My name is Alexandria (AJ) and I am currently looking for a place to rent. I am studying at UC and work a steady part-time job. I like to engaged with other people and like to joke around but will give space when asked. I am extremely clean and friendly and will always be up for a cuppa tea or a movie on netflix. I’m very reliable and responsible and tend to mind my own business. I am looking for somewhere that will allow my little cat Bella to stay (if possible). She is very quiet and timid and won’t ruin or destroy anything. Bella is very shy and is toilet trained, you wouldn't even know she was there. Happy to negotiate :)
Hey! So I'm a student studying at CMA in mitchell, I'll be a qualified beauty therapist by the end of year. I'm quite, clean and very friendly. I tend to get along with anyone. I keep to myself a lot. Although, I don't mind spending a few nights together or having a chat. I'm young and creative and enjoy just hanging around watching Netflix or doing some baking. Always been a Canberra gal, im not a loud person nor am I a partier. That doesn't stop me from the one off nights where I might wanna go out. I'd be down with hanging and having a few drinks. I have a small inside dog, everyone adores him, his a great dog who gets along with other animals too. His names Xavier and his a shoodle :) I can't afford much due to being a student, once I'm a qualified therapist I hope to do mobile/at home treatments. I would prefer living with another individual/2 others or alone. This is due to me being extremely shy. I would like to open up and meet new people though too. I love nerding out- I love marvel, DC, reading comics, game of thrones, rick and morty just to name a few things. Depending how nerdy you are I can play magic the gathering and always down to learn a new thing or two ! I’m super super shy I can’t stress that enough, but once I’m comfortable I’m sure we’d get on fine! I do have a few LGBT friends that would potentially come over so I’d prefer if I was living with someone who accepts them. Let me know if you’d like to know more about me or think we’d be a good match. 😊😊 I’m also able to pay my rent months in advanced if needed.
My name is Ye. I'm a third year medical student at ANU. I'm doing my rural rotation in Eden at the moment and I'll be back in Canberra in two weeks. I'm a non-smoker and non-drinker with no pet. I'm tidy and respectful to others. I'm out and about or studying on most days, but would love to have a chat or hang out when I'm not too busy.
Hey :) I'm a full-time PhD student at the ANU, very quiet and mostly keep to myself. I have lived in share houses for a long time and am very respectful of other people's space & privacy. I like to keep my room clean, and the common area as well when possible. Looking for an established quiet share house, or 1-2 similar-minded people to team up for a new lease. I don't have any furniture at the moment, but happy to buy if needed. Ideally I'd like to have my own bathroom and a parking space for my car. I also like modern houses/units/apartments with large walk-in robes. If this sounds like you don't hesitate to hit me up! Cheers
Hi ! :) I am a 27 year old professional working full time, teaching myself a language! and looking to move into a shared apartment with own ensuite. I have lived in share houses and my own apartment in Sydney for roughly 6 years. Back in Canberra for about 12 months now. I enjoy cooking, getting outdoors, running and gym, sometimes bingeing on Netflix series, a few drinks on the weekend here and there, and generally keeping busy and up to date within my social circles. I am well mannered, very clean/tidy and responsible, and I respect personal space. looking to live with a female preferably. An ideal housemate for me, also has their own life but likes to chat over a glass of wine every now and then, and of course have a laugh :) Anything else you would like to know just ask ! Emily
I’m 29, work in comms in the public service in the city, grown up in Canberra for most of my life, but recently moved back from a 4-year stint in Sydney. Love being active and getting to the gym after work and i do a dance class once a week. I tend to stay in during the week and try and chill/do a few social things on the weekend. I consider myself pretty chilled, love food/cooking and cooking for others, trying new recipes. I like keeping things clean and tidy for not just myself but for my housemates so will always clean up after myself. I have a tv and an Apple TV as well as some shelves, but also happy to buy some furniture if need be. Flexible with move dates :)
A bit about myself: I am about to start my PhD with ANU, and I'll be working up in Mt Stromlo which makes this place a great fit for me. I am also a quiet and private person. I like to think of myself as a tidy person. I will be receiving constant income and will be looking to move in for a long lease.
I am a full time working professional in the govt sector. Easy going and friendly. Clean and tidy person and like the same. I am vegetarian but do not mind if you are not. Love outdoors, doing yoga and meditation. Teach kids and adults yoga. Family is in Brisbane so travel often to Brisbane some weekends. Do not smoke or drink alcohol. Genuine care for people and animals.
Easy going, I like to keep things tidy but nothing crazy. Looking for chill, like minded people. I am always down for making new friends and hanging out but also love my own space and will respect yours!
Looking to move to Canberra with work shortly (looks like July/August at the moment). I work M-F, 9-5ish. Pretty easy to get along with, non-smoker, clean and respectful, and don't mind a quiet drink or two occasionally. I like my home to be tidy and clean, and I'm respectful of other flatmate's space and possessions. I'd like to share with someone similar, friendly, and respectful. I tend to keep quiet through the week, and get out and about on the weekend. With this being a new city for me, I'm looking forward to exploring Canberra and what it has to offer. At home I generally like my down time on week nights as work and I start my day early. I'm not looking for a party house. I'm a fairly social guy, friendly, but I can sometimes need some alone time too. I'll have little belongings with me it'll be in storage back home. Looking for a place close to transport if possible, as I don't have a car right now. I reckon I've covered most bases. If you want to know anything further, please don't hesitate to message me.
I am 35 year old male, worked at one of the embassy in Canberra full time, I enjoyed playing online games, but not to geeky and would love to chat when I am at home. I respect privacy of others and I like clean bathroom and kitchen. please ask me anything you want to know. Thanks
Moving to Canberra for an APS job in STEM. I'm pretty laid back but still prefer things around the house to be neat and tidy. Would be great to find another young professional (guy or girl) who also enjoys the occasional chat or drink but also respects having quiet downtime.
We are Claire (27, full time scientist) and Chilli (7, full time couch potato) and our parents have finally sold up the house, so we are looking for somewhere to live...from September 2018. Claire has been renting/share-housing since 2014, and Chilli is newer to the game but did so in 2016. A simple description of of us is boring - so clean, tidy, early risers with nanna-bed times who enjoy walkies. Claire is your average human - talks, exercises out of necessity, watches TV (mostly ABC), likes board games and escape rooms, is a dishwasher stacker/unstacker enthusiast, a good cook and an average baker. Chilli is housetrained and all round “good boy” (kid, dog + cat friendly - with NSW Green Collar) whose special skills include sleeping, collecting (soft toys, the occasional cushion), smooching and reclaiming unsupervised food... We spend most weekends (Fri night-Sun) in Sydney with Luke (Claire's husband + Chilli's dad) - Chilli goes too, but we spend about 1 weekend a month in town - and it'd be cool if you'd be okay with the occasional visit by Luke. We would like an unfurnished room, and do have some additional furniture so happy to share or loose it. Flexible with anywhere in Canberra/Queanbeyan, commutable to Deakin. Preferably we’d like you to like indoor dogs because Chilli hates the outdoors. There is the possibility for Chilli to live with his dad + fur siblings....but we'd prefer to be together.

Quiet, fairly easy going, ex military. I wake up early for work :( Really not that fussed on location. New to Canberra, cook by trade, love cooking. Spare time, cooking camping hiking fishing, spend all my holiday time from work chasing the snow overseas. Hate filling these things out, lol
Hey, I'm Alex, I moved to Canberra 5 years ago and have fallen for the Bush Capital after moving here from Orange in central western NSW. Originally hailing from Narromine, west of Dubbo in country NSW, I'm Currently finishing a Commerce Degree at the ANU whilst working as a Marketing Manager and Photographer in the City. In my time off I'm all about taking a load off and watching a bit of Trash TV, heading to the Pool to swim a few laps or setting off for a Cycle around Canberra and surrounds. I often spend weekends in Sydney with my Girlfriend, or out and about taking photos with mates and most likely enjoying a good glass of Red. My current house in Braddon has been put up for sale, hence the need for a move! I bring with me a large fridge and freezer, a 45" TV (with Netflix, stan and amazon prime), Couches, a washing machine and multiple indoor plants so a team-up would be a dream! I've got years of great times living with both guys and girls and believe I’m a respectable person when it comes to other peoples spaces and their home life. Home is where your supposed to relax and unwind and be comfortable after a long week, hopefully you agree!

Mature, professional moving to Canberra and looking for a short term (up to early-mid September) room in any location that is within easy commute of Parliament. Not fussy on house but I do like it to be clean and would like flatmates that care about house hygiene (but are not obsessive). I would prefer a furnished room. I love soccer and kicking back with a beer/wine and having good conversation. Unlikely to be there at weekends as I have a home in Melbourne.
> full-time phd student > friendly and easy-going > respect others' privacy > have a car (so that my roommate and I can go out and have fun on holidays)

I’m a 22 year old female, originally from Newcastle, currently studying postgraduate medicine at the ANU. A bit about myself – I am a relaxed, friendly, tidy and reliable person, who is looking for a peaceful home & housemates. I enjoy being social and getting to know my housemates but also appreciate quiet time and understand the importance of being respectful of other people’s space. I'm always happy to share my cooking or have dinner or a drink together. On weekends I tend to cook, read, exercise and catch up on chores/life admin. During the week I'm at the hospital every day during working hours. I'm moving out of my current house because the owners have decided to sell it. I'm looking for a place until at least the end of the year (ideally next year as well).
