Hello! I'm 32 and a former student of Physics and Chemistry, looking to return next year at UQ, in the meantime my goal is to focus on my health and fitness, also obtaining a cert 3 in fitness this year. I'm currently renting at $200 a week + bills and this is suiting me fine, I wouldn't mind paying more if the place is great. I'm looking for a sharehouse, preferably with a yard I can practice my fire spinning in. (doesn't have to be on fire, I'd just like space) I have lived with many, in sharehouses and all I've lived with will tell you I'm considerate, confrontable(?) and not quick to judge. ( ask and I can give facebook names of former housemates) My main activities are stretching / rolling on a massage ball whilst listening to interviews/panels/debates of experts, talking with people, fire spinning, dabbling in electronics, losing myself in wikipedia wormholes and listening to hip-hop or a futurism podcast. My abilities include being able to MacGuyver a solution to anything, putting down the toilet seat and not leaving my dishes out. Speaking of which, if it matters to you, I'm vegetarian for physiological reasons, I don't care at all what other people eat though. I have been working solid for the government on a part-time casual basis and am looking to continue that as I find it easy and will give me time to work on my studies or chill out with friends. I'm a party person in as much as I'll go to a party, I'll help someone else make a party, but I'm not the type to instigate my own. For the most part I invite friends over for dinner or to play the original NES. Thanks for your time! Please consider me!
Anthony: I'm a security officer working in South Brisbane, working Monday to Friday. If I am not at working, I am spending my time doing Jiu-Jitsu, or another physical activity. I am a social person. I also enjoy introverted aspects of myself. I live a healthy life style, and enjoy an occasional drink. I have been told I wield a toilet brush to an acceptable standard. You be the judge. Lauren: I'm a full time student and waitress. I'm also physically active when I don't have my head in the books. I like to socialise a little as well as have quiet me time. In my down time I go down the you tube rabbit hole or read or surf. I'm very clean and enjoy cleaning up, if you like to do cleaning rosters they suit me very well.
We are 3 girls looking for a shared house or a whole property for rent. We are willing to team up with anyone to rent a big house if possible. We are clean, tidy and respectful. We love having a chat over dinner or few drinks. And we're ok if you want your privacy.
Hi - I am an easy going Aussie and enjoy socialising and the odd wine but mainly keep to myself during the week. I am clean, tidy and love to cook. I work as an environmental scientist in the city and I have a hobby business selling beeswax foodwraps. I like to keep active and play TRL twice a week. I spend my weekends on the Gold Coast seeing my horse and squeezing in a surf when I can. Move in date is flexible
I currently live and work on the Sunshine Coast but I’ve started part time study in sound engineering at SAE institute (West End). I have a transfer set up so as soon I find a place to live I have a part time job waiting for me. In saying that I usual work 30-38 hours a week. I’m clean, organised and love making nice dinners when I get the chance. I’m pretty social but enjoy my alone time to recharge as I have a pretty busy schedule. I'm looking for a home, somewhere I can simply be me and let others be themselves.
I work/study full time. I am a manager of a jewellery store and studying diploma in makeup. Work/study 6 days a week. Very easy to get along with, clean and quiet. Have a maltese x shitszu dog who is well trained just loves cuddles. Looking to find a room with other females
Hi there, I am a QUT based student doing my PhD in geology. Some of my hobbies include doing anything in nature, especially mountains, swimming, cooking and eating, Asian food especially. Watching a good film, reading a book, listening to music (rock music mainly) are some of the indoor activities I enjoy. I am 27 years old, from Germany originally, but moved here in August 2018. I am looking for a shared flat with flatmates who get along and do things together but can also respect the need for privacy.
I'm a QUT exchange student from New York. I come from a large family so I'm easygoing, and I don't really care too much about noise. I don't plan on spending too much time at whatever place I wind up in since I can't study in my room. I'm really excited to be in Australia, and I want to see as much of it as I possibly can.

Your future THE BEST flatmates YOU EVER HAD are here!!! ;) :D We are Czech and Aussie, Charl works as business analyst, studies Architecture and basically lives at his uni. I study Marketing, working in hospitality, basically live in my laptop writing assessments, so SUPER QUITE AND TIDY, but also never say no for drinks and BBQ :) Looking for the room ASAP, need some kind of parking, ideally something cheaper in Westend/Southbank/Center.
Hey! My name's Ella. I'm very clean and respect other people's things. I just finished uni last year at QUT with a bachelor of business (marketing). I'm going back to QUT this year to start a Master of Business (marketing) and have just been accepted for exchange in the Netherlands in September (so ideally, I'm only looking for a 6 month lease). Easy going to live with, introverted so I like my own space to recharge from the day and vegan but don't mind what others eat. Most of the time I'll either be out working, at uni, or visiting my boyfriend and family I'm looking for a room in a friendly share house where we hang out occasionally and give each other our own space. Looking for fully furnished
Full time student at QUT. Originally from the Middle East and I’ve lived 7 years in the states prior to moving to Australia. I’m respectful, clean(quoted by ex housemates) and like to keep things well organized. I pay rent on time or in advance if needed. Ideally looking to share housing with other clean chill people with positive vibes.
Hi I am Mai, 21 and live in Brisbane since August I currently live in mount Gravatt but it’s too far from the city, that’s the reason I am surching for something more central. I am easy going and love to go dancing (salsa/bachata), I really appreciate my Me-Time but I am also always down for a good chat and a glass of wine. If you have anymore questions just ask 😊
Hi! My name is Alex (33), I am Greek and I have just arrived to Australia from the UK. I am easy going, laid back and I like my house clean and tidy. I wake up early and work 6 days a week (at UQ). I am looking for a place I can call home and a group of flatmates I can share a laugh, and a dinner with.
Hey everyone, I never know what to say here haha my name's Jayce and i'm just a pretty simple, down to earth happy guy. I work full time as lead developer with Studio Culture and pretty much just want a happy relaxed place to chill out too at the end of the day. I'd like a place with good internet, being a programmer kind of a necessity haha Also my girl will probably come around and stay a few nights, she's absolutely brilliant and a kinder heart than I could ever be so don't stress about her. (: Outside of the usual work/gym & girl stuff i'm usually out hiking with friends & that. My routines usually work mon/fri early to late, saturdays are usually clothes/washing and just cooling off from the week, sundays are reserved for shopping / mealprep & getting ready for the week ahead. If you have any questions i'd be more than happy to answer.
I’m currently working in the city, literally across the road from central. I’m very musical and have a fun bull Arab puppy who loves everyone. I’m just looking for somewhere close to work that won’t take me a life time to get there.
Hey everyone! I'm from Melbourne looking to move into Brisbane, either somewhere along the Springfield train line, in Springfield Lakes or inner city Brisbane. A specific range I know, but I have family on that line and would love to keep in regular touch with them. As I am saving up for the move, I won't be leaving Melbourne until around Jan 30th, 2020. I'm also currently applying for full-time work so I can pull my weight. (Quick update, moving date has been pushed back by 6 months, i apologise for the inconvenience!) More about me, I'm an actress, singer-songwriter and aspiring model. I also enjoy writing in my spare time, and hope to one day publish a novel. While I am currently 18, I turn 19 in early June. I hope my age isn't a problem! Other activities I enjoy are casual swimming, cooking desserts and a good party every once in a while. I have two cats myself that I will be bringing with me; one who is a carrier for the cat flu. This means she's had the disease before but will be a carrier for life and will most likely infect other cats. Please consider me as a flat-mate, and I hope to meet y'all soon!
