Hello, my name is Leanne and I am from Melbourne. I am moving to live in Brisbane over Easter and looking for my new home! I work full time Monday to Friday and spend most evenings at the gym or salsa/Spanish classes. I hope to spend my weekends explore all that my new city has to offer, so I won't be home too much. When I am am home, I usually spend my time binge-watching Netflix or chatting with friends on the phone, so would really love a quiet place where I can come home to relax. Prefer to do most of my socialising out of the home, and looking for a roommate who feels the same. Happy to share the odd glass of wine or meal, but not looking for a party house. Would prefer my own bathroom, but happy to share with one other if needed. I am looking for a non-smoking place with parking - prefer a month-by-month option, while I get settled in. I hope Brisbane will be a great new home for me, but would like some flexibility if I decide to move on. Looking forward to meeting you soon!
Hi there! I'm a recent uni grad working full-time. I'm still trying to gel into my first role so I spend more time than average person would at work and would typically be out around first light. I'm easy going and I love my down time but also love to mingle over a bevvy or two. I love my music and rugby so we can talk about it for days. I don't smoke and am a dog person so wouldn't mind (would actually love to) live with your fur babies if any!
Hi, I am Alex (33) aka the Greek. I just moved to Australia after leaving in the UK for 10 years with a 2 year break away to Germany. I work in UQ as a Post-Doc. in economics and psychology. I love drinking coffee watching the sunrise and I try to exercise at least an hour per day (gym, tennis, yoga, swim, cycling) even if work continuously tries to get in the way. I am always in for the after work beer or glass of wine, and I enjoy cooking. My place doesn't have to be spotless just fairly clean and reasonably organised. I am looking for a house I can call home with a group of flatmates that I can share a laugh and my dinner with.
Heya, I'm a 21 y/o accompanied by my lovely doggo Zephyr (she is used to being the only dog of the house tho!). Working part-time and is looking for a house/somewhere with enough room for my pup. Generally quite and keep to myself 80% of the time after work but is up for some fun and a few drinks when I can
I'm a 22 year old who is currently working full-time. Spending the next 6 months saving before moving again. Looking to work part-time and finish my uni degree once I move. I enjoy spending time with my friends, eating out, watching netflix, and reading. I don't have a specific moving date. But most likely some time around July/August.
I work part-time, predominately in the evenings and also most weekends. Studying literature and art history, so I spend a lot of my time reading. When I have time off work I often go up the coast to visit family. Love to cook, so having a housemate that I could share a meal and a glass of wine with from time to time with would be great.

Super chill, friendly, respectful of privacy, don't typically party much but won't mind if you do xx Feel free to message me on FB at Wendy Do
Hey guys/gals, I'm an ex commercial pilot in the middle of changing career to IT. I've just recently moved to Brisbane from Melbourne and looking for a place to stay for a little while to get my bearings. I'm clean, quiet and courteous of others. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Cheers 😄 Shannon
I am looking for a decent sized room in clean and homely share house, within walking distance to QUT at Kelvin Grove (currently completing Masters in Psychology there). I am clean, easy going, friendly but respectful of privacy and reliable!
Hey there I'm Stephmo (they/them pronouns). My housemate, Kavita, and I are moving to a bigger, better place to start a new sharehouse! (Current lease is up in the start of June). We are looking for one or two other people who wish to join us on this adventure to find a sweet new pad. Looking quite strictly in these areas: Kangaroo Point, West End, East Brisbane, Woolloongabba, Highgate Hill, New Farm. I have a rescue dog, Jedda. She has issues with other animals so will have to be the solo doggo at this house. (Housemates will need to be onboard with having her around the house and preferably up for cuddles, often). We have basic house furniture and appliances including fridge and washing machine but happy for more to be brought along and we can make it work! Maintaining an eco-friendly household is essential (if you aren't interested in at least basic recycling, then this won't work). About me: Queer, feminist, pro-choice, anti-racist, lefty. I'm an adult who is pretty good at adulting, even though it's hard. I can do the things, pay the bills, keep the cleans, you know the deal. I have an all-too-real phobia of dirty tea-towels and sponges. I built a campervan last year and dream of living in a bus one day. Camping trips & outdoor adventures are life. About Kavita: Kavita | She/Her/Hers A PhD-er, focussed on smart cities, gender and social justice, whose dream is to be colocated to the QUT Gardens-Point campus. Her weekdays are uni-intensive and weekends are magical adventures. She: makes the occasional cake and curry for 'family' dinners. Likes to secretly do too much---gigs, climbs, poetry, meals, board games, hikes, beach, Brooklyn 99, bendy yoga, Handmaid's Tale, quiet lay-ins, tarot... We are both clean and tidy and want to live with people who prioritise this in the communal areas. I will remain 100% responsible for dog related things, aside from the aforementioned Jedda cuddles which are available 24/7. Kavita and I do enjoy our own space at times but keen for making real friendships with housemates who enjoy chats and the occasional drink/meal together! We both enjoy a quiet, peaceful household - definitely not a party place! If you think you'd be the right fit, send us a message!
Hey, I'm Jai - 27. I work in a logistics call centre on a rotating roster and study Law full time. I try to keep pretty standard hours and live a professional sort of lifestyle. Most of my time is spent either studying or working and trying (not very well, I might add) to maintain a social life. I enjoy my own space but also good company. Not sure what else to say, I’m pretty friendly so feel free to send me a message if you have any questions or think we’d click. LGBT friendly please :)
Hi there, I am moving to Brisbane to take up a full-time position as an Orthotist (making customised bracing for client's of all age groups). I love being active and meeting new people but I also value my own downtime and privacy. I am from Melbourne. I love going to markets and exploring new places (i.e. hiking). I love animals but don't have a pet of my own. I am looking for a place in a safe neighbourhood (either all to myself or somewhere with a kind and bubbly female room mate) and relatively close to my work in Dutton Park.
i am easy to live with, kind, considerate, tidy, clean, social and also enjoy my own company. My awesome dog Rasta is super well-trained, happy, quirky.
** not looking for existing sharehouses - I have a room to rent in my current apartment OR open to teaming up with others and getting a new place ** Hi! Im 25 working full time in the city in recruitment. Originally from Liverpool but have been living in Brisbane/Melbourne for the last 4 years now. My lease at my current place is due to finish up around mid June and I'm ideally looking for one or 2 other people to team up with and get a new place together! I have enough items to fully furnish an apartment! I can be flexible about location but ideally would like something enough to the city to get to work as I don't currently have a car. Would be looking at either 6 or 12 month leases. I am looking for a flatmate/s between 23 and 33 and someone that can be a friend and not just someone to live with and never speak to! I have had flatmates that have become really good friends but at the same time I respect people's privacy. My routine during the week usually involves leaving the house before 6am, gym and work then usually home by 7pm. I usually keep it low key during the weeknights but like to keep busy during the weekends - beach, shops, dinner, movies, drinks! So someone that enjoys similar things would be good! I am also seeking someone that is happy to clean up after themselves and help out around the place when required.
Hi there! I'm currently working full time in the community sector, and am out a lot so not intrusive to any potential housemate. Love meeting new people and learning from new ideas & perspectives, however also value my independence & downtime too. Looking for a housemate that is friendly, open-minded, tidy and respectful; someone I can engage with and have open, thought-provoking conversations with, while also respecting each other's personal space. Open to social gatherings, however ideally not looking for a party house.
I am a 25 year old girl from the Netherlands. Very clean and tidy. I am A respectful flatmate that likes Some privacy But also like to hang out every now and then, watch a movie or have a Nice diner together
