Hey, I'm going to be moving from Perth to Brisbane for work at the end of June and looking for a place to live for 2 months and probably longer. I'm respectful and chill, and prefer living in a place that is clean. Ideal flatmates would be the same. I'm originally from Canada and working as an Architect. Cheers!
Hi there, my name is Sabrina and I’m a 23-year-old student currently studying architecture at UQ. I am a really easy-going person and I love to meet new people. I am clean and tidy, respectful, reliable and open-minded. I also enjoy cooking, the beach, good weather, horse riding and quality time with my friends.
Supremely quiet and considerate. Have never missed paying rent on time. Currently at Griffith doing a PhD and working as a research assistant. Any location considered. If you have pets, that would be a treat. Flexible with move date. Non-shared accommodation like a granny flat only please.
I am an international student from Norway, going to study urban planning at Griffith university, Nathan campus until the end of october. I just arrived in Brisbane today (20.06.18), and have short time accommodations until 25. june. I would therefore like to find a place to live as soon as possible. As I am dependent on public transport, the accommodation must be located within a reasonable distance to public transport that will take me to Griffith university, Nathan. I would like to live with others as thats a great way to make new friends in a foreign city. I would prefer a good mixture of socializing and private life between me and my flatmates. During my stay in Brisbane I would like to explore the city and what it has to offer, while at the same time doing well when it comes to my studies. I think the currently ongoing world cup could be a great way to get to know eachother. However, thats definitely not a must if you're not interested in football/soccer! Feel free to contact me :)
I am easy going, friendly and clean. I am South African and I am moving to Brisbane for a new job opportunity. I am a non smoker. I enjoy cooking and entertaining. I am looking for a house/flat share with like minded professionals.
I am a PhD student at UQ. I am out of home from 8am to 7pm Sat-Fri. I am looking for a quiet place to chill after school. I am an introvert minding my own business but open to a chat over a beer, movie nights, watching soccer etc. from time to time. I am an organized person who needs to keep everything neat and in their places. I am looking for an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (two tenants each having their own). Teaming up and find a furnitured place would be great.
If you would like a housemate who is interested in all sorts of things, will have a wine and a laugh as easily as spending time alone with hobbies, is respectful of space and values time alone, then i'm the sort of person you're after. When I'm not working my fulltime job, I'm a yoga teacher, acroyogi, rockclimber, bookworm, motorcyclist, pianist, and i dabble in art. I love living amongst vibrant people and places, and great sharehouses are like living in a big family, without the nappies.
Originally from Scotland, but living in Brissy for some time now, we are a fun-loving couple seeking a place to rent. We both work full-time and are very busy during the week with sports activities (football and dancing) so aren't around too much on weekdays, except later on in the evenings. But we do love socialising on the weekends. Very clean and tidy and like to cook!
I am a student of Griffith University. I work casually as a delivery helper, cleaner, and babysitter, and I receive Austudy from Centrelink. Location: As close to Griffith Uni Nathan as possible. Ideally Salisbury, Sunnybank, Coopers Plains or Mt Gravatt East. Please don't message me if your location is further South than Sunnybank Hills, or further East than Carindale. I'm trying to stick as close to the inner suburbs and as possible. North side is a big NO-NO. My interests include cute communist memes and the inevitable revolutionary doggo uprising. I love laughing my ass off, bingeing on Netflix, and being a dope ass meme Queen. Best thing about me would be my dog Freddy. He is a sweet lil munchkin, Mr Popular. As a responsible pet owner, I will assume yard mowing duties. I drive and own a car, street parking is fine. Happy to carpool if you chip in for petrol. Will be ready to move in October. Starting the search early, just looking for the right home for me and my son 🐶. Preferences; • Minimum stay 6 months. • Property and tenants must be pet friendly. Freddy is an inside/outside dog and needy for scritches. He is great with other dogs, and cats. • Room size suitable for a queen size bed and tallboy. • Room on ground floor preferable. Too lazy to move furniture up stairs. • Sociable household a must. I don't drink or party, I just hate awkward silences. • I'm 420 friendly but will obvs respect housemates wishes.
I work full time, study part time. Looking to stay close to Greenslopes due to some very early starts. Enjoy being outdoors, clean, tidy. Also happy to stay inside and watch netflix when I have downtime.
Hello. My name is Honey and I am a full time student here.I like interacting with people, I am easy going. I love cooking and cleanliness. I am mostly busy with my studies but like to party and hang around with friends. Don't mind making new ones:) I don't like much noise - so house partying every time is not my choice. I am more like a person between introvert and extrovert.
I am an extremely neat and tidy person, who is great to have a chat to - whether that's friendly banter or a more serious conversation. I enjoy my quite time, but also love to go out and enjoy life with friends. I love to travel, love my music, art, hiking, etc. Most of the time though, you'll find me having a drink or two with friends, getting some quality retail therapy in or down at the beach enjoying the summer lifestyle. I think I am a great person to live with and I get along with most people. The only thing I'd ask of the people I live with is that they're not overly serious, don't mind me having friends over and enjoy going out for some drinks and a dance on the weekend. :)
I'm a 20 year old working full time in vegetation control around railways. I spend a lot of my free time playing frisbee or at the gym. I'd like to live in a house that's social and isn't just everyone in their rooms. If this sounds like the roommate you would want let me know :)
I'm Peter, pretty easy going and am looking to move out of home. I have a passion for nature and animals and am always down for a drink. Hoping to find a sharehouse with fun loving people but I will be sure to clean up after myself.
Hey I'm Nick, i get along with everyone and i like to socialise with people. I'm quite relaxed but also very tidy and organised. I love music and eating. I am currently enrolled at QUT for a Masters of IT.
We are great to live with because we pay our rent on time, we are neat and tidy and are friendly easy going people that get along with everyone. As siblings we also get along with each other very well. We love to socialize however not party animals and keep the noise to a minimum most of the time:)
Ryan (English) and Meredith (Australian). Easy going, can get along with anyone. Very respectful of privacy. Non-snorers. Enjoy a nice tidy kitchen so if this is your thing too hmu. We like going out for a drink and meals, we are avid gym abusers so chances are if you need to contact either of us we will be there or at work. Speak to you soon guys!
Hi! I’m 21 and I study community services online full time. Although currently in-between jobs I have a fortnightly income. I’m outgoing, respectful of other people’s privacy, tidy and easy to live with! I would be hoping for a non shared room and available to move in within the next 2 months, as I am relocating from Melbourne.
Hi guys, My name is Amu and I am doing my PhD at the University of Queensland. Currently I am sharing an apartment and looking to move around the end of July to somewhere homey/comfortable. I really value clean communal areas and keeping the space tidy. I would like to find a room in West End as it is close to UQ. I enjoy a good chat and a laugh. I am not a party person, however I like to go out for drinks/dinner and an occasional dance with friends. In my spare time I enjoy being active, I like to go to the gym, running and swimming. I also like to do my own routine, read a book and watch a movie on netflix/cinema. I look forward to meeting up with you and hopefully I'm the roommate you're looking for. Cheers, Amu
