Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: *Wollongong x 3 *Cessnock x 1 Couple *Gregory Hills x 2 *Cronulla x 2 *Manly x 2 *Kirrawee x 4 *Gymea x 3 *Swansea x 1 *Coffs Harbour x 2 *North Melbourne x 1 We now have the following visas APPROVED and are planning deployment to Australia: Mona Vale - looking for twin share room for 2 females - arriving Saturday 14th October Please note: we are unable to commit to a move in date until the visa has been approved. Hello, I am currently studying a Diploma of beauty therapy full-time and working nights at basketball and will be beginning work in a beauty salon within a few weeks. Although I am 19 years of age I am a very mature, respectable young lady. I have been living out of home at my friends for a year and a half now (paying my way but not technically renting), I am quiet, will respect your belongings and your privacy.
Hey guys! looking for an awesome place to move into! I love meeting new people and am looking for a new experience. I am neat, organised and easy to get along with. Would love to find roomies who love casual wine and cheese nights every week!
Hello, I'm Gianluca, I'm 36 and I'm from Italy. I'm in SYD Since February 2017, and now I'm looking for a new place. I'm honestly more interested in sharing rather than a studio apartment, so a single/master room could be great. I think is not time for me to live alone and I would like to talk with people, I still need some improvements for my English. A little about me: I'm a Security Consultant, working in the CBD. I don't smoke and I'm very interested in every type of sport. I would like a room in a two bedrooms apartment or at least with no more than 3 rooms. Feel free to ask whatever you want. cya!
Hi, I'm Asfak. I'm from Bangladesh. Now I'm moving to Australia to join UOW for my Bachelor Degree from February and I need a place to live in. I'm neat and clean, Non smoker and respectful to others as well as their cultures, customs and privacy. I'm free minded and easy to get along with. Looking forward to find a nice place to stay from where I can go to the UOW quickly. PEACE.
G'day, Im a 27 year qualified carpenter/ high safety specialist from Melbourne moving to Wollongong for uni. Friendly in nature, hard working, hygienic, respectful of others and athletic. ill be studying part time at Wollongong un,i starting the 16th of October 2017 and working full-time. Hey! We are 2 young guys setting up for an amazing summer and we are looking for a weekend hangout. We work in Kangaroo Valley building things and are looking for a place in Wollongong so we can spend the weekend around other young people and have a good time. As the profile suggests my name is Alex, I studied Landscape Architecture and in my post uni trip to Europe I got very distracted helping restore a sailing ship which is where Thor and I met. He has now come out to Aus to help build some stuff in Kangaroo Valley, he is also a sailor, has enchanting eyes, flowing curls and plays guitar. The full package. We are old souls with young hearts and minds. We love activities like cooking strange things, crafting things, swimming, making up random songs and having a boogie to live music but no pop doof doof, please no pop doof doof (maybe only as a guilty pleasure once in a while).
easy going, great sense of humour and keep to myself a lot but in saying that I do like to have a drink every now and then so if I live with someone with the same interests that would be awesome. I work full time as a vet nurse and am studying photography. message me for more details.
I'm from Perth and have been in Wollongong for almost a year now. I work full time as a carpenter and on weekends I like to get outdoors. I'm into health and fitness but I still enjoy having a few drinks. I'm quite social, considerate and also very clean/organised. Ideally i'd like to live in or near to North Wollongong. I'd love to live in a social house which is like one big family. I'm also a big animal lover so a house with a dog would be a bonus!
Hi, I'm Penny and I currently live in Brisbane in a sharehouse, but I am ready for a change and wanting to move down to NSW to be closer to family, I'm a quirky animal loving chick, that also enjoys her passion pop and has 2 very friendly cats. I am currently living with 5 girls in a lovely big sharehouse so I am used to being considerate of others, I am generally a clean person (just don't look at my room sometimes 😛) and can clean up after myself. I currently work full time but am looking into studying when I get down to NSW. Would prefer a bigger bedroom as I like to lock the cats up with me at night but I am open to almost anything 😊
Hello, I am new to Australia, i arrived here from New York. I came here to play futbol (Soccer ) i have been living in Mt. Warrigal for the past 4 months. However i plan on moving out really soon and looking for a place to stay:) I am very easy to get along with, love to work out, relax, watch movies, like to cook, and just chill. if you got any question let me know !
My name is Oliver, 34 yo full time doctor working at Wollongong hospital. I'm super easy to get along with, keen on outdoor activities and don't mind a glass of red. I'm a well seasoned housemate, respectful of common shared areas and clean. I'm looking at buying a house within the next year so ideally a 6-12 month share agreement.
I've been out of home from 18 where I moved down to the Illawarra from the Central Coast for work. I'm doing University part time studying Computer Science and working Full Time in a cadetship for a local industry. I enjoy having a tidy house in public areas ensuring I don't make a mess or anything that effects other flatmates. I am very social and would enjoy having a couple of drinks making new friends and potentially have the occasional night out. I also make sure to give others space when needed. For sports and recreation I mostly like to surf during summer and snowboard during winter. I currently own some tables, chairs and some kitchenware I can take during the move if required.
My name is Belle and I am a 21 year old student studying in Sydney! I am currently living in Newtown in a share house, but have really gown out of living in the city and am looking to move closer to the coast for a more chilled life style :) I have family living in Austinmer that visit regularly plus two full days of uni in the city so I won't be hanging around a terrible amount. However I am relaxed and friendly and happy to hang out and have a laugh but totally respect personal space! I love to cook and spend most of my time outside hiking, surfing and lazing about in the sun.
We're both outgoing, always up for a laugh and the occasional beer. We're neat, tidy and respectful tenants. We enjoy others company, but also value privacy. I work full-time in retail, but am also a part-time student at UOW. Chirag works as a full-time chef, and enjoys gaming in his spare time. He loves to cook, and is extremely good at it. So if you'd like to have the occasional high quality home-cooked meal, then look no further. We're looking for a decent sized room. We prefer our own bathroom but it isn't essential. Please message me if we seem like the right fit :)
Hey guys! We're a down to earth, friendly couple that are looking for a place to rent in Wollongong. Not so fussed where but we'd prefer something close to the beach, cafes etc. We're both laid back and love the outdoors so we'll often be at the beach, going for a hike and we love a BBQ! We both have full time jobs and I'll be working in Wollongong from October so we'd like to move out soon or near the end of the year :) Feel free to send me a message and we can have a chat
Young but mature, Great cook and happy to make little family meals for everyone in the house, very sociable but also likes quiet space from time to time. Clean and tidy. I work 6 days a week so I'm usually out of the house most of the time but I wouldn't mind having drinks with other roomies or little parties every once in a while. I have a little cat names Luna, she's an absolute sweetheart and I'd love to bring her with me if possible. But I'm also open to non pet housing as she lives with my parents at the moment.
