I am a happy, reliable, clean and tidy individual that is looking for a modern house to share. Prefer own bathroom but not necessary. I have moved down from Noosa. Looking from Hobart; Sandy Bay, Taroona, Blackmans Bay, Kingsgate To the lovely Eastern Shores of Bellerive, Rose Bay Lindisfarne. I do health therapy as my profession.
I am quiet and considerate. Will work hard to respect the houses rules and keep things neat and tidy. I will mostly keep to myself and expect a certain level of privacy, but am not against sharing meals from time to time. I work in software development, but enjoy getting outdoors whenever possible in my free time, or reading a good book. I look forward to hearing from you.
hey there... we are a slovenian/aussie couple just came to tassie recently and looking to settle here for a while. Our intention is to work and explore the outdoors in our spare time as we both like hiking, climbing and sea activities :) We also have a lovely dog named Reeba so are looking for pet friendly place. Reeba is an outside dog, well trained and well mannered...he's really chilled and easy :) Preferably we are looking for a place for at least a few months as we wouldnt like to be moving all the time but are open for a month or so too. We are both clean and tidy, like to cook, like to socialise and have a glass of red with dinner. :) If you feel you would have a place for us give us a ring have an awesome day and hope to see you soon.... cheers, Irma & Rhys
I'm easy going, friendly, tried and tested- shared houses for 5 years with no previous problems. I like to cook, brew beer and martial arts. love a cup of coffee, sharing a meal with a glass of wine or beer and the occasional night out. I enjoy spending time with housemates in communal space but I'm respectful of personal space and time. Relocating from Melbourne and looking for a place to live.
I'm a 19 year old full-time student at UTAS, I'm doing a Bachelor of General Studies (Arts) Pathway. I am also currently looking for work. I generally keep to myself and I'm a pretty laid back person. I spend most of my time at Uni or in my room. I would preferably like somewhere that doesn't mind visitors as I would like my boyfriend to be able to visit me once a week or so. I am a quiet person but I also enjoy conversations with others. I have basic cooking skills and I am a clean & tidy person.
I am 28 years and currently work full time in Hobart. I am looking to rent a room close to the Hobart CBD asap. I woulld like 12 months lease, will take 6 months if only one available. I am quite, like to have a chat and be soical with the people I live with. I also respecct others space and privacy. Please contact me if you believe that I am what you are looking for. We are a Colombian couple. We are currently living in Melbourne but we will be moving to Hobart at the beginning of July to study at RGIT. We are easy going, quiet, tidy, respectful and sociable. We are looking for nice flatmates with whom can enjoy a good chat. We like play sports, do exercise, cook and watch tv on weekends.
I have found a 2 bed place in North Hobart - interested? Two bedrooms - $220 or $180 (very close to North Hobart cafe strip) - I would take whichever room you don't want - get in touch asap. I like good communication, friendly atmosphere, people, being environmentally conscious, being open and socialising, cooking. Sing if you want to sing, laugh if you need to laugh, cry if you need to cry - interested in living with people who are authentic, good communicators. I drink very rarely. Don't smoke, into healthy living. (PS, I am slightly older than my age listed but I am always told I act/look younger so I may as well knock some years off! Why not?!)
I'm currently working full time in Hobart and studying which keeps me pretty busy most of the time. I like to have fun on the weekends and usually go to yoga/ gym after work. My family home is an hour and a half away from Hobart so I like to go away some weekends to visit my friends and family. Super clean to live with and respect everyone's personal space.
I am pretty easy going and bubbly. I enjoy tome by myself or quiet chats with housematea on week nights but enjoy socialising on weekends. My cat Pep is pretty low key and has a lot of character. He basically looks after him self but when im away he normally goes to a cattery.
