Easy going, bubbly person looking for some cool people to live with who are on the same level ✨ I work full-time, I’m currently living in an apartment with another girl but need to move out as she is moving in with her partner. I’m very clean and have always paid rent and bills on time. I don’t mind a few glasses of wine and some good banter, but definitely not looking to move into a party house ✌🏼
I have just recently returned from a two year holiday working visa in Vancouver, Canada and have secured a full time position as a personal banker in Erina nsw! Outside of work i train and compete in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, do a little bit of skateboarding, listen to podcasts and strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle, although i'm usually down for a beverage or two on the weekends. I believe i am a clean and respectable housemate and prefer a tidy living space. I enjoy a bit of friendly banter and am really competitive, but all in good fun :) Please send me a message if there is anything else you would like to know about me!
We are both clean, tidy and respectful people. We are open minded and easy going. Emma has recently graduated high school and is ready to start somewhere new, she currently working two jobs in her home town and have qualifications to find a job in Port Macquarie. Caragh works full-time as a personal trainer and is able to find work in Port Macquarie.
LOOKING on the Central Coast and Sydney (Northern Beaches or Mosman) Responsible, caring, clean, a Francophone by birth, I have excellent references from Real Estate Property management. My past profession involved my own business in health and healing, and my family home was on Sydney's Northern Beaches in Seaforth for 40 years, and I also worked in Real Estate in Balmain and Annandale. I like Nature, I like space, and a tidy, pleasant home. I can be social but respect we all need our quiet space. I am a committed animal lover and activist, and have been vegetarian for many years, though occasionally, I will eat seafood and fish when my doctor tells me I need more iron. I am an actor by profession and I have an agent in Sydney and in Melbourne. I am finishing a University accredited Law degree by distance education and I have two years to complete this. I have a gorgeous cat, Ellery - Ellie is 2 years old, shy with people and is litter trained, she was rescued as a baby and hand reared by me from 6 weeks of age. I PREFER a situation with an enclosed garden/courtyard and ideally, no other pets like other cats or dogs, as regrettably, an owner's dog attacked Ellery when she was still a kitten, so this frightening memory has stayed with us. As a former competitive swimmer and diver, I love the water and being close to it. I am looking for a long lease after the initial six months is over. I have lived all over the world as a child and travelled several times around it as an adult, and travelling is a passion!!! I seek stability, preferably sharing with only one other, an owner-occupier or leaseholder is good, where that housemate works regular hours or travels for work. I prefer obviously a person who is mature in their temperament, respectful and kind. Thank you.
Despite the fact I work lots and study full time, I love to clean and always love to have a tidy house. I love to hang out with my friends and meet new people. I like cooking (although it’s not my strongest point) and entertaining.
Hi! I'm 26, just moved from Sydney. With plans to study nursing next year at Ourimbah. I'm currently working full time at Erina Fair, and am loving living up the coast as it's much more relaxed than Sydney! I would love to find a permanent place to live whilst up here, preferably with people who are chill, friendly, and don't mind a chat if we're both around at the same time. I'm lucky enough to have a group of friends up the coast already, so I already feel settled (apart from finding a permanent place haha) so I'm not looking to annoy anyone I live with by bugging them 24/7 to hang out. In my spare time I'm at the gym, the beach, or relaxinf with friends and think I'm a pretty laid back person. Reach out to me if you have any rooms available or any questions about me and want to meet up! Thanks :)
Hello there, we are Svenja and Vincent from Germany and both grew up in a rural area near Munich (Erding). As we already met during school time we are a couple for more than 8 years now. We are known to be a lovely, happy natured and trustful couple. Svenja is 27 years old and her last job was working for the health government in Germany as a social worker - at the moment I am working as a full time nanny for an Australian family at the Central Coast. Vincent is 29 years old and worked for the German rail track corporation DB Netz as an electrical engineer - at the moment Vincent is working as an full time electrician on a construction at the Coast. We both have to take a lot responsibilities in our jobs. In our free time we enjoy vegan cooking together (we are both vegan and are great cookers - there will be always a slice of yummi banana bread for you!), hiking, dancing, Stand up paddling and travelling. What is the reason for our stay in Australia? Svenja once studied social work at the Sunshine Coast and always dreamed of coming back to discover all of beautiful Australia. After taking deep thoughts, managing to take a break from work and saving lots of money to travel a year we started our journey in January, 2018 in Perth. Why we want to become flatmates? We both found great full time jobs at the Central Coast and therefore need to live in somewhere :-) Up to now we were lucky enough to do house sittings but up from the 18th of November when the house owners return from their big Europe trip we didn't found another suitable house sitting at the Central Coast and therefore want to become flatmates until we'll travel again around Christmas time. P.S.: It goes without saying that we will clean up thoroughly after ourselves and of course help out/undertake cleaning duties! We would love to hear from you! Svenja and Vincent
Hey there Well, i love travelling so i work full time and save consantly to afford that. Really easy going guy, quite tidy and not a bad cook, if i do say so myself Im looking to share a house with somebody. I currently live on my own and pay 300 a week for a tiny flat. Im not too fussed on suburbs so feel free to contact me if you have any openings 😀
I’m a fun outgoing guy who’s main interests are surfing, camping and music(jjj). I can hold a conversation or be quiet, so I’m not fussed with what your mood is and can easily adapt. Very clean and tidy and enjoy cooking dinners, though I’m no masterchef. Very laid back and looking for the same. LGBTI friends so looking for those that are ok with that. I work in education Mon-Friday so I do like my down-time on weekends(mostly me watching Netflix). I’m also currently studying a bachelor degree so living with other students is fine. I am a volunteer with a local disability charity as well. Not fussed with ages/gender/sexuality/disabilities as my previous/current roommates are in their 20s and I get along better with people younger than me. Big kid at heart! My only need is a bit of space for my surfboard collection. Lockable access preferred. I do not have a move out date, just looking for a change after living with same roommate for 10yrs.
Hi I am Andrew. I have always lived on the Central Coast and would like to move into some shared accommodation. I enjoy company, but also my own space and downtime. I am clean and respectful of others. I am in a long-term relationship and study full-time at University. I earn a stable income from 2 jobs and like to keep myself busy. Message me so we can get to know each other.
Hi im Amy. Work full time as an Exercise Physiologist. Very clean to live with, non smoker and no pets. Not home a great deal outside of work and hobbies. Like to keep myself healthy so go to the gym and spend most time outside of work outdoors. Happy to spend nights in watching documentaries and movies but also enjoy going out for dinner and drinks!
Heyya I'm a super friendly, social and cleanly gal - I'm always up for a chat but I have to say, I'm pretty good at reading social cues; so if you like your space, I'm cool with that too. I have placement for 2019 at Gosford Hospital so I will most likely be there, the beach or gym most days, but I'm keen to find a bunch of people that are open to a good pre-game sesh the "odd" Friday/Saturday and share a mutual love for The Beery on a Sunday. I think as long as you can handle banter, we'll get on alright :))))
I'm a 36yo student, just finishing job placement for my cert III in aged care, and will be starting with a nearby facility in the new year. I'm friendly, I clean up after myself and I'm always up to date with my rent. I'm currently in Avoca, I've been living there for 3 years now. There's a lot of renovation going on where I live, my landlord is doing extensions which will be an ongoing thing. I'm looking for somewhere a bit quieter to fit with my job needs as I get up for 6am starts. That doesn't mean that noise is a problem for me, I'm happy living in a social environment, I've lived with musicians before (if you are a musician I would love to hear back from you so I can be inspired to play guitar again :)), and that's been fine, it's just the non-stop power tools I'm seeking a change from. And I'm happy to live in a quiet house too. I'm respectful and considerate and I co-operate with the needs of others and I expect the same in return. I'm a caring friendly person, and I respect other people's boundaries. I'm not into passive aggression, so if you know that's a part of your general demeanor, thats cool, not judging, but it'd be best to scroll through this, as I wouldn't be the right fit for you. I have a sense of humour, and I like people. I love walking, kayaking, gardening, going to gigs, music, yoga, and Muay Thai. Anything active and nature based I'm there, I have hippie sensibilities but I have seen a dishcloth before and even know what it's for ;) and like I said, I'm punctual with rent. I have an indoor cat, she's happy, well adjusted, and toilet trained. I'm open to having her outside at times, but she definitely sleeps in my bed with me at night. If you're interested I look forward to hearing back from you and arranging a time for an interview. Kind regards, Louise
I'm 22, I’m super bubbly and chill when I'm around, which I'm never around because i work in Sydney 5 days a week. I don't mind staying on the central coast (where i currently live) but i do need to move out soon. I don't mind moving to Sydney either. I love the beach as much as i do surfing. I am clean neat and tidy, if i have the time i wont hesitate to cook up a feast for who ever I'm living with! (I'm a great cook)? i don't go out that often at all actually, But i love A bit of wine with dinner. I DON'T SMOKE :)))) hit me up if your keen to look for something!
