Hello everyone! My BF and I (both South Americans) are looking for a new place to call home. We've been living in Sydney for about 11 months already. I'm studying so I'll be here long term. And my Bf Is with working holiday visa. We love going out for dinner or some drinks and meet new people. We are respectful, clean and super friendly.
I'm a 27-year-old immigration lawyer from Brisbane who will be working full-time in Sydney CBD. I have a ten-month old kitten Mimo who is fully toilet-trained (never had an accident with her toilet habits) and the most affectionate cat you will ever meet. I love cats and would expect my housemates to be mammal-friendly. (You don't necessarily have to be cat-friendly, as I have had numerous friends who considered themselves "dog people" instantly fall in love with Mimo when they stayed over at my place. My current housemate of 1.5 years in Brisbane is also one of them!) As I have a busy work life, I prefer time to myself to relax after work. I care a lot about maintaining a quiet household and environment. I prefer gated apartments and accommodation that is ideally not carpeted. Your place would also ideally not have leather couches or anything leather that you care about; or if you do, be open to my putting a couch cover on it at my expense. Whilst Mimo has always been trained not to scratch anything other than her cat tree and scratch toys, she can leave the occasional faint marks on the leather surface when she prances around. I am friendly, considerate, will respect your personal space and expect the same from others. I would not mind occasional chats and drinks on the weekends. My move-in date will have to fall in between the last week of November and 2nd December 2017. I am on the lookout for short-term 3-month leases at the moment but will be happy to extend if I like the place. I am also open to taking up places that are available short-term for at least 3 weeks.
Social, friendly, considerate. I am a generally positive and happy person - active and will be out of the home a lot. I will contribute to making the house a home and am happy to do chores and buy things for the house. Love having housemates to have the occasional vino/dinner with. Looking for a nice clean home/haven that I can come home to. I love a good sleep during the week. Very social and often out and about on weekends. I work for a media firm in St Leonards - leaving my beloved place in Woollahra and looking for something suitably nice :) Seeking a large room with built-ins and an easy home :) I have a car but street parking is fine.
Hi, I'm a 20 year old boy from Switzerland, I like to go out on the weekends as much as i enjoy BBQ with friends or Netflix evenings. I'm working full time so I won't be home much during the day. I really like sport and food. I'm looking for a single room in a nice apartment with great people to have a nice time with. My room is always tidy and I'm quite an organised person. I'm in Australia to gain working experience and exercise the language. As I live in Switzerland I'm a native speaker of Italian and German.
Hi there :-) We are a couple from Belfast, Northern Ireland! Late twenties & early thirties. Moving to Sydney mid October & looking for somewhere to call home... We enjoy good food, a few drinks and seeing new things. We are both clean & tidy and pretty low maintenance.
I'm Tom, 25 and looking for a new home, and am also interested in teamups. I am working as a chef in Paddington, Sydney local. I'm friendly, clean and organised and am easy to get along with. In my spare time I enjoy fishing, cooking, seeing bands or spending time with friends. If you think I would fit into your household, send me a message!
I am from the UK and will be coming to Sydney on a working holiday visa. I am hoping to get a locum job doing Radiography. I am idealy looking for a double bedroom. I am friendly and would like housemates that would like to chat in the evenings and possibly do hang out together some times at the weekend. I would also like somewhere that wouldn't mind me having a friend to stay for a little bit if any of my friends come visit me from the UK.
I'm currently working part time and looking into uni study. I do have late finishes sometimes at work but won't be noisy coming in. I'm not pedantic with cleanliness but do like to keep the place tidy and am happy to be sharing out the housework. I would generally keep to myself but would also love to be a part of a friendly home with people happy to chill together.
I'm a 26 year-old accountant who moved from London in June. I'm quite active (running) and enjoy watching most sports. I also like to make the most of my weekends, going for drinks with mates and hopefully a few visits to the beach! I work normal office hours and would usually be out of the house between 8am - 6/7pm and I usually prefer chilled evenings during the week. With summer nearly here, I'm hoping most of my weekends will be spent having a few beers in the sun with a BBQ. I expect to be in Sydney for a at least a few years and see how it goes from there. I've not been to Australia before, so I would love to take long weekends and trips up the coast to see other parts of the country.

Dear future flatmates, We're Sam and Phil, a couple from the UK who have been travelling the world for the last 10 months, and are ending our trip in Sydney to work for the final stretch. Phil (32) is a computer engineer by trade, so pretty handy to have around when your laptop breaks down or you smash your iPhone screen. Samantha (also 32) has an obsession with dogs and fireworks (although not as a combination) and shows her housemate love with homemade brownies (as long as you overlook her penchant for terrible TV). We're not massive party people (the hangovers are real assholes once you pass 30), but we do enjoy a drink with friends and would love to live with fun, friendly and sociable housemates. We have a house at home which we share with our lodgers, so we're really used to living with people and looking after a home. We'll both be working full time, and would love to live with people who will play a part in the great experience we'll have while we're living in Sydney and hopefully become friends as well as housemates (no pressure..) We're super easy going but fully housetrained, and we're pretty active, so would love it if our housemates want to join us in the gym/at yoga/with surfing lessons. We're be available to come for viewings from now, and free to move in whenever possible after that, preferably within the next 4 weeks. If we sound like your cup of tea, get in touch. We're lovely!
Hey! I'm 24 working full-time in Human Resources and currently living in Mosman looking to move over to the Eastern suburbs, am flexible with the moving date. I would prefer to start a team up with 1 or 2 girls as I have some furniture already. I have a beautiful kitty named Zara so will need to live with someone who likes cats. On weekends I spend my time riding horses, at the beach, pilates or a night out and would love to share with someone social that also doesn't mind each others friends coming over occasionally. Will also need my own car space.
My name is Eddie and I'm 21 years old and currently living in Stockholm, Sweden. I will move to Sydney the 27th of December and looking to live somewhere. I work as a chef and have a holiday visa for 2018. I wanted to come to Australia to work and develops as a chef but also start a new chapter in life, meeting new people and having a great time. Besides cooking I also like to play golf, hang out with friends and explore. I hope to be hearing from you soon/ Eddie
Hi! My name is Ania, I'm 27, Polish. I'm looking for a private room only. I'm in Sydney since May and I'm looking for a room till beggining of May. I'm very neat and social person. As much as I like sharing moments, I like to spend some time by myself too. I study and work full time so I wish I could come back everyday to a place I can call home. I had my party years some time ago and now I rather chill.
Angie here...I've just relocated to Sydney from Melbourne for work. I'm hoping to find a room for a minimum of 6 months. I'm organised, clean and reliable. I've been in my current company for 8 years. I love going out for brunch, lunch, dinner or wine...if it involves food or wine, I love it! 😋
Hi there, I'm Monique! I'm 23 years old, a qualified personal trainer and have recently completed my University studies (Bachelor of Business). Whilst my life revolves around health and wellbeing I can assure you I am a normal human being e.g. eat naughty treats, love a sleep in, and enjoy a good night out with friends. I am a bit of a fiend for brunch dates, long walks (anywhere, not just on the beach), weights (to burn off all the naughty things I eat), cosy nights in, home cooked meals, a good yarn but I am also down with complete silence. So basically, if you're a person who likes to socialise - cool, I'm down for that! If you prefer your space, I'm down for that too! I'm pretty flexible and understanding.....and I am hardly around with the long hours I am working at the moment. I've been out of home since I was 18 so I consider myself to be pretty housetrained and if there is ever a mess, it is contained to my room. I am respectful of privacy and keep the house tidy. I am looking for an unfurnished room, and can contribute an awesome Dyson vacuum cleaner, Nespresso coffee machine, Global knives, a TV (although a little small), a blender, and a mix of general kitchen utensils. I do have access to a washing machine and fridge if required. I am looking for a place to call home for a long time. I am also very flexible with move in dates :-)
Irish lad looking for a house/flat/room share in either the city or the Eastern suburbs. I've only recently moved here on a working holiday visa. I'm working full time in the city. I'm very clean and tidy. I like to keep fit by playing sports or going to the gym when I can. Looking for a three months stay with a view to extending.
Hi there, my name is Kate, 28yo, working full time in the city Monday - Friday in education industry. I have very active lifestyle-loving gym, swim, snorkeling, riding my bike and catching up with friends. If I'm home I love to cook, read a book or watch a movie. I'm very clean, respectful and easy going.
Holaaa!!! I'm Carlos, 30, a friendly spanish boy who has arrived to Sydney for work with a work and holiday visa. Although I'm expecting to work full time and I'll be outside a lot, I would also like to spend some time with my flatmates. Always up for a laugh. I'm really clean and tidy, and respectful with everyone's space. I don't smoke (and doesn't matter if someone does it). I like practising outdoor sports (surf, basket, soccer...whatelse), watching TV/films and cooking. I'm easy going and open-minded person. Let me know if you're interested in having me as your flatmate! Thanks a lot, Carlos
