Hi guys! I'm Jacob, and I've found work in Sydney as a site engineer for at least this next year or so and I'm looking for some accommodation nearby where I'll be working. I'm easy going, open to new ideas and down for the odd night out, and at the same time I do like a clean environment and I respect others space.
Being a Room Agent back in London i know what it takes to be not only a good flat mate but Great flat mate. We understand the boundaries of peoples personal space and we are more than happy to get stuck in when flat mates want to socialise or do activities together. Being in a clean and friendly environment is essential to us as we carry good family values with us where ever we go. We also carry fantastic landlord reviews which we paid a lot of money for lol! Hope we can see your place.
My name is Akseli. (Looking for a place in Sydney near the city or beach) I come from the other side of this planet from a little place called Finland. (I come in peace!) I'm easy going and I don't take life too seriously. What you can expect when living with me? -Prepare to have some kick ass food at home (I'm a cook and I'm willing to teach you to cook too) -House will be clean (I'm very clean person and I like the house to be clean) -Trustworthy flatmate (You can count on me) -A fun person to hangout with (I like to have a drink, play pool, go to the beach, explore and experience new things etc.) Something else about me? -My passion is music (I make hip hop instrumentals) -I like to film and take pictures (I'm not that great at it yet but it's fun) A very good quote: ''Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.'' - Bernard M. Baruch
I'm a female, 30yr old engineer. Love living near the beach and being outside (I'm English so the sun is still a novelty for me!). Clean and tidy, respectful and like my own space - but also like a good chat and the odd glass of wine! I'm a sociable person and work in the city so will come and go, but also love the odd lazy day and am always up for a laugh. Look forward to meeting you :)
Top Reasons why I should be your housemate: - I'm a pome. - I've been at this traveling game for a long while, I left England in March 2015. - I've spent over 10months in Australia already split between Cairns, Perth and Melbourne. - I work hard in the week as a removalist normally out the house from 6am-5pm so won't be making the place untidy during the day. - To unwind after work I hit the gym then enjoy a little relaxing. - Over the weekend in the day if the sun is shining I'll be by the beach topping up my tan, kicking back to some music, or just simply having a beer and a barbie. - At night I'm pretty relaxed, I'm not your typical non-stop drinking pome. I'm up for the occasional night out or chilled few drinks with good company. I like going to music/live events and festivals etc.. Going out to the movies and having dinner. I Also enjoy staying in, cooking and chilling; I'm pretty laid back and easy with anything. I'm currently staying a ten minute walk from Central train station. I recently flew into Sydney (12th October) for my second year holiday working and unpacking my bags and calling Sydney home till at least May 2017. As stated earlier I already have a job and working full time so paying the rent will be a piece of cake. Ideally I'm after a houseshare with a chilled set of people who I can just hang out with after work, chill together some weekends and have a good time. Looking to move in ASAP. Thank you.
I'm a 26yo English guy on a 457 visa, so looking for long term accommodation (somewhere to settle down), I work full-time Mon-Fri and the occasional weekend. I'm a friendly guy who is very respectful with other peoples things/space etc, Do my fair share of housecleaning, tidy. Looking to move in with other full time workers around my age (mid 20's) who socialise together. I like to keep fit, I'm big into canoeing, I've taken up surfing, Like going for drinks and eating out as well as chilling at the beach. No Smoker, Have a car. If you want to know more about me, please dont hesitate to PM me. Thanks
Hi I'm a friendly, easy going, reliable NZer. Looking for a large room that can accomodate a queen bed and bedside cabinets etc, and has a built-in wardrobe. Would consider a room with ensuite. Work full time during normal business days/hours for a small software company. In my spare time I like to surf, gym, or get out of the city for hikes or weekends away. Respectful of others, and enjoy being healthy. Non-smoker. The soonest I can move in is 2 weeks, as I'd like to give my current flatmate a decent notice period. I'm looking for a peaceful place on a quiet street away from the noise of traffic. Preferably away from any main or busy roads. A dishwashing machine would be ideal. Need space for my bicycle and surfboard. Bonus if there is a garage
I, we are a friendly couple from france. We like have a beer or dinner with friends, go out (beach or traveling) but also staying quiet and watching series. We are looking for English speakers flatmates :)
Hey guys, I'm Sarah! I'm a hairdresser from Scotland! I'm a very serious, positive and happy girl that arrived from Stockholm, Sweden a few days ago. I've teamed up with my friend Rebecka and we are now looking for an apartment or a room to rent for 3-5 months, maybe longer. In Sweden I work as a Personal Trainer, and here I work as an Editor in Health at a Swedish magazine called Shape Up. Therefore internet access/wi-fi is essential. We are not interested in living in a "party house", even if we like to have a glass of wine or a nice dinner. Workout is my biggest passion and I'm very into sports and like to go to the gym. Can't wait to hear from you! Best regards, Amelie & Rebecka
Hey! How's it going? Something about me: I'm a 20yo male from Czech Republic. Non smoking, neat and friendly. I'm here in Australia to study English and Business. I'm looking for a place where I can stay till August, then I'm coming home. I'm not sure about my moving in date, I'd rather see the apartment first and then I'll give you an exact date. It's between 1-3 weeks. If it is cheap (<170) I can move in in a week. Looking for hearing from you. Have a nice day, Dominik ___________________________
