seen on www.woodsee.com I'm hetero, a bit deaf and wear hearing aids. I'm fairly quiet and have been told i'm very easy to live with. I have lived in a number of different share houses and remain good friends with many of my previous flatmates. I'm happy to socialise and will respect your belongings and space. I'm pretty neat, I love to cook, listen to music, beer, wine and conversation. Im interested in art, theatre and Netflix binge sessions. Must be 420 & LGBTQI friendly as I have zero interest in living with people who don’t realise it’s the 21st century.
Hi I'm looking for somewhere to live with my 18 month old English bulldog Terry. I would need a balcony or some sort of outdoor secure place for him to be able to stay while I am at work. He is fully house trained & well behaved. I am Irish, but have been here for 5 years. I am a social worker in western Sydney. I tend to stay quiet over the week as I work a lot and the commutes big. I spend weekends with Terry and friends. I'm clean, respectful
Hi, I am a professional working in IT studying part time uni. This means I am rarely home during the week. Due to my past experience and cultural background, I am very clean and organised and punctual. I hate messy kitchen or bathroom since I am using these too. I am very active person (roller-skates bicycle, motorbike, camping, handy work and non smoker). I don't mind having a beer at the evening or BBQ on weekends. Looking for room in a house/flat with garage preferably. I am happy to rent a house somewhere too. Not picky about suburb much as long as I can cycle to work (Alexandria),.
I'm Nate, Australian citizen. I work Monday to Friday as an Corporate Concierge in the CBD. I also work the occasionl sporting events. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, I don't smoke and don't drink and like cooking easy hassle free food. I love sports (nrl, epl, nfl) and staying active. I don't watch much tv or movies. Im a very clean, hygienic, quiet and organised person. I like a clean living room and bathroom. I have high standards and expect my housemates to do their fair share of housework too. I would prefer to live near a bus/ train station, prefer furnished rooms, and have bills included. I like living with professionals but I don't like smokers.
Hi, I'm looking to move back out from home in the near future. A bit about me: I like to watch and play sport, keep active and I always enjoy a drink. I am mad about basketball and can talk all things NBA or spend my entire day shooting hoops. I'm also a closet nerd who enjoys programming and building apps in my spare time. I work full time in IT in the city and would preferably find a place that is near public transport (ideally train).
I often try to keep my life as simple as possible. I am a non-alcoholic, non-smoker and don't have any pets. I am a vegetarian except for fish (but I don't mind living with meat eaters, smokers, wine lovers, or even party animals). I would consider myself being flexible, tolerant and resourceful. However, I find that living in Sydney can be very stressful. So I often turn into a worrier, when I should really be a warrior! (Unfortunately, I tend to worry too much, and that is a problem I am always working on.) Gender, nationality and culture is of no relevance to me whatsoever. What I look for in a share house is nice easy going housemates whom I can live with (hopefully long-term) without dramas. I have a good rental history and I can proof that. At present, my weekly budget for rent is $180-$250/wk. If you decide to SMS or send me a message via the website, please have patience (since it is not always convenient for me to respond to messages instantly, especially during business hours.) At times I may not logon to the flatmates website daily due to a busy lifestyle. Thank you for your understanding. Cheers.

I'm clean and quiet. Like to cook regularly. Work 9-5 and often out during the weekend. Mostly like to keep to myself but don't mind the occasional chat and hang out. For team ups, my current place in North Strathfield will soon have a spare bedroom available which requires a new lease to be signed. Message me if you're open to joining in on this new lease.
