I'm clean, easy going, fun to be around, love to laugh and a very considerate house mate. I love to cook, wine and dine. I travel interstate and overseas often on business.
I have a broad range of interests, love going out for a coffee and socialize as much as I like time on my own. I am very respectful and considerate of others. Love staying fit and healthy. I am flexible with the moving date.
Hi everyone, I am a final year law/psychology student who is currently studying full-time in Canberra. I will be moving to Sydney in December for further studies, so I am hoping to find a place to move in Dec. I am a friendly person but at the same time, I respect other people's privacy as well. Most importantly I am also clean and tidy. I don't party - I spend most of my time studying, eating and sleeping, so there will not be any issue with noise. I have been renting in Sydney and Canberra since 2009 so I understand what it means to be a good housemate - to be courteous, flexible, considerate and respectful of other housemates and of course to pay my rentals on time.
Hello! Looking for a group of chill, fun and tidy girls and guys to flat with. I'm easy going, friendly, clean and fun to have around. I've been living in Melbourne for the past 15 years but I'm starting a new job in January in Sydney so I'm looking to move back as soon as possible.
Work in professional field based at North Sydney. I am neat and tidy, I work long hours and sometimes i work in interstate. Grew up at Central Coast and family still living over there, sometime will spend my weekend over at my family's house. When I'm home I like to tidy the house and keep the place looking great as always, or wonder in the kitchen preparing food for the week. Or else I will be spending time out and about trying out new cafe/restaurant due to I'm a big foodie.
27yr old male working full time for a Sydney formwork company. I love my travel and always get away when I can. I recently got back from a 10 month trip to Europe, before that I was working in the Navy. I enjoy my sports, and having a Social drink and meeting up with friends. Friendly, easy going and reliable to live with.
I am a professional Structural Engineer starting a St. Leonard based consultancy from 26th of September. I am 29, Looking for a share house with fun loving and tidy people. I would prefer an off-street parking, a built-in wardrobe and some furniture in the room, but happy to get more furniture later on for the house if required. I am a less kitchen user, occasionally have friends visiting me, pretty routine week days, movies or chatting over a drink..Pretty easy going I would say. Don't hesitate to give me a buzz if that sound's like you.
Hi! I'm a 32 years old brazilian working and studying in Sydney. I'm a veterinarian and work mostly overnights as an emergency vet nurse (so a dark and quiet place to sleep during the day is a must). I'm studying for the National Veterinary Exam to get my vet qualifications reconigse in Australia. I am very friendly, CLEAN and tidy. Love animals, specially cats, so if you have them at home that's a plus =^.^= I'm looking for a respectful, clean, quiet and non-smoker flatmate who likes to chat, share a glass of wine (or beer!) and could become a good friend. I'm very proud of my country but chose Australia to be my new home. Yes, I love the beach and the aussie life-style! Looking foward to hearing from you :)
Hi, I will be moving to Sydney from Brisbane in January 2017 for work. I have run my own share house in Brisbane for the last 6 years so I completely understand the consideration and respect required when sharing a house. I also have two pets, an indoor cat and a 5 year old golden retriever who is very well trained and very lazy, so I will be looking for a place with a yard (can be small) and that will allow my dog to be inside when I am home (I am willing to pay a pet bond if required). I am happy to team up with anyone else looking to rent a place as I already have all furniture and utensils necessary. In the case of finding a room in an existing share house I will have all my own bedroom furniture (and can bring other things if needed). I would prefer to have my own bathroom but can be flexible on that in the right share house. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would be interested in having me and my beautiful pets as roomies :-).
Tom - I work full time as a Solicitor in the city. Enjoy a beer, like to keep fit, watch sports, play video games, read etc. Try to keep active where i can. I enjoy cooking and i'm easy to get along with. Looking for like-minded housemates. Emily - Originally from the UK, working full time in the city for the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. I enjoy watching movies and going to the theatre. Known to bake a cake or two every now and then. I'm easy to get on with and am very laid-back. Looking for housemates to enjoy a glass of wine with after a tough day at work.
I am open and communicative man with good manners and tidy habits. The major part of the day I am spending on work outside the flat. Afternoons and nights, if I'm not outside, I will probably spend reading books and listening to music. The next period until the arrival of my family (July/August 2017) I would like to share flat expenses with a flatmate with whom I can achieve good communication. During daytime over some weekend I wish if there are a possibility to host my friends (everything would be previously agreed).
Young, easy going, neat and tidy. Working full time monday to friday hours 730-4, enjoy all water sports and a quite drink here and there. Enjoy cooking a meal or going for a good chicken schnitzel time to time
I am a 23 year old graphic designer who works full time in the CBD. I generally am quiet and have a pretty strict routine on weekdays working 9-5 and don't party to go out on weekdays. Similarly, my weekends aren't crazy and I would prefer to have a nice dinner party at home to going out all night. I love to cook and have a quiet glass of wine, binge on tv series and potter about in the garden. I do have a dog; a greyhound named Mandela who would need to be welcomed in to the house and other members willing to be a part of his life as well. Move date is not accurate. Just put in for mandatory purposes; I'm flexible
Hi, I am a young, fit 55, semi-retired and work Friday and Saturday nights. I enjoy pleasant conversation and healthy cooking. I am happy staying to myself and am respectful of other's privacy. I like reading, the gym and fine dining. I am looking for a place close to the city and am not restricted to the suburbs I have highlighted.
Hi! I'm Stacey, a 25 year old female working in North Sydney as an Account Manager at a Data Analytic company. During the week I am very much a routine person, and consider myself quiet and respectful but open to socializing with flatmates as well. A BBQ or quiet drink in the evening or on weekends is great! I love music (my piano is back home in New Zealand) and art (I love to paint). Weekends are typically spent with friends. I enjoy getting outdoors and going for a drive and a hike, or heading to the beach in summer to read; swim and relax. I'm currently living in Wollstonecraft with one female and two males. We've been here for two years and everyone has recently decided to split up the flat. I have my own bedroom furniture, but no large white wear or common furniture. I'm also looking for parking either off-street, or residential street parking. I need to be out of my current place by Monday 7th of November, so am looking for something within the next 2 weeks.
Hi everyone, I'm reliable, quiet as a rule, clean and respectful of others. Up for a laugh, and realise there's a time and place for everything. I'm fit and generally active, non smoker and light/often non drinker. Love animals (if you've got one or some) but don't have any of my own. I'm self employed as a handyman around lane cove area and also studying architecture online, this keeps me busy enough atm. Think that's all! Cheers Michael
I'm a fun-loving, but reasonably quiet young professional (female) that's moved to Sydney from New Zealand. I work in consulting. Of Indian origin, I've grown up/lived in NZ for the past 16 years (for those who like to know this sort of info!!). I love to explore, learn (proud geek!), love food - eating and cooking, keen to know about different cultures. Honest, fun, outgoing, easy to get along with, clean & tidy and I know that rent and bills need to be paid on time! :) While I am not a party animal, I love to get out. Certainly not the 'always in my room' kind of person, but I do enjoy quiet time as I will be working from home on occasion! I have a mature outlook on life, can get a bit philosophical (!!), can chat about most topics, enjoy healthy discussion, but definitely respect others' views and privacy. Happy to kickback with TV or a book or just music and a chat! I intend to make Sydney my home for the foreseeable future. Keen to find like-minded people who are welcoming, friendly and keen to meet someone new!
Iain, 29, British. Here working as a bricklayer. Just been sponsored by my firm so looking to spend the next couple of years at least out here in Australia.
Looking for a comfortable, quiet space close to work. Currently renting in Neutral Bay (short term) I am a conscientious roommate, always happy to pitch in wherever needed, will give others their privacy but happy to be there at the end of the work day for a good rant. Studying at Macquarie University and working most other days, often overnights, I happy to share space with women or men.
Hi guys, My name is Isabella and I'm a 20 year old student from the Netherlands. I will be doing my 6 months internship in Sydney at the Lane Cove Council. I study Social and Cultural Development at the University in Utrecht. I really like my studies and I'm excited to come to Australia for my Internship. I'm an adventures person who loves to explore, to meet new people and to have a lot of fun! I also live in a shared appartment in Utrecht with some lovely roomies. I love to hang out with them and my friends and make it cosy at home or to go out with everyone. I'm also really into sports and art. I love dancing, snowboarding, skating, surfing and gymnastics. And I also enjoy painting.
I'm going to study at Royal North Shore Hospital for 3 weeks (so actually the preferred length of stay is 3 weeks) so am looking for a place during my stay. If you are interested in Japanese culture, I can cook some Japanese foods and tell you about kimonos (I'm a certified kimono teacher). I like playing the piano and traveling :) I speak English ok-fluently so I shouldn't cause you a trouble! If you host me this time, I'll show you around in Japan when you come :)
Hi there, I’ve recently found a new job as a project consultant in Lane Cove and am in increasing need of a new place to match, with a move from Melbourne to Sydney being problematic without one. Preferably I’d be looking to live within a reasonable distance of work, haven’t thought far beyond that at the moment. I’m a very relaxed person and don’t stress or rush over many things, not too worried about housemates having a similar outlook, I’m sure everything will be manageable. On occasion I’m fairly quiet, other times I’m a little loud but mostly I’ll fall in the middle. Prefer things clean and tidy and I'm sociable while being respectful of others privacy. Would prefer something longer term rather than shorter and I’m open to teaming up. If all sounds good feel free to drop me a message. James
I'm a 20 y.o. part time working student looking for a room! My lease is going up in December and would love to find some great roommates to share a place with. I'm relaxed, outgoing and quite a homebody! I like to keep my space neat and be considerate to those who live around me. Keen to find the right place for me to live whilst I study and work!
Hi all! I'm Daniel, and I'm 41 (that went quick) and originally from New Zealand. I'm a creative, and work as a freelance photographer/photography educator with weddings, events, corporate and teaching. Being Freelance means my work hours are varied, and this allows me to do additional finance work for a broker. I'm a people person and am domestically sound and able. I'm relaxed and respectful, clean and tidy, and can pay my bills on time. I do enjoy good convo, but also space to unwind after photographing long weddings. I like to keep fit and spend time in the outdoors. Music is important, as I love noodling around on the guitar and going to gigs. Like all Kiwis I am well travelled and spent a number of years in the UK, and have taken in the sights of Europe, Asia and South America. I can relate to people from all walks of life. If there's anything else you'd like to know, please don't hesitate to drop me a line! I Look forward to hearing from you! Dan
Hi I'm Shwu, I'm a full time professional working in the health care industry, whilst studying as well. I'm looking to set up a home with 1 or 2 other persons. I've been in Sydney for a year now and would love to put some roots down. I do pilates/yoga 4x a night and I also windsurf and I'm on and off indoor rockclimber and I love hiking. Generally, I try to be as active as I can and also quite a homebody as well, I'm creative, enjoy baking, knitting and making things, reading and eating lots of cheese. I also love history, arts and the ballet. I like for a home to be a haven to relax in and not a party house or have guests over every single night of the week. I'm less into partying these days but enjoy midweek dinners, gigs out etc. I have my own bedroom furniture, so ideally I would like an unfurnished room- if I am joining an established home already. I would prefer to live with people who are non-smokers. My budget is flexible between $230 - $330.
I work nights in bars and study during the day. I'm living too far out of Sydney at the moment, so I'm looking for a new place to call home.
I've just moved to Sydney from Melbourne with my work, and i'm very much looking forward to settling back into the city. I'm very easy-going and fun to live with ( I realize most people probably start this section off with the same exact sentence, but I really am). I'm social and make friends easily, but I'm also a workaholic, so I work long hours Mon-Fri and most Saturdays as well. When I'm off, I enjoy meeting up with friends at local bars and restaurants and being out enjoying the beautiful city. When I'm home I enjoy cooking and lounging in the comfiest clothes I can find. I would love to have some outdoor space, as I start to feel a bit claustrophobic stuck indoors all the time, and there's nothing better than a cold beer outside in the sunshine in the comfort of your own home! I do have a very friendly cat named Rex. Rex is very well-behaved, loves everyone, and will probably wake you up some mornings by snuggling into your pillow. My old housemate used to refer to him as "the best hangover cure" because he is so snuggly and comforting!
American in Sydney for work starting in January - I'm in advertising. I'm 33, non-smoker, clean/neat and pretty easy to live with but would prefer older (late 20's-30's) roommates since we're more likely to have schedules and personalities that mesh. - I love pets so roommates who have dogs/cats are a plus in my book - as long as they're well behaved :) - A partly or totally furnished flat/room would be nice but a deal breaker. - Must love dogs. I have a small dog (Sheltie) that will be joining me in April - she's in the states finishing up her shot regimen for importation - but until then I'm pet free. I will have a dog walker for her during the day. - Like going out maybe one weekend a month, nothing too crazy. Mostly quiet. - Would love to have friendly roommates as I'm new to the country and therefore will only know work folks.
Hi guys, my name is Ash and Im looking for a home! Im a full time physio, and like to relax when I get home. Im clean, easy going and always up for a chat/dinner with my housemates. I'd love to find a place that is tidy and friendly.
I'm Luke, 21, currently living in Melbourne and making the move to Sydney in a couple of weeks to start working full-time as an LED Screen Technician. I'm a very tidy and reliable person who loves to socialise over a drink or two. I love to cook and relax in my downtime when i am not working. I may be doing some interstate travel for work and also seeing the family back home. I have my own car which I intend to bring up with me, and I love all pets.
Hi! Relaxed, friendly and I've been told...easy to live with. Full time professional. Like my space but enjoy sharing a meal or a drink now and then as we would be sharing a home. Out with friends a lot but do like the occasional weekend in.Considerate of personal space. No mad parties but I'll consider coming to yours. Love tennis and the outdoors. A nice pub, a bar and a good scotch and music. I don't usually cook. I 'assemble' or grill but love cooking a nice meal every now and then to share. Accepting of people with the exception of someone lacking bathroom hygiene. If you are not one of them, I am looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi! My name is Henry. I am a 22 year old Perth guy moving to Sydney for my dream job in business consultancy (8am-5:30pm). I like tv, sports, cooking, socialising, and trying just about anything new to me. On weekends I like to hang out with friends, try eating out at new places and binge watching netflix. I'm a social person but also like to spend time to my self. I am a great cook and even better bartender so can definitely help out around the kitchen. I would enjoy living with all sorts of people. I am always up for a chat and always up to help my mates out. That being said being tidy, respectful, honest, openminded are important traits to me. I love having the odd drink/meal but don't depend on it. I enjoy the occasional night out so would love to find a group of people that would also be keen. I am always down for group cooking and love to help out in the kitchen. I am easy to please, honest person that is super easy to get along with!
I recently moved to Sydney to work on setting up an Australian office for my current company in the US. I'll be in Sydney through at least May 2016, and have been staying in Surry Hills and really love it. I currently work from home, so I tend to be around pretty frequently,. I don't know a whole lot of people here, and figured the flatmates situation would be a great way to meet people.
Hi there, my name's Dhiren, male, 35, single, full time working professional. I work as a Senior Project Manager for one of the biggest retail giants in Australia. I work near Bella Vista but live close to Crows Nest, so commute a fair bit of distance everyday, but don't mind the travel as I prefer living in the north shore area and/or closer to the city. I'm a clean and tidy person who respects others' private space and needless to say expect the same in return. I'm an easy going guy who doesn't mind a drink or two or a glass of wine or have dinner/chat with my flatmate/s after work once in a while. I also consider myself a decent cook who can cook a good healthy meal. Through shared accommodation would love to make new friends and hope the friendship remains stronger and lasts forever. Don't mind hanging out with the flatmate/s during the weekends.
Hi there! My name is Olivia, I'm 21 and work full time in Advertising. My current lease is ending in the next month or so, and I am looking for a fun and friendly, but neat and tidy house and/or apartment. I am also interested in teaming up to find a new house together! A similar age group would be great, who are open to a drink after work and socialising! I love cooking and a nice glass of red, and I've been living on my own, so I know how to take care of/clean up after myself. My lease is up on the 30th November, but I am willing to move around a week or so before Message me if you want to have a chat or want any more details about me!
Hello, I'm looking for a place with undercover parking as I have a car and motorbike. Preferably near public transport and cleanliness is a must. I will respect your privacy and house rules; or happy to socialise and join in activities. I don't smoke or drink.
Hi, my name is Karolis I’m 25 old male from Lithuania. I'm in Sydney with skilled work sponsorship visa as an engineering software consultant. I believe I'm an open minded social guy, loving to do some workouts, cooking, jogging, meditation... - Not a fan of big parties at home; - Non smoker; - Sometimes enjoy a glass of wine; - Clean and always paying my bills on time; I do also have a recommendation letter from my previous landlord where I have enjoyed living with 2 flatmates (professionals) in 3 room shared apartment in Vilnius (capital of Lithuania). I'm a 28 year old proffesional female looking to find a nice place to live that's close to the city. Either a room in an apartment or a house with a fun but relaxing vibe :)
I am an honest, reliable, tidy, well adjusted person who pays on time and respects the environment I live in. I have shared a lot and have been told that I am a great Flatmate.
I consider myself to be a clean, organised, trustworthy, honest, friendly and down to earth person with a good sense of humour, who appreciates socialising with friends and also understands the importance of having time to myself.
I'm pretty easy going and a bit of a neat-freak. Work keeps me quite busy so I'm not always around but I enjoy a good laugh in my downtime.

Hey, I'm Gav. 26 year old professional from Perth, WA. I work in finance out in Parramatta, so having easy access to the train is pretty crucial. Like most West Australian's, I'm pretty laid back and don't take life too seriously. I've been in Sydney since November, so would love a housemate that I can also be really good friends with. I like getting to the gym in my spare time, and keen to get back playing football (AFL) next winter. Keen to enjoy life, so eating good food and drinking nice beer/wine is a must. Let me know if you're keen to catch up. Cheers, Gav
My name is Tom, I'm coming over from london with my job (market research) to work for a year covering someone's maternity cover. My job is just north of the bridge so the location is perfect for me! I'm 25 and the job I have is an account manager for GfK. I would be coming over in Mid-October but am happy to pay a few more weeks if I found someone/somewhere that I thought was great. I tend to like the typical things and have lived with all girls and all boys and mixes in the past so really am ready for anything. Viewings would have to be over skype due to me still being in london until early October. Ideally i would like a social-able house as i am coming over to a completely new country and would love to settle in as soon as possible. However i am also willing to just find a nice quiet house as well.
I enjoy staying at home as much as I enjoy going out and exploring the city. I've lived in Spain and travelled to many places and would love to share some of the experiences and travel tips! I'm also very tidy and responsible. I am easy-going, love meeting new people and hanging out at home or out for a meal or the beach or for some drinks!

We're also tidy and organized, and love cooking and going out to dance and meet new and different places and food. We're moving to Australia to study and also work in the Marketing and Advertising industry. We intend to make friends and to live in a space with enough room for everyone to live with no personal hindrances.

I'm presently looking for work, but I'm planning to stay in Sydney for ~6 months. I'm friendly and relaxed, neat and polite. I spend my free time reading, exploring, and contemplating really geeky subjects.
