Looking for a place by the water and my search is based around The Bay Run area, Eastern Suburbs or Lower North Shore along the river to Lane Cove. I'm clean and tidy, laid back and looking for a similar environment. I drive and off-street parking is essential. I also work from home. I'm flexible on the location in Sydney, but I would love to be by the water, and have a nice view for working. I hardly ever drink and don't really like living with people that drink every night. Looking more for a home, not a "bed sit", or a "social" boarding house. I get along with people that are really career driven, entrepreneur types without the pretentious attitude. My requirements are: off street parking and a solid internet connection.
Hi, I'm a PhD candidate from Costa Rica. I finished my masters in South Korea last year and I am following the academic route. I'm into having a healthy lifestyle and working out, eating new tasty things (I love eating haha) and listening to music. Oh yeah, board games can happen, so can the occasional drink and the binging of Netflix. But most of the time I'm reading pdfs, books and news. I do have a lot of research to do, but try to make time for bushwalks and trips to places and detox. I'm looking for a place that's clean, quiet and also comfortable for me to do some reading and my research when I'm not at Uni. (Yup, PhD life is that fun) I'm looking at places near Lane Cove and Riverview, since the boat shed for the rowing club I go to is there. :) I'm trying to do early morning sessions there and I also keep a very active workout lifestyle. Cycling, running, swimming and rowing. I've studied and lived in Costa Rica, Norway, South Korea and now Australia. I don't smoke and enjoy having a clean home and stuff. Looking for a July 1st moving date which is when my current contract ends.
I have been living in shared flats since I was studying at Uni. I am friendly, respectful, easy going and generally a smiling person. I work full time in law in the city which keeps my weekdays quite busy. On the weekend I try to be as active as I can with ballet and pilates. I also enjoy good coffees and brunches, going to different events and markets with friends on the weekends.
Hi, I'm Chris, I run a telecommunications construction company which keeps me awfully busy on weekdays 7-7 at least (and 1 or more days in the weekends). When i'm not working i am either out with friends enjoying a drink or im on my Boat fishing, skiing or any other fun stuff a boat brings. I come with my best friend Phil- a West highland white terrier who is 18 months old, completely house trained and joins me at work everyday because, well, he thinks he is a human. He's not so good at tricks for treats but ofcourse expects the treat. My busy lifestyle encourages me to have a simple and low maintenance home life where i love a quiet drink in the evening, even more so if you do to!
I am a quiet student living with my partner who works full time, we have a great rental history and hope to find a nice person to live with
Looking for $250/week accomodation (inclusive of bills/internet) in a private room large enough for a queen-sized bed. -21 year old USYD student - casual retail job in fashion. - love animals and can play music - I like to think I'm kind, well-spoken, friendly, caring and capable. - First Aid certificate and am a decent cook. - I have a current drivers license, but won’t be bringing a car with me (perhaps on the odd occasion, but on street parking is fine by me). - neat and tidy
Hello there! I'm Catherine, 22 years old and a recent graduate from Uni of Adelaide in Music and Chinese. I'm currently living in Beijing, but looking to move to Sydney to start work as an assistant to an upcoming author. (If I get the job - fingers crossed!) I will be working full time, with a combination of at home hours and out-of-home hours. I play piano; really miss my orange cat, Saffron (who's living it up with my mum); and I'm a fan of cocktails - the more colourful the better!
I work in television, I have a good sense of humor and a small sweet 10 year old dog. I work in television, I have a good sense of humor and a small sweet 10 year old dog.
I am a conservation architect from Brisbane. I relocated to Sydney a bit over a year ago. Have been staying with family at Fairlight. I am not around much during the week - I work long hours. On the wend I like to keep active - walking, mtbiking and beach and also like to cook and maybe see a movie or live music. I am not a messy person - prefer things to be in their place but not fanatical, just prefer to wake up to a clean kitchen. I respect people's privacy but like to have a chat.
Work full time 9-5 Grew up in North Sydney Active Sociable Friendly Respectful Ready to move in now
30 year old male professional, originally from Sydney. Unfortunately my current housemate has decided to relocate back to London to be closer to her bf, so we're vacating our super awesome terrace house in Balmain! Boo.. I'm looking for flatmates and a house vibe of a similar sort - fun, positive, respectful and clean. I currently working for Coca Cola in North Sydney (yes I do get free coke if you're wondering!). I'm an avid traveler and used to live and work in London not so long ago. I have quite a busy work and social life, and love being out and about. I'm always up for a drink and yarn after a long day, and home for me is my sanctuary. Passions would include running, yoga, craft beers and scotch whiskey. I've lived in sharehouses before, so I get the importance of keeping things clean and tidy, getting to know the housemates etc.. Look forward to meeting my future flattie/s :) Avneel
Super tidy design student working in cosmetic retail. Ideally looking for a pet-friendly place, end of June 2017 until early January 2018.
Seeking a room for a couple between $250-400 AUD. Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people and definitely want to live with other people who don't play loud music etc. Other notes: Bonus points for a location that has a fish shop nearby. Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has some form of outdoor area that gets sunlight. (balcony, courtyard, garden etc.) Would like a location that has an oven and a gas stove top. (Don't like using an electric one). Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
I'm from San Francisco in California and I have an internship opportunity with a neuroscience research institute in Sydney from May through July. I'm very organized and tidy, I'm easy-going, and I like to interact with the people around me but also respect their space. I plan to be working at my internship during the week from about 9-5 each day, and I hope to explore Sydney in the evenings and on the weekends.
Hello, I am a French student, living for 6 months in Sydney. I am tidy, respectful, open-minded. I like to cook, to go out, to drink a glass of vine, to travel across the country. I am looking for fun people who are not affraid of French people! If you want more details, don't hesitate to contact me!
Potentially moving to Sydney very soon for work and looking to find a place to live. I work as a pastry chef so potential housemates will benefit from the leftovers I get to bring home! Enjoy socialising as well as quiet time. Love to share a glass of wine and a meal on days off. Looking for an easygoing but still clean and tidy place to share.
I'm 28, work full time in Greenwich and study full time by distance. Not looking for a party house just a place with like minded individuals who would be down for sharing a meal once in a while. I'm tidy and easy going and I am respectful of other peoples spaces.
