Hi! We are easy-going couple returning to Sydney after 1.5 month of holiday in Phillippines. We are polish professionals on work and holiday visa, I'm a Payroll Officer and Patryk works as a Land Surveyor. We are looking for a big master bedroom or room with own bathroom. We are not looking for a party place but we are keen to have a drink and dinner with our flatmates.
Hello, my name is Anatoly. I am student at one of the Hospitality universities in Sydney. I'm pretty easy going who loves to meet and get to know new people. I love to periodically have fun, but with the respect for people living with me. I am currently looking for long-term accommodation in Central/North Sydney Area in order to be close to my Work place and/or University.
Hi, my name is Niklas, I'm from Germany and I'm doing my PhD in Australia and Germany simulaneously. That's why I'm looking for a flat for only 6 months because after 6 months I'm going back to Germany for a while. In my free time, I love going to the gym, playing the piano and go rock climbing. But I'm also keen for an occasional glas of wine or a beer and a good chat in the evening. Currently, I'm still in Germany, but could come for a viewing from the 31st of January.
I'm a quiet person. Work and study. I like to be with my friends at times of meals. Sometimes I like to cook. I want a CLEAN place without parties and drugs. I dont smoke. And I want a home without cigarrettes. The minimum I will stay is 4 months, it can be up to 16 months.
Hey! My name is Naomi and I work most days of the week and study at UTS as well, so I'm out and about a lot of the time. I love going out with friends, but I also like chilling out at home in my free time. Also I like to hang out and chat, but have my own personal space as well. I'm easygoing, tidy, and reliable. Looking for somewhere that is long them and feels like home! My move in date is flexible - anytime between end of Feb and mid March
I work Full-time as a Professional in Insurance. I am super easy going, will happily talk, hangout, or leave you alone (Whatever suits you), typically I err towards being quiet as my hobbies are reading, playing games on my computer, or going for hikes as my job is very conversation based. I am currently renting my own studio apartment so naturally I have had to clean and take care of the property on my own, so cleanliness will not be a problem. I am looking for share accommodation to reduce the amount I outlay for rent. My move date is fairly flexible almost anytime in February is fair game.
I am an easy going person working full time. I like to gym in the morning and chill out weeknights. I am easy to live with and spend weekends out and about. I have a lil Spoodle only 7kgs that would be living with me. Non shedding and super chill also.
IT/Marketing Tech Consultant recently moved back from Tokyo to Sydney. Looking for somewhere on the North Shore to be close to my work in North Sydney. Initially looking to stay somewhere for roughly 6 months. Clean and tidy, friendly but private and often working late or away on business. Love running, outdoors and eating out.
I'm a young professional working in the CBD for a hotel chain. I generally spend my spare time at the gym, the beach or hanging out with friends. Have a fairly outgoing personality and will always contribute and keep a clean apartment/house.
Hey! I'm Bec and I am a 23 year old Nursing student at UTS. I was born in England but I am now an Australian citizen and I have lived in Sydney since 2003. I am a friendly, clean and considerate housemate. I love to cook new recipes, read, write and watch Netflix in my spare time. I am not much of a party person though may have the occasional drink with a meal or a night out with friends but I am always very mindful to those around me. I would like a home that didn't have frequent loud parties and were also considerate noise wise. I work part time at the retail store T2 and I am about to embark on long desired dream of becoming a registered nurse by studying full time at UTS. I will be kept busy working and studying but I am very excited about what 2019 will bring for me. I love to be able to come home and relax. I am happy to keep to myself but also down for a group of like minded people who don't mind a chat and the occasional meal/drink or netflix binge. I am a healthy mix of introverted and social. I have a long term boyfriend who may occasionally sleep over but mostly I do tend to stay at his house a few nights a week. I have lived out of home for the last two years and I have never had any issue paying rent and bills. My max for rent is $220 a week though would love something for less than that to help with my budgets. I need a room to accommodate a double bed, chest of drawers, a desk and a book shelf. Would love a room with a built in wardrobe but I can make other arrangements if need be. I have a few kitchen supplies and utensils that I would like to bring with me. I do also have a microwave and a big TV if you would like it but that can also be stored in my parents garage if it is not needed (xbox 360 as well if you are down for that). I need to be at a walk-able distance to decent public transport that can take me into the city and Macquarie. I also have a car so I do need to have free street parking accessible near by. Let me know if you think I could be a good suit to your home! Cheers, Bec
I work full time in accounts and studying part time. I'm easy going and quite laid back, I enjoy cooking and baking, weekend drinks, bush walking, and some outdoor stuff. I'm looking for a room for myself, at the moment i need it for 3 months with possibility of extending it
We are a friendly couple looking for a nice place to live in, enjoy the city and have some good times with our new flatmates, just don't want a place to go to sleep but also make it a home. We are very clean, respectful and organized. We sharing and having fun but also appreciate quiet times and respect personal space.
My sister (22) and I (24) are looking a housemate or two to join us in our listed areas. Hopefully someone friendly and tidy (lover of wine and trashy tv is a plus!). We both work full time and spend time at home chilling, cooking and keep busy on most weekends. We are about to secure a place so let us know if you would like to catch up! :)
A young financial professional looking for a room close to work. Easy and social person who likes to exercise. Coming up from Melbourne, looking to settle before the 24th January.
Im an exchange student from California studying early childhood development at Macquarie University. I love to cook, make ceramic pottery, and go to the beach in my spare time. Looking for a friendly and easy going house to live in for my last 6months here:)
