Hi guys! My girlfriend and I are looking to move out around the north of Brisbane, preferably closer to Toombul/Nundah area as it is super convenient for my girlfriend to go to ACU. She is from France and will be finishing her Bachelor degree at ACU and I work for a mechanical engineering place. We also have a young border collie puppy with us so we will require some yard/courtyard! We are super tidy and respectful. When we are home we like to spend our time by watching Netflix or cooking some delicious food. But we try to go out as much as possible to the beach or somewhere nice to chill out. We love chatting to other people but also know how to give people privacy. We don't smoke and don't drink (that much), maybe just a drink or two now and then. Please don't hesitate to message me if you are interested!
I'm a British easy going gal. No drama easy life kinda girl. I'm moving back to Brisbane (came back to England for a few months) and will hopefully soon have a full time job mon-fri as a Diagnostic Radiographer in a private hospital near to the cbd. My interview is this week! I'm looking for a house/flat share with a pool. I'm from England, so having weather good enough for a pool is a dream come true so I want to live the dream and live somewhere with a pool :) I'm opting for a house/flat share as I thought it would be a nice way to also meet new people and make friends. Previously I lived alone in Brisbane. I would need a place furnished already. Close to CBD would be nice.
Hi! I'm currently seeking to rent an unfurnished room close to the city, with parking (essential). Looking at a 6 month lease just in case we don't work together but would be more than happy to stay longer if we do :) I'll be starting a post graduate course at QUT (Gardens Point) in the new year so I will be partly studying and working. I'm looking to move in with people who are around a similar age to me, students or not but no couples, sorry! As a roommate I enjoy a balance between having my own time and also getting to know my roommates, over drinks, movie nights etc :) *I can also provide unlimited internet if needed
Hey there, I'm currently studying at UQ while working part-time and am looking to move in with a bunch of friendly 20-somethings around the end of January/beginning of February. Very easy to live with! I'm a clean and tidy type of person. I also love to bake - so if you like brownies you're in for a treat!
Outgoing down to earth English guy with a 9 month old house trained puppy! Work full time and go to the boxing gym after work most nights, out and about on the weekends exploring, hiking or going to the beach! Clean & tidy.
I'm Tim, 34, work two jobs for a national transport company (shift work) and for myself in the share market. I am clean, tidy, friendly and outgoing, like going to bars and restaurants, beach, sports and the outdoors. Looking for my own room in a share house, which is fully furnished, and off street parking. Also looking to live in a place that can respect that I'm a shift worker.
Hi I'm Bartosz (25) currently studying environmental engineering at ETH Zurich in Switzerland. In march I will fly to Brisbane Australia to conduct my master's thesis (7 months) at the University of Queensland. I am looking for a relatively centrally located shared flat with easy going and relaxed people who like to hang out and do something together from time to time. In my free time I enjoy skateboarding, hanging out with friends, going for a beer, photography, nature, city trips and many other things. I would describe myself as uncomplicated and easy going. Should you consider me as your future flat mate I would be happy to have a chat on skype.
We're both just super chill people who love meeting new people and cracking the occasional cold one at the end of the day. We both travel to the Sunshine Coast often for work and family. Abbie: Often out and about with sports and gym as well as going back to the coast every week. Studying International Relations full time at Griffith. Hoping to make some new friends and have someone to yell about the origin with! Jack: Just a quiet bloke who's always down for a beer (nothing too rowdy though). Studying Commerce, also at Griffith. Keen to bond over cricket and footy with some good people. note: we're just mates not a couple so would need two rooms
Hey! I'm super chill and am looking for not just a housemate - but friends! Love to cook, drink, hangout and basically have good times. I'm a uni student and work in hospitality, so preferably looking for people with similar schedules so that we don't give eachother too much hassle during the semester. Find me on Facebook if you're unable to message me here xx
Hello! ** [LOOKING FOR PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION - INSIDE ONLY DESEXED CAT] ** Mt Gravatt/Southbank/Nathan/Wishart/Mansfield Area Studying at Griffith University Nathan & Southbank. -- I'm a friendly student who typically keeps quiet and tidy. I usually enjoy keeping to myself, and out of the way; (usually very busy with study) but I do enjoy artwork (I do digital artwork, and traditional media) as well as movies, gaming and other relaxing hobbies. ** I do have a little ginger cat, Maia, who I would want to have living with me. He is a lovely desexed, vaccinated & microchipped boy with a good nature. Whilst he is playful (and very entertaining), he is not destructive and typically sleeps when left alone. I'm from rural NSW, but have lived in Brisbane throughout 2017- and now I am needing a place to rent again for my second year of studies. I am currently studying a doubledegree of Design and Business at Griffith University. (Both Southbank and Nathan campuses). If you are looking for a non-intrusive, quiet housemate/flatmate, I am perfect! But I am not beyond friendly conversation, movie nights or anything of the like! As I have been struck with plans falling through, I am now desperately searching for somewhere to stay. I am a full-time student, so I am currently unemployed; but I receive youth allowance via Centrelink and have been dedicated with rental payments as of last year. I can provide a reference of my previous landlord to assure this. :)
I'm a single scientist/health professional/student with a sweet but shy cat looking for an established share house to move into. I study full-time, work two part-time jobs (one of them is night work) and do some volunteer work so can be a little elusive but I'm hoping to move in with people I genuinely get along and can hang out with. I'm fairly nerdy and love video games, watching horror movies, fitness, cooking & baking, traveling, enjoying a few ciders and occasionally sleeping. I'm obsessively tidy to the point where I clean things for fun which past housemates have always appreciated. I have almost everything a house could need including bedroom things, couches, a full set of kitchen paraphernalia, dining table & chairs, a fridge, TV plus dryer & washing machine but can easily sell or store these if they don't fit. My cat Pepperoni is a senior girl who loves to snuggle and be around people but can be shy at first. She gets along great with other animals if they're also laid-back and are happy to give her space if she needs it.
My name is Abby and i'm 25. I am a Makeup artist, frequent gym goer, beer fiend and dog lover. Non smoker but not offended by it in the slightest. Always down for a spontaneous beverage. I am super friendly and tidy and I am looking for a home where I can be friends with the people i live with :)
34 years young working as a nurse. Awesome sense of humour! Love horror movies, keeping active and having a good laugh 😊 I will admit I do swear a bit..thought I'd add that in so I don't offend anyone! Love the footy and UFC 😊I'm not the best at cooking but happy to learn and become the next Gordon Ramsay! I love watching sport and love the footy! What else? As a nurse I'm tied to the shift work life (damn night shifts!!) but I have got the art of the tip toe down pat! I also love animals so no probs if u already have any at ur place 😊
I am a friendly person and a great cook. I am getting a hearing dog in the near future. I am a freelance creative recently returned from 2 years living in France. I like gardening, walking, reading, cycling and swimming. I would like an unfurnished room as I have some furniture. I have a couch, TV, table and chairs, which I could contribute to communal areas if required.
Hi! I am a considerate, clean, respectful housemate. I have spent the last 10 years house-sharing and living with housemates from a diverse background. I look after the house I live in, I cook & share food, happy to hang out or give you space and am generally very easy-going. I am a vegetarian, pretty crafty, well traveled and active, have plenty of cool stories and skills to share. I am looking for a room in the listed suburbs because I will be working at the Lady Cilento hospital starting 5th of Feb, 2018. My job includes pretty long hours, so I prefer to live close to the hospital so I can minimise commute and spend time enjoying running/ cycling along the river instead! Give me a buzz if you feel like I would be the ideal housemate for you.
Hi All :-) My name is Aleks and I work in the CBD as a full time working professional. I work Mon to Fri and am not home during the day. Some weekends I will also be down on the GC since my parents live there. I have been living by myself for the last 6 months and am looking to start a share home with another flatmate or 2 if the place is right! At this stage I’d prefer fenald flatmates. Or male and female flat mates if there are 2 others :-) I have lived with others for years and am respectful of others people’s personal space, and pay rent and bills on time. Would be great to find someone down to earth, friendly, happy to share housework responsibilities and who is not a massive party animal as I wake up early to head to work :-) On weekends I’m happy for people to have friends or family over! I have some furniture and white goods that can go into a new place. My current lease ends on 22 March, but I am flexible with dates before (as I will need to move out before this date for cleaning) and after.
I've been in a couple of sharehouses now and am looking for a place for at least 6 months, preferably a year, while I finish up my last year of uni. I like to keep it fairly quiet during the week with my work, study and sport. I play a bit of netball, touch footy and like to swim. Would be a plus if I found a housemate who would like to join me at the gym. On the weekends, I'll usually be out and about with friends and like to unwind with few drinks. I'm really looking for housemates I can be friends with - I enjoy chatting over tea, watching Netflix or playing some house board games. I also have a little cat called Clive who my previous housemates have all loved. I would preferably like to keep him with me but he is a family cat who is happy to move back in with his grandma if no pets are considered :)
My name is Nelly, I work full time at a restaurant in the city as well as studying Nursing at Griffith uni. I'm looking for somewhere close to uni or public transport. Preferably with females. I love keeping plants alive and cuddling pets. I'm quiet, clean, friendly and a little bit shy.
Hey, I'm 19 years old working fulltime as a apprentice chef about to qualify. I'm a very quiet person and am barely home as I work alot but like to chill out and play guitar when I get the chance. I'm super chill, I generally keep to myself but am more than happy to have a chat and socialise.
Hi! I'm Rebecca. I’m a full time student at QUT to studying be a primary school teacher. I’m also studying a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. I'm a self contained kind of person, tidy (most of the time - as long as you don't count the floordrobe), and a NETFLIX marathoner. I love playing my PS4 on occasion, and I have a bunch of multiplayer games if you want to join in. I have a fluffy, cuddly little kitty named Cashew. He's a good boy most of the time, but like all troublemakers, can be known to push the boundaries. He's pretty well trained though (for a cat, anyway) so can be easily corrected. He’s also very smooch’s and wants nothing more than to cuddle and curl up with you for all the pats in the world. Also, I have a health condition called Fibromyalgia, symptoms including chronic pain and chronic fatigue. I manage it with low intensity exercise, rest, and lots of tiger balm. Can't wait to meet you!
