Hi Im Tyson I moved to Sydney about a year ago for work, I’m a helicopter engineer on the rescue helicopters at bankstown airport and have decided to move closer to the city. I consider myself a bit of a joker and fun to be around. Can be serious when the occasion calls for it though. Have always paid my bills on time and am usually ahead by a month or so. I’m looking for a nice place to live for atleast the next 6 months. But to me the housemates are just as important as the house. Aiming for a somewhat social house but somewhere where i can also have my own space. Ideally housemates in their 20s I have furniture for a room but will take the right furnished place so Pretty flexible . I have a motorcycle which I’d prefer to store under cover but this isn’t essential. Looking forward to hearing from you
Hi I am moving over from Perth to Sydney to work as an IT professional. Clean, quiet 9-5 guy who enjoys an active lifestlye so I won't be home most of the time probably at the gym or eating out. Yup I am a foodie ! And if I am home I'll probably be watching netflix or chill with my new housemates or in my room not disturbing anyone. Cheers !
I'm 31 yo French, I'm in Australia for the next 8 months at least, I'm working full time in the city as a beauty consultant. I'm friendly, clean, I like meet new people but I also need some privacy. Will be happy to meet you !
Hey guys, Super excited to be coming to Sydney in July as a Chemical Engineering student at UNSW!! I had worked really hard at my transfer college to be able to gain an advanced standing entry into UNSW, and am in a super happy place in my life right now that those hours paid off! --About me as an individual: I was born in India but have spent my schooling years from 3rd grade onward in Singapore. I've been really passionate about Chemical Engineering since 9th grade and aim to develop a revolutionary polymer some day. Super fond of cooking too, and I think that's just an extension of my passion for chemical engineering related things. Many more such extensions are yet to be discovered! Right at the onset, I would like to tell you - I proudly hold politically incorrect opinions on many of the sensitive topics like feminism, income equality, religion acceptance etc. AND as much as I ABSOLUTELY LOVE to debate, if I begin to realize that the debate would grow nasty soon, I back out immediately. I genuinely RESPECT every person and every opinion but I CAN'T AGREE to every person and every opinion. Exploring and adventure is my addiction. I am always up for a plan to go camping, cycling (I love cycling) or motor-biking (the best). Not a huge fan of trekking but I have always enjoyed it with good company and on a decent route. --About me as a flat-mate: I am a super organized guy; when I arrive at Sydney, you'll see how I will unpack 30kgs of things from my mid-sized luggage. Sometimes, I genuinely consider making a YouTube video tutorial on how to pack lol. I cook almost all my meals, but I'll be honest, I am no Gordon Ramsay. I am right there with those who cook to survive. Don't get me wrong though, my hygiene standards are all international standards compliant. I would love to have occasional fiestas where we chat, have some nice home-cooked meals and just cool the week's load off. If it hasn't come across yet, I am big-time an engineer at heart and I would gladly fix technical issues around the house. GLADLY. Been in charge of that at my home all my life and I have the solutions to almost 80% of everyday technical issues that arise in a house such as, WiFi/Computer/Android(not IOS) related, or related to toilet flushes, electrical wiring etc. --- So, That would be all about me. I will be completely honest, I don't have too much experience sharing houses, just of 1 month when I shared a house with a close friend, so I guess it doesn't exactly count. But trust me, I am a really easy-going and super accommodating guy. I believe I have the potential to be a great flat-mate but I would still insist that we speak over Skype so that you get an opportunity to ask anything to your future flat-mate. Thanks a lot for considering me! Have a great day and hopefully, we can speak soon!
My name is Emily, 28 y/o English girl (NOT a backpacker!) I have been in Sydney for just over 2 years now. I work in customer service, either early mornings or late evenings (always good when you're sharing a bathroom to be on different schedules!). Super tidy, pretty clean. Not a party animal, but enjoy a night out every now and then. Looking for a chill environment where I can relax with a glass of wine and chat rubbish with housemates, or complain about how tired I am over a strong coffee in the mornings. :) On my days off you will either find me exploring the city, on a road trip, down the beach, or sleeping... Able to move ASAP.
Hey I'm Adam! Little bit about myself- I'm an easy going 33 yr old who works full time in Online Marketing. I grew up in the Eastern Suburbs and love the beach lifestyle. When I'm not working, I love doing yoga, going to beach, travelling, and playing soccer. I'm pretty easy going at home. I would consider myself a clean and respectful housemate. My partying days are all but over and I like to go to bed early most nights of week. That being said, happy to share the odd drink or meal at home sometimes.
Hi, I'm a management consultant looking for a place to stay near my office in Neutral bay, from mid April till end of the year. I don't smoke, rarely cook, and spend most of my time outside Please don't hesitate to contact me for any further info. Best Regards,
Hey! I‘m Yannick, a 24-year-old Videographer from Munich, Germany. I work Mo-Fr in a production company and would love to find a nice new appartment near the beach. Speaking of that, I like being outside, doing sports and shoot videos :) I‘m easy going and very clean so message me if you have a room available. Cheers!
Recently relocated to Sydney from Brisbane Easygoing, respectful, well travelled, friendly, trustworthy, responsible, tidy, non-smoking, Brazilian professional, senior procurement analyst. I don't know how to cook, except boiling eggs and sweet potatoes. So most of the time eating out. I also enjoy learning new things, especially different cultures, technology and photography. I like to see my friends and going out for a drink every now and then but always considered home as home and not a party place. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Denis
Hello potential flat/homies! First up, call me Bec (or Becma, Becco - lots to work with!). I am a friendly sort and have just returned from two amazing years living in London with three housemates in Brixton. I'm now back and working full time at UNSW and would love to join a house with around 2-4 others in their 20-30s. Looking for a spot in the inner-west somewhere with decent transport links to UNSW. I am a great baker and enjoy cooking of all sorts, and love a communal meal and the odd cider/beer/gin sesh. Super passionate about music (unfortunately totally untalented myself) and spent a number of long weekends travelling to see heroes like Paul McCartney and Robert Plant while I was overseas. I enjoy reading, gardening, yoga, climbing/bouldering, love the outdoors and often spend my Sunday mornings cycling with my Dad and a group of middle aged men in lycra :). I've grown up with budgies as the family pets but would be very open to living with a friendly cat or doggo (bonus- can promise introduction to my sister's super lovely golden retriever Finley!). I am a considerate, clean and tidy housemate and always pull my weight. Love a good chat and movie night. Do get in touch if you think I sound right for your place, I'd love to come for a viewing! Bec
