Despite being social out of the home, I am really quiet and respectful towards others I live with and neighbours. I would never compromise others comfort / peace. Myself and my 1.8 kg teeny tiny Pom spend most weekends away with friends. I am house proud and keep my surroundings clean and tidy; as it's the way I like to live! Having said that I'm really easy going, happy and drama free! I've lived with so many lovely people since arriving in Sydney and had no problems, maintaining good relationships with whomever I've resided with! I am happy to answer questions, have taken on leases and never missed or been late with a rental payment. I'm trustworthy and would rather be upfront about circumstances to determine suitability! Teddy and I love beach walks and getting outdoors as much as we love eating scrumptious food and exploring new areas! Even people who describe themselves as 'not dog people' fall in love with Mr. Ted so there aren't issues on that front! He's hopelessly adorable! I'm pretty flexible with move dates etc Thanks for taking the time to read! Any questions, fire away!
My name is Caitlin, I'm a 27 year old female working in media. I work full time and while my hours are full, I do enjoy socialising after work and on the weekends. I enjoy keeping fit, love to try new activities (my most recent venture was aerial yoga) and am a big foodie.
I am a chilled easy going chick from NZ, adventure nut, loves all food, movie buff, live gigs, getting creative in kitchen and more recently motorbikes. Looking at something semi permanent for the next 2-3 months, currently working in hospitality and doing part time study. I'm a very respectful, courteous human who loves being social, respectful of fellow humans and is always up for a cook off. <3
Seeking a room for a couple between $250-400 AUD. Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. Therefor I won't be able to do an inspection before moving in I will go by photos/videos and contact with the owner (ideally phone call). If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people and definitely want to live with other people who don't play loud music etc. Other notes: Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has an oven and a gas stove top. (Don't like using an electric one). Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
Hey. I've recently moved from London where I studied in University and lived whilst proceeding with a career path. After a decade there I felt like it was time to move out of UK and adventure off to another country for work/travel. Outdoor enthusiast who loves to climb, have surfed in the past and would be keen on training myself back onto a board. Happy to socialise and teach people to climb, not a big party person, but do enjoy friendly publy gatherings. Love sci-fi/fantasy movies and most certainly happy to Netflix. Love food (eats all), happy with dogs and pretty chill, not a high maintainence character but respects peoples space and cleanliness. I will be looking for part-time work at first so as to get into the swing of how work life goes but will only look at full-time after i have finished exploring. End goal would be good to get sponsored by a company in my career path etc.. I'm looking at 3 months to more length of stay but there will come a time where i will need to run off into the outback in search of farm work so as to get my second year visa. :) Hope some of the above sounds good to peeps!
Im moving to Sydney to work fulltime as a professional nanny. Im easy going, respecful, clean and my party days are over. Hi! I'm 24. I'm French. I come from Paris. I've been studying business administration in France and now I will enjoy my life. I'm in Sydney since the 20 of May for one year in WHV. I want to discover a new culture and meet lots of people. I'm an easygoing guy with a good energy and always happy! I'm looking for a private room in Sydney from the 16 of June.
Hello! I'm a happy, friendly, mature and considerate house mate -I'm also clean, tidy and quiet. I'm a professional working full time, in my early 30s. My partying days are done! I work fairly long hours as a marketing manager in Bondi Junction for an innovation consulting company. I'm into healthy living...but like the odd glass of wine and chat with my house mate! I'm often out and about, I have lots of friends locally. I'm a non smoker. Some of my interests are: art, reading, writing, yoga, meditation, and the beach! I'm willing to pay close to $500 for a really nice roomy place with my own bathroom. Otherwise a nice quiet simple clean place in the right location for $300-$400 or so. I'm fairly particular in what I want from a living situation, but think it's good to be clear on what I want : - I'm looking for a place in between Bondi beach and Bondi Junction (south Bondi, Bondi Junction or Bellevue Hill) - Ideally only sharing with one other person (or couple) - I'd like my own bathroom, or if sharing, with one other who isn't always in, whose schedule fits mine (I don't spend long in the bathroom) - Top floor flat or house - I've had issues with noisy neighbours above twice now and I'm a light sleeper so would only consider middle floor if it's a super modern quiet block - A quiet street away from road noise - A cool, happy friendly housemate who's similar to me
I'm looking for a room in a house/flat with clean, social and considerate housemates. I'm an easy-going, social and considerate individual who works in the Financial Services industry. I like traveling, philosophy, arts, films, current affairs, etc. I enjoy good food and wine, going out for dinners, and brunches with friends. Please get in touch if you have a room in my preferred areas or would like to team up to rent a house.

Seeking other similar age and stage life-lovers! Partial to wine, chocolate and TV nights, mini adventures to the national parks/beaches, nights out in the city or local hubs, dressing up, and also dressing like I'm homeless. Also happy chilling in my room on my own. Aiming to move to the Eastern Subs/airport area for a job change towards the end of the year!
Hi, I'm Ryan, currently working full time in IT. I'm a super respectful and clean person but everyone says that! I have reason to believe I'm a pretty fun guy to have around but also happy to give everyone their space. Looking to move ASAP preferably somewhere near a train station. Let me know if you think your place would be a good match!
I'm Colin, a 26 year old Canadian working full time as an Account Manager. I arrived in Australia 1.5 years ago. Before that I was travelling through South America and Asia. I'm clean and live a pretty active lifestyle. My weekends are usually spent cooking, travelling, surfing, or by the beach with a few beers. Looking for a private room in a shared house or apartment. Preferably with people who are laid back but still get shit done. Cheers,
Hello, I'm Chris, 23 years old from the United States. I've been living in Australia for just over a year and I've recently been approved for sponsorship by my employer, hence my recent move to Sydney and search for a new flat. A little bit about me, I work as a greenkeeper on a golf course. I will be working full time 40-50 hours a week, so I will be out of the house for the most part. I enjoy watching and participating in sports, love food, music and enjoy the occasional after work adult beverage. Looking for a place with down to earth flatmates who are kind and open-minded. As far as my length of rental, I'm looking for something that's month to month, most likely 2 months, but could be longer depending on the situation. If you have any question/concerns feel free to message me and I'll get back to you at my earliest convenience. Cheers, Chris
Looking for 6 to 12 months depending on the space, ideally unfurnished room as I have my own bed and furniture. Looking for a homely environment with a clean living space. If sharing I hope my flat mate respects our personal space but also enjoys laughter over a quality glass of wine.
