I'm a pharmacist, and I work in Paddington and teach at the University of Sydney. I've been living in shared accommodation for the last few years and I've always been clean and chill. I like cooking and wine and hanging out with friends, but I guess who doesn't? I have some great Matisse prints which will be coming with me.
We are newlyweds starting a new life in Sydney from South Africa. Being home owners ourselves back home, we value what a good tenant is and we are very house proud.
My name is Vida, 19 years old and work full time. I am super friendly as my background is Persian(Yes, I do eat pork). I myself am super energetic ( party animal ) and love to spend my weekends at the beach or out with friends, so you'll barely even see me at home haha. I'm not an OCD but just love a clean house in which the bathroom smells like blossoms, and other than that Im pretty laid back and can easily adjust to different situations. I love music, dancing and early morning walks. Also I love all the animals. My work office is at SurryHills, so just looking for a private room in a share house close to there.
Im clean, tidy and respecting of others spaces. In the evenings and weekends im usually out being active- gym, yoga, running, cycling, swimming, etc. Early riser, healthy eater. Love wine and a chat over food but need my down time too.
My name’s Mike. I’m 29 years old. I’ve just moved to Sydney for a new job. I design roads for a living and have been asked by my old company from NZ to setup a new office for them in Newtown. I’m an outgoing person and spend a lot of time out catching up with friends. I also have a bunch of sporting hobbies which keep me busy. I’ll be working pretty hard during the week but like to head out on the weekends.
I am a very respectful British male, I enjoy a quiet lifestyle with not too busy a social life, I occasionally like to go out and have a few beers! I am extremely respectful of others (everyone has to live in the house hold together) and consider myself a clean and tidy individual who does not like to live in a dump (who does?). I am currently in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa but have complete all my hard (some of it at least!) farm work and now looking to spend the next 2 months minimum in Sydney. I currently work for a Car Share company on a Tuesday through Saturday weekly basis, so the majority of my weeks will include coming home from work, light socialising before retreating to my room! I usually spend my days off socialising with friends, going out exploring Sydney or sometimes (most of the time) chilling and bingewatching my favourite tv shows/movies. I am grateful for any consideration to your homes! Brad :)
I am kiwi girl who has just jumped the ditch and moved too Sydney. I have lived and travelled all around the world and love meeting new people. I am pretty easy going, get along with most people and would like too think I am fairly easy to live with. I love being active, reading, hanging at the beach with friends, and going on new adventures. Ideally I would like to live with people who are happy to hang out and socialise but all have their own things going on. Myself and my friend Briar (20 and from NZ as well) are looking to find two rooms in a flat, or organise a team up with people. Cheers Hannah
We are two best friends who love to travel, go to the gym, like to drink a good coffee and always open to interact with new people. Right now we have found a job in Sydney. Therefore we are looking for a relaxed atmosphere to have a good time after work. Of course we are tidy people and we will always care about maintaining a very good standard of hygiene. Hopefully we could spike your interest. We are looking forward to stay with friendly and open minded people. Best regards Hebun and Philipp :)
Hey! I'm 24, and have always lived in the Shire! Currently living in a one bedder all on my own which is great but looking to upgrade to something bigger and with a roomie! I'm a good cook, and I already have most furniture, appliances and utensils as I've lives out of home now for about a year. I work Tuesdays to Saturdays and I love a drink on a weekend but usually head out to the pub and I'm pretty easy going with having people around etc. send me a message if you'd like to know any more! Preferably after someone same age :)
Hi, Just arrived back in Sydney, after traveling a bit. I fell in love with this city when I was on my working holiday a year ago. Fortunate I found a sponsor and now I am back for good. My work will be in the CBD so I am looking for a flat with good public transport connection. I am social, but also appreciate my alone time and would dare to say I am an uncomplicated housmate. I like all kind of sports or things to do, like Tennis, Yoga, or whatever comes up. It would be great if you had any sort of pet, I love dogs, cats, or whatever. Sadly I don't have any on my own and no worries, will not have any. Maybe a plant. Just let me know if you would like to know more. Cheers Dorina
Hi I'm a 26 year old lawyer from Sydney. I'm looking for a new place to live as my current lease is up in the next month or so and I'm a bit sick of living OTB. I've lived out of home for the last 5 years, clean and very easy going. Work keeps me busy during the week and I spend most of my weekends surfing, reading or catching up with mates.I enjoy their own space but don't mind having a drinking and hanging out with my housemates every now and then.
I'm political science major; originally from Turkey, studying in the US, in Sydney as an exchange student. I study hard, but don't stress much over academic accomplishments as it's more about learning and the rest falls into place eventually. I spare most of my free time to reading and traveling. At the moment, I'm in Turkey, working on a few literary translation projects. So far I've lived in four countries and have travelled to fourteen others. I was in Sydney last semester as well, and went hiking, spelunking, surfing etc. most of the weekends --that's how I anticipate this semester to be too. I love exploring around with people, or just going for a stroll or for a cup of coffee. I'm easy going, sociable and lively. I like going out, and through some wild craze every once in a while. Though, when home, especially on weekdays, I cherish some personal time and silence. I've lived with people for about five years and have had enough time to understand house dynamics. I'm respectful, understanding, clean, sharing, and I demand the same from my flatmates. I'm pretty good at cooking; I enjoy movie nights, trivia games etc. I'd like to spend my time in Sydney with warm hearted, peaceful, chilled people who can open up and can just go with the float. P.S: I'm looking for a single room, $300. Flatmates' gender, age etc. don't matter.
I'm a doctor working at St Vincent's (from Feb) but mostly office hours with the occasional on-call. I'm British but have permanent residency on Australia. I'm looking for a housemate that could also be a friend. I'm pretty laid back generally - like my quiet nights at home but also love to entertain and have the odd night out. I also want to get a dog so please don't waste your time if that's a no-go for you!
My home country is Nepal but I left Nepal when I was 4 and have lived in Singapore ever since. I will be doing my postgraduate studies in Sydney for 2 years. I am an active guy who likes to play most sports especially football and golf. I am a relatively neat and clean guy who especially prefers the bathrooms to be sparkling clean as that is the most important room in the flat/house in my humble opinion. I occasionally like to cook but hate the grease and the washing up and hence, do not end up cooking as often as I should.
Hello! I'm looking for a furnished single room in Sydney. I prefer those suburbs where it is possible to have an up to 30min journey to CBD by public transportation. I'm an easygoing, respectful, tidy and clean person. I enjoy chitchatting but also respect everyone's privacy and space. Cheers
Hi! I'm a 22 year old chick looking for a good time (..not that kind) After a place to call home for a while, with a bit of good company being a plus. Not huge on the party scene but I'll share a drink or two with you on occasion. I love animals and will always choose them over humans, but in this case they can't split rent, so you'll do ;) I'm In my last year at uni as a nursing student and work as a Disability support in the Sutherland Shire. Literally a bit of a nerd, foodie, sports(wo)man, and an all rounder so I believe I'd fit in pretty well anywhere. I spend most of my time sleeping... other than that I'll be surfing skating designing creating, training or binging How to get away with Murder so I'll be out of sight out of mind, unless you want to hang.. then I'm down for that too. Heaps keen on starting a team up or sliding in to join a suitable pre-existing home ❤
Need a place from 5th Feb. Recently moved back to Australia from living overseas for over 10 years. Currently working in the CBD full time in media. I'm social yet respect people's personal space. In my spare time I like to tinker in the kitchen (I trained as a chef and chocolatier in Paris), keep fit to counteract all my eating, and generally will be out and about exploring the city.
Hey I'm Sandra. I work full time in finance and as such would like to move closer to the city, ideally somewhere near Coogee or rosebay while also close to public transport. I'm an easy going, quiet and tidy person who enjoys the outdoors and sports. Looking to share a place with a person or people similar in age and interests and hopefully become friends too so please feel free to get in touch!
I am easy going, social and a very clean and organised flatmate. I work as a tax consultant Monday to Friday 8:45-6pm+ in Sydney CBD. I like to exercise, go to the beach, cook, drink wine, be social with friends and family and as such I am out most weekends.
Hey, I'm Lisa, I'm 25 and working full time as a nurse at Royal North Shore Hospital, all Monday to Friday, all regular hours and no night shift! When I'm not at work I like relaxing, trying new places to eat and drink, seeing friends and every so often I attempt to go to the gym. I like to keep pretty busy on weekends with whatever I can find to do! I've been living in a share house for the past year but our lease is ending so i'm looking for something long term. I'm really laid back so happy to fit in to any existing living situations. I like to be social with my housemates but also do my own thing. Always up for a coffee or a drink!
Hey there! I'm a kiwi doctor, just moved over from New Zealand to work at St Vincent's Hospital. I love sport, exploring and getting to know people. As a flatmate I'm chilled out, organised and tidy. I'll be working shift work and am keen to live somewhere close to Darlinghurst or the surrounding suburbs. I'm also a Christian and recently got engaged, currently we're living separately but will be looking to find a place together in late June. If you have a room available near Darlinghurst I'd love to hear from you!
I'm a friendly and social guy who works as a researcher in A.I. I work full-time, but love having a bevvie on the weekend. I moved from Byron Bay to Sydney four years ago and I've been living in share-houses ever since then. I'm respectful of people's space and love a good chat. I'm looking for a nice place to settle into and some cool people to do it with, ideally for the year.
Hi, i'm an easy going guy from England looking for a place to call home for possibly the next year. I am a part time student and part time scaffolder. I spend my spare time with friends, at the gym or playing football(soccer). Im preferably looking for a furnished double room, an ensuite would be great also but i don't mind sharing a bathroom. I look forward to hearing from you
Returning to study Masters in Design, working part time. I am considerate and respectful, clean. Moved to Sydney 2 years ago from Melbourne, originally from NZ. Easy going, open minded, conscious of the environment.
Im super easy going, not one for drama. I like to have fun, always up for a pint. I work full time as a bike messenger and a designer. Always up to chat, I enjoy deep conversation and interesting topics. Im a very clean and tidy person. I picture home life to be laid back and relaxed, with no pressure to be communial all the time.

We are both working full time in Sydney. Our contract ends 20th of feb so looking move straight in. We love to socialise, dine out and be adventurous but also nights in are equally as good
Just a uni student who's looking for a chilled place to live for a couple of months. I am friendly and sociable but I also like having my own space and keeping to myself. I am clean and respectful.
I'm an easy going guy who works as a barista. You can expect loads of free coffee and muffins from me at the end of each day. I'm very clean and tidy. I'm very respectful of others and will always try and help mates out. I'm in to my natural wines and fermenting vegetables! Always keen for a party and also love my down time
Hi there future flatmate(s)! My name is Eva and I am a 28 year old traveler from Belgium. I am looking for a place to live in Sydney. I am in Oz for a year on a working holiday visa. Why would I be great to live with? I am very tidy and super low maintenance. I am a social person who loves meeting new people but I also respect people's privacy. I am helpful and love planning and organizing. In my free time I love trying new things, learning languages, rollerskating, visiting museums and going to the cinema among other things. See you soon! Eva
My name is Mollie, I’m 20 years old and will be studying full time and working part time this year. I’m wanting to move out of my family home in a few weeks and wanting to live near the beach and near a train station. I love keeping fit, cooking, swimming, reading and making new friends. I am looking for a room that is around $380 a week or less. I want a single room, not a share room with another bed. I believe I'm a caring, tidy, honest, happy and life loving person who would be a wonderful roommate! I respect personal space but also am keen to have a nice chat and relax at the end of a busy day. Message me if I sound like I fit the criteria for your new roommate!
Hello I will be relocating from Hong Kong where I was born and bred. I also lived and studied in the U.K. My profession is in tertiary education and I am beginning my PhD at University of Sydney in March this year. I am a very tidy and clean person, love cooking in and eating out too. I also like movies, music, and outdoor activities and indoor sports. I am looking for a nice (big) room where I can read, write and relax. Quietness and privacy are both very important to me as I also love meditation daily/regularly. And I'd like to socialise with my flatmate(s) whenever we feel like. If you think this personal introduction meets what you are looking for from a flatmate. PLEASE reply to me ASAP. Cheers, Billy
Hey! I'm Amber from the US (Seattle, WA). I recently got my Master's and was working as a therapist (part-time) while also working as an Administrative Assistant in the states but decided to make the big move to Sydney! I've only been in this area for a couple of weeks but am loving it so far. I am looking for a laid back and peaceful atmosphere and really appreciate clean living areas. I enjoy exploring the lovely area of Sydney, a healthy and active lifestyle, meeting new people and enjoying all life has to offer! My personality is really easy going and enjoy the outdoors! I'm not afraid of hard work and I love trying new things. I would personally love to travel more and experience new cultures. I love to have a good laugh and spend time with quality people. I like cleanliness and will be happy to do my part of house work and will keep my room tidy, of course. I would ideally like to live in Surry Hills or Darlinghurst area :) Anything else - please ask!
Holla! I'm Olivia, I'm 20 and I'm a student currently studying a Bachelor of Business in Surry Hills. Also working part-time at the Coogee Pavilion as a waitress and barista. I originally come from a small country town in rural NSW but have been in Sydney for the past year with my boyfriend of three years. He has recently moved to QLD to pursue his football career, and so I'm left to look for a place on my own. Will be travelling back and forth to see him a lot this year as well as my participation in the Miss Universe Australia competition (I have a very busy schedule so will only be home at night time) however in my spare time I love to head down to the beach and on the rare occasion when I'm not working I love to go out on the weekend. I'm very easy going, and a bit of a clean freak, who is always happy to have a chat but also like to keep to myself.
I am a clean and tidy person who loves to cook. I'm easy going and straight forward. I'm looking for place to live when I move to study in Sydney. Most of my time will be dedicated to my study. Like to go markets and cafe's. Sometimes I can spend my whole afternoon reading my fav book. I'm married with no kids and my husband mainly works in the outback, he will come to visit occasionally.
Hey all, I am a Novocastrian looking to relocate to start a new job in travel sales early Feb. I am looking for a place to call home with a bunch of easy-going people. I've shared houses for years and have always become friends with housemates. I am always happy to share a glass of vino and have a chat after a long day at work. I like being outside and active whenever I can, especially after spending all day in an office. Please feel free to send me a message if you want to know anything else! :) Thanks, Jess
Just arrived in Sydney, currently looking for a nice place to live central to Sydney with like minded guys or girls who are up for exploring the area and having a laugh! I like to think of myself as considerate towards others and I've house shared for over 5 years so I'm not a nightmare to live with :)
Hey guys, My name is Majed, I'm from Palestinian origins and been living in Dubai for the past 3 years, and now I've decided to move to Sydney after I have been granted the permanent residency, so let the fun begin.. :p I'm a very friendly, open minded, and accepting guy. I respect privacy of others just as much as I expect them to respect mine. Very neat and tidy without crossing the normal limits.. lol I'm new to town so will appreciate all the advice I can get at the beginning and hope I can meet a nice roommate to click with.. cheers.. Majed
I want somewhere quiet, comfortable and private that I can study and wake up early to go to work without stress. I'm extremely organised and responsible. That was one of the reasons that I choose live alone and not with other people.
Hey! I'm interested in teaming up with 1 or 2 girls around the eastern suburbs and getting an apartment. I work full time in real estate and grew up around the east. Currently renting in Erskinville but looking to move back! I'm quite easy going but love living in a clean place with nice people who like to have a wine and a laugh every now and then. Feel free to message me if you would be interested
Hi potential roomies! Im a fun outgoing working professional who loves a good laugh, loves a nice glass of Pinot at the end of a hard week! I'm looking for people who I can live with in an enjoyable and fun environment but also go out for a meal, drink and coffee with! I am in a relationship but will spend most of my time outside of the house, (I work full time 9:30-7pm, and love having a bit of fun every now and then!) however I love to chill, and have lazy days around the house. Looking to meet some great people and move to the closer to the city from Cronulla. Let me know if this seems like you and I'd me more than happy to meet you! :)
Top Reasons why I should be your housemate: - I've been at this traveling game for a long while, I left England in March 2015. - I've spent over 10months in Australia already split between Cairns, Perth and Melbourne. - I work hard in the week as a removalist normally out the house from 6am-5pm so won't be making the place untidy during the day. - To unwind after work I hit the gym then enjoy just relaxing, cooking up some food, watching a movie, going out occasionally for dinner and drinks etc.. - Over the weekend in the day if the sun is shining I'll be by the beach topping up my tan, kicking back to some music, or just simply having a beer and a barbie. - At night I'm pretty relaxed, I'm not your typical non-stop drinking Englishman. I'm up for the occasional night out or chilled few drinks with good company. I like going to music/live events and festivals etc.. Going out to the movies and having dinner. I also enjoy staying in, cooking and chilling; I'm pretty laid back and easy with anything. I've been in living and working in Sydney since early October currently staying a ten minute walk from Central train station in Redfern, in a hostel. However I want to unpack my bags properly and call Sydney home till at least May 2017. As stated earlier I already have a job and working full time so paying the rent will be a piece of cake. Ideally I'm after a houseshare with a chilled set of people who I can just hang out with after work, chill together some weekends and have a good time and call it home for the next 6 months or so. I also own my own car so ideally looking for some near by parking too! Looking to move in ASAP. Thank you.

I am very easy-going: quiet, open-minded, clean, always willing to have a drink,... and I'm used to live with roomates (I did it for 6 years, and I can give you their contact if you want to double check ;) ) I am from France and I love cooking French and Italian meals so if you like cheese, pasta, blanquettes,... call me!
