Hey all, I’m Jill and I’m looking for some like minded peeps who are busy professionals who like green and outdoors spaces to chill in! I’m a personal consultant by day and at nights I am usually at the gym, meeting friends, or studying a course at Sydney Uni. I am polite, clean, and respect others privacy. I’m interested in travelling, good food, and being outdoors. Not into partying or recreational drug use. My best chill evenings usually consist of a glass of wine and a good Ben and Jerry’s flavour ! I love Japanese food, and breakfast. I have a few hobbies, I have a stall in Kirribilli markets a few times a year. I still read books (no kindle) and enjoy the occasional Netflix binge. And I bake regularly. Would love to have a sweet place to call home close to the St Leonards or Sydney CBD to share with others. Looking for: -Reliable, responsible and clean Flatmates pls -Outdoors or Green space or balcony -internal laundry room. -Larger style property (apt or house). I have some furniture. Art Deco is a bonus. My preference is to start a new share house in either Crows Nest, Artarmon, Naremburn, or North Sydney or Alexandria near Green Square, Darlinghurst, Centennial Park area or Elizabeth Bay for the lifestyle. If this sounds similar to your areas and basic needs pls send me a quick email me telling me about yourself
Hi there! I'm looking for a place as my current lease is ending at the end of Feb. Here's a super quick rundown of me, anything else you'd like to know - ask away 😊 - originally from Wales, lived in London for 5 years and then moved to Sydney in Sept 2016 - I have a Kiwi passport, so no visa constraints and no surprise departures! - I work in marketing, in Macquarie Park, generally pretty long hours - I play netball twice a week, and in winter on Saturdays too - I like to be clean and tidy, but also love a cosy lived in feel - I've lived in Kirribilli since I moved out to Australia - I have a good set of friends and meet up pretty often for dinner/drinks/walks - I love cooking a big feast and having friends for dinner, it probably happens at most every three months, but I'd always check with a flatmate and of course invite you - i'm generally on the go most of the time, but every so often I love a full day of doing absolutely nothing!

Hi, I am 24 and looking to move in with like-minded people. I am working full-time in financial services in North Sydney. I love going out for stand-up comedy shows at local bars, watching theatre, trying out fun outdoor activities over the weekends, and binge watching shows on netflix. Hi I'm Caitlin looking for a young house hold that is clean, tidy and respectful. I work full time in finance in north sydney, stay pretty busy with afl and the gym; as well as travelling to see family who live in the mountains. Not much of a regular drinker but dont mind the odd one here or there with dinner or out with friends. I'm quite happy to spend week nights at home but on weekends wouldnt mind making up a cheese board and catching up on the goss. Looking to move out within the next month or so, I'm currently in lane cove and will be sad to leave this place. Feel free to hit me up if you think we'd be a match! Cheers, Caitlin
Hi! I’m an Italian swimming coach and exercise physiologist. I work most days and when I’m not, I’m working out! Photography and cooking enthusiast. I’m very very clean and tidy! Love pets but allergic to cats! :’(
I'm a design engineer currently working full time in St Leonards. I'm originally from Turkey, and have lived and travelled in both Europe and the United States previously. I am a hard worker and work long hours, but I like coming home and sharing a beer and a chat with my flatmates. On the weekends, I'm a bit of a beach bum and enjoy working out when I find the time.
Easy-going friendly guy that enjoys rich social life, I have a good lease history, been living at my current place for a year so I´d have no problem getting another tenancy agreement! I spend approx 2-3hrs of my day at home to be honest.. :D I consider myself tidy and respectful, love going to the beach, parties etc. but also like privacy. Would like to meet up before actually comitting to anything. Feel free to let me know! I have to move out by the 1st of February. Thanks for your time and enjoy your day! Regards, Arman.
My wife and I are moving from Brisbane to Sydney and looking for a new home. We are originally from Brazil but have been living in Australia for the last 6 years. My wife is an Assistant Manager in a Childcare centre and I work with Hospitality. We are very relaxed people who likes to watch movies and series on Netflix and have a few drinks every now and again over the nights/weekends. We are looking for a place where we could have our own bathroom. Looking forward to hear from our new house/flatmates
Hey, I’m: - Clean - (Relatively) healthy and active - Weeknights are usually chill and low key (gotta get that bread). Weekends I’m out and about making the most of the city. Ideally looking for 6-12 months, everyone hates moving, so if the space is a good fit, I’m happy to commit. I’m fully employed and work full-time in Sales, Monday-Friday. I believe a solid roommate dynamic is to pay your bills on time, keep the noise down, and be the kind of roommate you want to live with 👍 You’re: - 2-3 housemates (not a deal breaker if more) - Near public transport - Local shops - Parking (street parking is fine) - Pets are cool BONUSES - Outdoor area - Air-conditioning - Walking distance to gym Message me if you’d like more info!
Hi Everyone I'm Sammy! 28 years old. Work in the city at a financial technology company. I'm friendly and I like keeping things clean around the house. I love going to the gym and can cook here and there. I spend most of time at work and hanging out with friends. Im happy to spend time with people but also love my privacy. I love dogs but unfortunately don't have one of my own. I'm looking to rent with someone who shares a similar view.
I'm a 33 yo professional working full time in financial services in the CBD. I'm into health and fitness (gym, trail running, beach and outdoor activities), love animals, music and also love my red wines and occasional cocktails. A little about me: I consider myself a fairly social person, clean, tidy, and respect other people's privacy. I am an early riser and work quite long hours/out for work events, so you may not see me much during the week. But when I'm at home, I am always up for a Netflix, chat or even check out the local cafe/bar together :-) I'm Japanese-Aussie, originally from the Gold Coast, have been flat sharing for the past 8 years around Eastern Suburbs (Elizabeth Bay, Potts Point, Surry Hills). I have plenty of friends and I go out heaps but having that quiet time at home with a flatmate is essential to me. I currently live in Surry Hills sharing with my flatmate. Our lease is up for renewal and our landlord has increased the rent (even though the place is unbearable due to the ongoing constructions nearby). My flatmate has decided to move closer to her family, so here I am searching for someone who I can tee up with to start a new flat share. I consider myself as pretty easy going and understand general house sharing rules (ie house trained!). Please contact me if you're looking for a new flatmate or looking to startup a share place. I am looking for a 'flatmate', someone who I can unwind with a glass of wine with once in a while, not just a person who shares the rent with. Ideally looking to start up a flatshare, approx 30 min commute, built in wardrobes, balcony for wknd bbq, ensuite (would be a 'nice to have'). My budget is from $300-350 per wk. Currently looking at few sweet 2-bedders around Surry Hills, Waterloo, North Sydney (within 30min commute to CBD) area that are around $650-700/wk. My ideal move date is 22 Feb, but with the right place and person happy to be flexible. Drop me a line if you want to join forces. Cheers, Mickey x
Hey, I'm looking for a decent sized room inside a share house. Hopefully with roommates that share some similar interests and while social are also respectful of down time and personal space. Looking for people around my age group. I'm an introvert that can be social at times, generally very chill and easy going. I'm big into music, gaming, coffee, and hacking stuff. My music tastes are odd, described as being masochistic by a friend. I also work in IT Security, working in the city CBD fulltime. Preferably looking for North Sydney or Inner West, near a train station.
Working in Parramatta however, I am looking for a place a bit closer to the beach and CBD. I am looking for a private room in a share house, with or big enough to fit a queen bed. Preferably with bills included and car parking. I am easy going and quiet at first, but when you get to know me I come out of my shell a bit more. Love a beer and love all things sport (AFL, cricket, NBA) I am a clean and tidy person. I am looking for a fun & friendly household but also respect we all need quiet time as well.
Hi I'm Josh and I am a working professional in Recruitment. I'm easygoing, tidy, polite and like to think I'm easy to live with. I have a love for chicken wings, keeping fit, sports and always up for a laugh. My current housemate is a Paramedic who has been stationed in the Northern Beaches so I am looking for a new place in and around Neutral Bay with some friendly housemates included. I can be flexible with a moving date. Please feel free to contact me 😊
