Hello! I'm a 24 year old Canadian/Danish backpacker, who is looking for a place to stay in Darwin. I'm currently looking for a job, and I'll be staying in Darwin till August. I would describe myself as being laidback, clean, and easy to talk to. My interests are sports, travelling and music. Best, Mark
Originally from Adelaide, been in Darwin for a couple months now. I work Monday to Friday and spend most weekends out exploring Darwin. I'm pretty relaxed during the week and like going out to dinner or just watching tv and relaxing, but weekends i go out with friends for drinks and parties or camping and weekends away. Id like to find a furnished private room with a built wardrobe and prefer own bathroom or share with 1 other. Definitely need a car parking space. I only need short term rental as I have family who might be coming up to live in Darwin at the end of May and I'll find a place to live with them.
I'm sociable and easy to get on with, interested in music and sports . I'm an electrician so usually work all week, enjoy a couple of beers at the weekend and will be looking to get out and explore the area. Let me know if you've got something!
My name is Mikaela and I am 22 years old. I've recently moved to Darwin for work. I'm from Adelaide. At the moment I'm living in Palmerston and want to move more central. I am outgoing and fun, but I do like my own space as well :) I'm very easy to get along with!
I'm from Sydney and will heading up to darwin for work April-August for a change of scene, however it may be longer. Working up to 80 hours a week isn't unusual for myself. I enjoy my career and get to see some great sights and meet some incredible people. I am neat and tidy with good personal hygiene. Partial to quality beers and scotches. I do not smoke, take short showers and firmly believe the toilet paper goes over, not under. I'll be bring my dog Cookie with me, she's impeccably trained (sit, drop, stay, up, down, get out, on your mat, drop....) and won't touch anything she's not meant to including a perfectly cooked ribeye steak on the coffee table. Her breed is closest to an Australian Shepherd. She is an outdoor dog that will only come inside when invited. I currently own a place in Sydney where I am currently letting out a spare room. My current housemate of 18 months can provide a reference if required.
Hello all, My name is Claire, I'm a 26 y.o Victorian making the move to Darwin to study teaching. I'm very neat and tidy, respectful of others and their belongings, and as I'll be studying pretty diligently I'll be relatively quiet during uni/work nights, however I'd still be keen to live with people that are social and friendly, who enjoy a drink and catch up over the weekend :) I've lived in share accommodation in Melbourne for 6 years so I know all the ins-and-outs of sharing with others. I'm just looking for a nice, tidy, simple place with housemates similar. I love bike-riding, reading, going for coffee, having a glass of wine at the end of a long day, and visiting the NT National Library is a passion. I'll be studying full time and be working part time, most likely in hospitality.
I'm Matthew. I'm 22 and will be moving to Darwin May/June for a new job opportunity. I'm looking for somewhere long term around Darwin CBD or suburbs in close proximity. Ideally I'd like a furnished room and looking to live with relaxed people who are easy to get along with. I keep to myself a lot of the time however enjoy having a drink and a chat every now and then. I will be working Monday - Friday and occasionally travelling between Darwin and Adelaide for work.
Hello! We are both young pilots who are moving to Darwin for employment. We are bringing with us minimal belongings and so would prefer somewhere that is already fully furnished and ready to move straight in. We're both easy going people who are trustworthy, don't mind cooking up a storm and occasionally having an afternoon knock off or two. Will respect others privacy if in a share situation. Our budget is $200 max each inclusive of utilities. Please don't hesitate to message either of us if you have a place that sounds fitting! Cheers, Darcy and Ben

I'm a 30 year old female from England. I'll be arriving in Darwin around 7th April and studying in for 1 year. I'm a tidy person and not shy when it comes to cooking and cleaning. I wouldn't consider myself a party animal but I am socialable and easy going. I enjoy being outdoors, keeping fit (or trying to), music and events and experiencing new things.
I am very friendly and easy to get along with, I like socialising but also love having my own personal space too. I am very clean, tidy and organised which I think makes me a great roomie to have! As I am only staying for 4 months, I am looking for a furnished room rather than unfurnished.
I am relocating from Adelaide to Darwin for work. I am really dedicated to my health and fitness and always an early riser :) I love to be social but also enjoy my own space too. I am clean, tidy and respectful as a housemate.
Hiya :) I'm Marta, looking for flatshare with some cool bunch of people. I am an active and verrry friendly professional, recruiting for a hospitality job in the central area. Just arrived in Darwin for 6 months, after a while of surfing couches gotta finally find my own corner of space. Respectful, clean, happy to hang out with positively energized people, okay not to hang out with the less positive ones :D I like to be a little crazy, so be careful if you are not ready for fun company in the flat. I love sports and dancing, speak Spanish and English fluently, in French and Portuguese communicating ok. Love traveling, went by myself all around South America, learned salsa and gained some cool skills. I have some friends in Darwin but will be happy to hangout after work and make friends. My budget is approx. $180 for a room in the central location, but can negotiate if I love your place:) Get in touch!
I spent the last four years in the Military so I am a very happy, sociable person. I'm very easy to get along with and always keen to find new friends. I am mature and will be respectful of house rules. I would like to find a flatmate(s) that are fairly sociable like me. I am currently studying a part-time Law degree (online) and have decided to do a working holiday in Darwin to explore a different, beautiful country. I love to swim so being close to a pool would be ideal. I intend to move to Darwin in April and find a job immediately. I plan to stay for at least 3 months and up to 1 year if all works out.
I am an Aussie farm girl moving from Vic for a life style change. I am studying online and will be looking for full time work but do love good social outings haha. I am relaxed, easy going and always clean up after myself. I love sport, love to cook and looooove movie nights but do like to let my hair down (very easily persuaded into drinking sessions haha). I am a considerate, respectful and understanding housemate and will do my best to keep quiet if I have been out and housemates are sleeping. I want to make the most of my time in Darwin, whilst taking work and study seriously, I am looking forward to meeting new people, having a good time and seeing the sights. Am unfortunately not moving up until late May now due to work commitments.
