I'm very clean and tidy to live with, respectful of privacy but would also love living with someone/people who are friendly and easy going. I'm not a party animal but do enjoy being social and having the occasional night out. I love cooking and if you have pets I'll probably love them equally as much! Hoping to find likeminded housemate/s
I’m clean & tidy, respectful of people’s personal space! I do enjoy a family social dinner with housemates and a wine or 2 on the weekends but also like my time on my own! Looking for a fun and creative household to join! I have two Boston Terriers who are inside/outside dogs and love being social they are more like cats and enjoy sleeping most of the day. I need to be in a new place by the end of Feb so if you think I could be a potential match please message me!
I am a photographer running my own small business covering most types of photography from schools to sporting events. I am easy going and reliable and enjoy spending time relaxing with others around the house but definitely appreciate having a space of my own at times... Not a party animal but do work hours outside of the standard 9-5 Monday to Friday, I can work some very odd hours but am very respectful of others if I come and go early or late. Reliable and willing to help out and do my share in flat, and while I have my own life ideally would like to become friends with those I live with not just people who share a house. My cat is a very cute little girl who loves attention and short cuddles when it suits her. She is four years old and is lovely and very sweet natured.
24 year old, non-smoking student, working full time and studying online. If im not at work I’m either studying, going to the gym, or hanging out with friends & family. I can be a social butterfly but also respect people’s boundaries and keep to myself when I am busy. I own a very placid 7 year old chihuahua cross. If you’re into fitness/meal prep then it’d be great to team up for workouts and share advice as well while living together. I clean up after myself and would love to find some roommates who are just as cool as me ;P
24 y/o with a small dog. Currently studying Justice/Law at QUT and working 4-5 days a week. Enjoy being active and getting outdoors, as well as socialising over a wine or two. Clean, organised and friendly. Non-smoker and not a big drinker.
Hello! I'm currently a full time digital illustrator, however I am moving up to Brisbane (from Sydney) to resume full time study in February at Griffith Southbank QCA. As such, I'm looking to room in an apartment or sharehouse with easy access to Southbank. My only space requirements are somewhere to put my work computer that won't be in the way. I'm quiet and clean-- and while that's not much fun at parties, it does make me good at living with other like-minded introverts. Although I'm resuming study, I have many years of experience being a working professional and living with others in flats and sharehouses. I can provide references from previous happy housemates and evidence of rent being paid on time if you would like! Basically, I'm not new to this. I'd preferably like to move in to an already-established furnished place, however I am open to teaming up and starting a fresh new place as well! I do have some of my own furniture in storage, so if you want to team up to find a new space and furnish it ourselves, I can contribute two couches, a fridge, some kitchen chairs and some kitchenware to that. (As well as my own bedroom furniture.) As for what I look for in a place, I'm definitely one to prioritise compatibility with housemates over the house or flat itself. That isn't to say we have to be best friends, and I definitely don't want to hang out 24/7 (downtime is important!), but I want to actually like and know who I'm living with. So I'm most interested in a situation with people who want to live together as a community and talk to each other over dinner from time to time, rather than being say three different people who live side by side as complete strangers. I like cooking and my favourite dishes to cook are curry and stir fry! But I don't want to end up being the "house mum" who cooks every night of the week-- a shared workload between housemates is the ideal! In my opinion, anyway. If you aren't interested in that sort of arrangement and just want to do your own thing, I completely respect that, but please contact someone else. I'm fine with animals, though I've grown up with cats and love them the best :). My hobbies (when I'm not drawing) are reading, writing, going to the movies, and pilates! Gotta keep that core strength up. I also have my own Netflix account and love a good movie from time to time-- anything from arthouse to blockbuster popcorn flicks. My favourite is Star Wars, though. Nerd pride :). I also have a car and am more than happy to drive non-car-owning flatmates around, but I do need a space to park it, even if it's just on the street. I'm also very handy around the house and can build/fix most (non-electronic) things, and I'm good at sewing and fixing up clothes, but I am bad with bugs and spiders. Look forward to hearing from you! Peace :).
Hi! I work weekdays in the CBD as a corporate professional for fed gov. I enjoy beach trips and hiking, I like to make the most of my weekends. I spend most evenings at the gym (and several early mornings). I have bedroom furniture only (and a few pieces of camping gear). I'm clean, neat and decent cook - I usually do meal prep on a Sunday to keep the week as chill as possible! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Ideally, I would like to live 1 other person in a relaxed environment with enough room to securely store my camping gear. Bonus points if there is a place to park my 4WD. Be great to live with someone that doesn't mind the off Netflix binge as well!
24 year old full time shift worker looking for a place to stay. I am very clean (the type that makes there bed every morning hah) and quiet. I enjoy my own space at times, and I will be busy with studying part time too, but I'm also down for a chat over a glass of wine. I am looking for a 6 month stay. I am also into going to the gym and I'm definitely into clean eating, so I do do a lot of meal prep, but I currently share a fridge with three other girls and I am considerate with space. I would prefer a place with aircon as I have now gone two Brisbane summer's without one and I truely miss the luxury!
Super chill, respectful and clean. Easy to live with. Self employed horse physio, photog/artist, muso just living the dream! Have my shit together, looking to slide into a chilled household. Need space for my queen size bedroom set up, plus a couple desks, my electronic drum kit and 2 motorbikes. Love Art, music, good vibes, animals, sportsball. Gigs/couple drinks on weekends. Allergic to childish behaviour and drama of any kind. If your a legend, hit me up!
I'm easy going, clean and tidy. I work full time on my own events business which keeps me pretty busy during the week, but I'm always keen to make the most of the weekends. I like to go mountain bike riding and get away to the coast a lot. Always keen for a beer and a chat but respectful of people's privacy. I play music (guitar and sing) - so always keen to play a little music with new people too!
Hi guys I’m working as a building manager in the Valley so looking to move out with someone a bit closer. I’m into my sports, video games and don’t mind a drink o the weekends. Always up for a chat but at the same time can respect your space. I’m ideally looking to team up with a like minded person to find a place to move into. Hit me up if this sounds like you!
Hey! I work full-time near the airport. Looking to meet some cool new people to team up with and start a share house. Looking at areas Northside around the Chermside/ Kedron Area. I'm incredibly down to earth and outgoing and love to kick back after a hard week with a couple of drinks, I enjoy cooking and am clean and tidy. I'm really into my fitness and healthy eating, that doesn't mean 4am runs though! Looking at an apartment with reasonable room. Looking to hopefully move out mid to late March. Message me if you're interested :)
Hi! I'm looking for a fresh start on the northside, 11 years on the southside time to see what's the fuss is about on the northside. Very clean & tidy, social at the same time I respect other's space (not a space invader) as i love to have time to self. I love getting out and about then can also spend time being homely. I love cooking, going for walks, being active, watching movies, learning new things, meeting new people. I love to spring clean every so often, something I knew about myself until i had my own place. Im easy to get along with. Im not looking to become best friends, happy to hangout over a meal sometimes or to chat, watch TV in lounge area. I have a small dog(child) Sahara, she keeps to herself when she isn't with me. Sahara is a hypoallergenic breed. Most,if not all people fall in love when meeting her. She is toilet trained. Sahara only barks when strange noise at nights. She is a good with people. Is my shadow till at ease then she will be wanting a pat or to play though she not in your face or underneath your feet, as she like to chill be it on her bed or in the sun. Personality plus yet not hyper. Pretty awesome dog and well trained. She is my family in qld as my family live down south & OS... I may have a friend over once in a blue moon for dinner or hangout in room watch a movie. That's me a bit of a paradox .
Hi flatmates, I'm from Bowen North Queensland, been in brizzy nearly 3 yrs now I'm single, full time warehouse operator that is easy going and tidy as they come. I'm always pretty busy weather its playing sport or going out or going 2 the gym so when I do come home I usually like to relax and do my own thing like sleep haha but I do like house mates with the same mind frame and who are pretty laid back like myself.. I love to have a laugh and I love my music and eventually I want to travel and when I get good enough and more confident busk on the streets. Would prefer to live with females as they are more tidy like myself but am very open minded.
I work full time, health conscious, compete in tris, love cooking, do require some where to store as i have sofas fridges etc if not needed and have around 10 carter boxes etc. previous lease runs out in may
Hello, my name is Arthur. I am an international student who will be commencing studies at Aviation Australia in July 2018. I am currently a full time employee and will be coming over to Brisbane to do a 2 year course as part of my training and employment requirement. As it will be my first time to live in Brisbane and do not have any family there, I prefer to live within a group environment (preferably male students/professionals). I keep myself neat and tidy and am always respectful of others space. I am very approachable and in control of everything bills wise and like to be organised always. You will find me busy during weekdays with studies and all but should have a little free time during the weekends to chill. I prefer bills and internet to be included in the rent. En-suite is preferred. Looking for accommodation that will be available by June 2018. Message me if you need more information. (Note that my mobile number is not functioning at this time so if you need to contact me, get in touch through the message system. I will update here if my number is back online). Thank you.
Hi I'm Sara. I am a 24 y/o paramedic student. I also work part time at a hospital. I do come with a very adorable 10month old Maltese/poodle named willow. We are super easy to live and get a long with. I'm always up for a chat and sociable, although being a student I also like my quiet time and am not looking for a party house. Lease now ends at the beginig of April. I do have furniture for pretty much an entire unit. Happy not to have to bring it along, but do have it if needed.
Hi there, Ryan here. Currently I have been living in a big house on the north side of Brisbane for the last 5 years. I have had most of the responsibility, and own most of the furniture. Our lease is coming up, and I would like to move somewhere more central, whilst not paying an incredible amount of rent. Hoping to pay less than $220/week including bills. I am open to teaming up with someone to move into a town house or house, or moving into a 1 bed place. I am looking to live with either 1, or max 2 other people. I can also provide furniture and appliances (couches, fridge, washing machine, microwave, Balinese furniture, dining table, outdoor table, chairs, desk, plates, bowls, pots and pans, cutlery, other appliances etc), but if not that's ok too as I can simply sell or store them elsewhere. I have a well trained, friendly male cat. He is mostly a lazy indoor cat, likes his sleep and doesn't mind other furry friends. My cat is used to wandering outside for the odd walk around the yard so I am hoping to find somewhere that has a backyard/courtyard. I have recently been working as a warehouse assistant, and also study business and IT on the side. Looking for a decent sized room, and air conditioning (just for the hot periods, and not necessarily in the room itself). I am the kind of guy who is social with his housemate/s, but can also as easily keep to myself. I am indeed responsible, respectful, open, very clean (dislike mess), honest and reliable. What I am not into is drinking copious amounts of alcohol (the odd glass of spirits is ok), smoking (but do not mind if you do smoke), or constant partying. These days I am more into events, exercise and the gym, self development, heading to the beach etc. I am also vegan. Please send me a message as I am in need of finding my next long-term home to be. Thanks for your time and hope to hear from you, Ryan
