Hello! My job has just moved to the Innovation Campus, so I am looking for accommodation that lets me get to work there really easily. I do have a car (annoyingly) so some sort of parking is needed. More on me though, a musical, environmentalist nerd type guy who likes to sing.
I'm a neat and tidy housemate who spends most of my time studying, I don't mind socialising every now and then, I love pets and would be happy to live in a household with them. I study Criminology at UOW.
I'm an artist from Canberra who works part time and I spend a lot of travelling between Canberra and Sydney. However, I am planning to start my Masters next year so I'm looking to move to the coastal outskirts of Sydney so I can be closer. I am a non smoker, I don't have a pet but I love animals so I don't mind if you have pets. I'm easy-going, friendly and I like to cook. I'm respectful of other people's space and privacy and equally enjoy relaxing/quiet time and socialising/having a chat.
I am a friendly, easygoing, trustworthy and tidy 18 year old studying a Bachelor of Creative Arts at UOW. I am looking to rent a room or team up with others to find a place anywhere in Wollongong. I am considerate and respectful of others privacy and alone time and enjoy my own company occasionally, but I also love to chat and interact with other housemates. I'm a pretty adaptable person so I'm happy to live anywhere and with any gender and age. I am tidy and clean up after myself and am more than willing to include myself in all household duties. I enjoy catching up with my friends and meeting new people. I'm from Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains so I love to spend time in the snow but I am also excited to move to Wollongong and be close to the beach. I'm also super relaxed and enjoy just hanging at home, sitting down with a red wine and having a good chat. I am wanting to move as soon as possible so please feel free to send me a message if you're interested!
We are Father and Son looking for somewhere to stay while we work in Sydney. My wife and my other son live and work on the South Coast but there isn't much work for Earthmovers in the area and I have to come to Sydney. My son Jake also works with me as a labourer so I will need 2 rooms or 1 room big enough for the both of us. We are really down to earth, easy to get along with and will never be home unless to sleep as we do long hours.
I'm fun, outgoing and can hold a good convo! I am a full time hairdresser in Shellharbour, I have my license and a car and am very fond of cats! (I have two cats, both small and very clean) I like to cook and am very creative! I'm not a big party person but I like to have a drink every now and then and let loose! You wouldn't regret having me as a house mate 😀

We are french students and we will study engineering in the University of Wollongong for one semester (spring session 2017) that's why we are looking for a shared flat. We really want to meet new people and discover the Australian culture and lifestyle. We are friendly, social, neat, not difficult and we like music and sport !

Hello, I'm from Malaysia. I am studying at University of Wollongong so I hope to find a home close to Uni where I can get to classes easily. If food shops or Coles are nearby would be a bonus too! I intend to get a private room preferably with an ensuite bathroom with a SHOWER. A shared toilet is okay as well *SHOWER*. Im a neat person who will clean up after myself or the mess I have created. I don't drink but I don't mind other people drinking. I'm a chill person who likes personal space but I'm also willing to hang out with housemates for a chit chat or meal.
Hi, I'm sandali, 18 yrs old from Sri Lanka. i'll be coming to Wollongong in July to study civil engineering at the uni of Wollongong. I am a poet and yogi looking for a sharehome with creative soul-minded people. I was born and raised in Adelaide, moved to Melbourne for a career in literary publishing, then travelled half the world only to find mySelf in Australia at Chenrezig Buddhist Institute, southeast Queensland. I'm a 33-year-old male studying transpersonal psychology in his spare time and practising a hermetic/heuristic form of eclectic spirituality based on teachings from Nature, spiritual masters, literary geniuses and musical prodigies. It's all dharma if we choose to see it that way. I'm looking for a place to live where I can set up home for the longish term, with people who are on the spiritual path, somewhere between southeast Queensland and south-coast New South Wales. I guess you could say I’m a semi-confused, half-recovered former hippy-careerist: I stopped using drugs in January 2017; my head half-spontaneously sprouted dreadlocks in 2015; my Saturn Return started in 2013; I quit my job and started travelling in 2011; I’ve been a seeker of mystical truth since birth in Adelaide, 1983. I’m looking for a sharehome that would ideally be drug- and alcohol-free, but knowing the creative soul-minded community, I appreciate this is … well, idealistic. A home characterised by moderation in moderation would be ideal. I am a man of open mind, heart and spirit who loves to communicate thoughtfully and explore emotional sensitivity for its creative and transformative beauty. I work hard at being the best man I can be, and I tend to expect nothing less from the people I share my time and energy with. So I’m looking for a sharehome of progressive, compassionate, intelligent and creative people who are working on themselves to make the world a better place from within. I live a life of simple material pleasures and intricate spiritual ones ~ above all I value and pursue the evolution of Consciousness. I observe celibacy as a spiritual practice and identify as non-binary / gender-neutral. I am currently weaning myself off tobacco and caffeine, with a view to establishing a yogic vegan diet by the beginning of 2018. I currently receive unemployment benefits with a temporary exemption to give me some time to recover from depression without having to look for depressing menial work (which I have done my fair share of throughout the years). I’m doing really really well in the mental-health stakes, and I look forward to being self-employed again as a poet and healer by the beginning of 2018 while I continue studying Eastern psychology at dharma centres on the east coast. I value honesty, trust and open communication. I am allergic to passive aggression, manipulation and self-righteous indignation. I embrace the differing lifestyles of others and I expect the same in return. For example, I prefer to have the dishes done before bed, but I don't berate myself or others when this doesn't always happen. I'm one for having rosters and rules we can break for a laugh. I am a clean but not-exactly-tidy person ~ I value order-in-chaos, and cleanliness, but would prefer to share a home that is lived in rather than a house that is always impeccably clean and tidy. I love to cook and share food with home-mates. I love adventure ~ camping, trekking, cycle-touring and learning how to eat native weeds without going the way of Alexander Supertramp. I studied permaculture in 2015, discovering that I have a heartfelt affinity for soil and compost. I love to garden and salvage materials from building supplies to coffee grounds. I love talking shit and having a cackle over a cup of tea in the morning. I also love getting my meditation practice done before I emerge into the home so my moods are not hanging out everywhere. I'm far less moody these days, since I purged a lot of demons in January. ^^^I am, clearly, an essayist as well as a poet.^^^ I will probably post this on my blog later :D
Hi! My name is Florian, I'm a 35y-old researcher from Germany, coming for a 8 week guest stay to the University of Wollongong. During the days, I'll be in the office most of the time. In the evenings, I love to do sports, cooking or check out the area. I've lived in several shared flats before, so I know how to keep things tidy etc. Always had good times with my flatmates. Cheers Florian
Hi there! I'm a friendly and easy-going young health professional from Sydney moving down the coast for work. I'm sociable but considerate and enjoy having my own space to retreat to. I have a lovely (and low maintenance!) little dog who looks an awful lot like Toto from the Wizard of Oz and I would love to bring him with me, if possible. I'm big into music, play a few instruments, enjoy watching good sport, can cook up a storm and love to travel. Looking forward to my next adventure!

Hi, I’m currently 17 years old (18 in July 2017), I’m hardworking, self-motivated and reliable in consideration of my studies and work. I work part time, which usually consumes a majority of my time. I'm fun to be with, tidy and respectful of privacy. If you have any further questions or would like to know anything else, please don't hesitate to contact me :)
Hey guys, I'm Rachel; 31, a former Sydney-sider looking for a coastal change. Currently I'm studying part-time to be a chef and am hoping to transfer my course to a Wollongong campus. I will shortly be working locally also. I'm easygoing and fully house-trained; enjoy local cafe spots, running in the park, browsing markets, hiking, yoga, coffee, cooking, photography, travelling, gathering with friends, the beach, reading and other stuff. In a housemate I look for an honest and upfront person with a warm personality (sociable; easy to converse with) who will allow me to make myself right at home! Should be considerate, clean (hygienic!), and mature. I do enjoy quiet time to myself as much as I love a good chat over dinner or a glass of wine together... so a balance between sociable yet respectful of each other's space would be great. Would prefer to live with a professional, or mature student. Drop me a line if that suits! Looking forward to meeting you.
Hey, my name is Mat, I am 25 years old, I am a clean, quiet person who is self sufficient and friendly. I have two years rental experience in Melbourne, and I am currently working full time in Shellharbour and just looking to move closer to work. Just looking for some other 20-30 year old to share with and meet some new people.
Hey there. I was born and raised in Jervis Bay but for the past 2 years i have lived on the Gold Coast. As im currently still living on the GC im looking at moving somewhere closer to home. I work full time as a hairdresser and am often out adventuring or excerising. I dont like to drink every weekend but do enjoy socialising. I am very tidy and like things in order. I do meal preps weekly so wont be taking up much room in the kitchen preparing meals for the evening. I am very easily to get along with as i talk alot for a job so holding a conversation has never been a hard thing for me. But in saying that i do enjoy my own company and will respect others also. If there is anything else you would like to know please dont hesitate to ask 😊
I am studying primary education full time at the university of Wollongong and am currently in my third year. I work part time in a pharmacy where I have been for 5 years and attend church twice a week. In any spare time I have after this, I am usually most happy visiting family and friends 😊
Hi, my name is Bruce. I'm returning to Sydney in early January after a year working in the UK. I work for a US Healthcare company and will be splitting my time between our Mascot HQ and visiting customers in QLD. I'm in my 40's, don't smoke and like an outdoor lifestyle (hiking, beaches etc), fairly busy with work during the week, but like the odds glass of wine and to go out for a beer and a nice meal now and then. Looking for somewhere with some outdoor space (the more the better, I'm happy to help with gardening etc). I'm happy to commute. I have my own social life but it's good to socialize with housemates, I respect the privacy of others and appreciate we all need time to ourselves. I have rented out rooms in my own house in the UK for many years, so know how to keep things running smoothly. I'll be travelling quite a bit, so will often be away on business. When I'm in the office I'm usually out 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri with occasional weekend work.
I'm a quiet student, 22, Sydney born and raised. I spend most of my time reading, gaming, or hanging out with my friends when I'm not at Uni. Down for a chat/dinner/to watch some TV together, but mostly like to keep to myself. Currently on centrelink student payments, so rent will always be on time. I'm not always tidy, but I'm always clean. Laid back and easy to get along with - if I have a problem I prefer to sit down and discuss it, and I would hope my room mates do the same. I love animals of all description - I'd love to live in a house with a cat, I miss mine at home! Non smoker, but don't mind if you do as long as it's not in the house. I have no preferences for room mates except that they keep communal areas clean. Male or female, gay or straight, student or working, I'm happy to room with just about anyone :)
Hello, my name is Luke and I'm looking for a room between Stanwell Park and Thirroul. I'm a teacher working in the Sydney which keeps me fairly busy. I do a lot of surfing, and am also writing a book which takes up time too, I am in fact going through the long process of finding a publisher - takes time. I also do a lot of cooking and photography (I have a market stall at Paddington markets, although I'll be attending to that less in the future), as well as music (the guitar - in a quiet way) and if I can I like to restore, paint, and fix up furniture and the like. I'm easygoing, but I seem to have a lot of hobbies - which means I'm up and about a lot of the time. I like to go out when I can too, and meet up with friends, I'm not at all the party type however. I'm just looking for a place that fits with all of that. I'm a clean flatmate and would prefer a place that's looked after. I also like to chat and spin yarns with my flatmates if there's time, and with whoever else might be around. Thanks for you time. Luke
Full time student at UOW, very friendly, easygoing, clean and respectful. Looking for a room to rent in Wollongong and preferably near a free shuttle station. Spend most of my time studying and for fun I enjoy watching sport and play volleyball or soccer and yeah thats pretty much it.
Iam easy going, Iam always smiling, hard worker, Iam very clean growing up with an OCD mother, Iam very appreciative with whatever I have and always keen to help out with anything in anyway that I can, Iam a tiler who works full time five to six days a week start early in the morning and wouldn't be home to later that evening, I can tell you that you won't find a better housemate, I do like to dress up and have a few drinks in town, I like to go to gym atleast twice a week, if you want someone to get you giggling around the house or someone who has no problem scrubbing the toilet bowl, Iam your man.
I am studying full time and I'm currently working as a IT contractor but hoping to find a part time job. I have my own car so I don't need to be living near a bus stop or train station. Also I go to the gym around 6 am during the week. Don't mind hanging out or just being by myself.
Hi, I'm looking to move to the North Illawarra area from Canberra. I have a beautiful big inside dog named Supti who goes everywhere with me. I'm a student of philosophy and film, and a yoga teacher. I'm a non smoker/non drinker, clean and considerate. I love live music/markets/local arts, all things beachy, healthy living, and dance. I appreciate space/privacy and also friendly chats/company :)
Searching for a room, but only looking to stay for a few months before I go off to travel. I work full time in administration at a high school, and I bartend casually. I also try and keep myself busy with some part time college work! I'm usually a quiet to-myself sort of person, but still love being social and enjoying a nice glass of white on a Friday night :) I also like to think as myself as somewhat mature for my age, and actually enjoy cleaning (it's somewhat therapeutic for me and probably quite strange..)
After 6 years living in Sydney, I've decided to head back to the Gong! I'm looking for a room to lease in the Wollongong/North Wollongong area from April. You won't see a lot of me during the week as I work full time in the City. I'm very active and exercise quite a lot. On weekends I like to relax after a long week and have a good Netflix binge. I'm also quite social and love hanging out with friends. I'm very clean, organised and respectful. Let me know if you have a place that you'd like to share with me!
Prefer room to be furnished. 180 including bills and internet. Someone clean, helpful, sociable and also respects personal space. Love doing all kinds of sports, binge watch tv series and takes studies seriously. Also love making puns.
Hey my name is Taylor I'm 21 yo female, I work full time bartending. I'm very laid back & easy to get along with. I very tidy and respectful of others and their space. I love to have a laugh and be social, but also love my own space. I'm not a big party girl as I'm always working weekends, but I don't mind having a few now and then. Can't wait to hear from y'all :)
