I am 32 years old, work full-time Monday to Friday and half a Saturday. In my spare time I like to come home to a relaxed environment, may have the occasional friend or family over for a chat (more likely to be at their place), goto the beach, I enjoy the outdoors/ nature or simply chill out at home with movies and tv shows (I love action movies and comedies :) I'm looking for someone with similar values in the living arrangements. It is essential the housemate is honest friendly, tidy/clean, and respectful of shared areas. I am looking for a housemate who would be keen to chat, BBQ, drink or even workout with. I have various exercise equipment but if there isn't enough space I can join the gym. I need someone who's respectful of sound levels in the house during the week. I'm looking for a friendly, likeminded person to enjoy a place with. I do cook and I'd rather cook a lot of food to last a few days or freeze. I am happy to share a meal. Please reply with any questions/ comments!
I'll be working full time for a "high ropes adventure" company. Love pets but sadly I wont be bringing mine with me this time. I'm a friendly person that has worked in retail and hospitality for the past 5 years. Non smoker. I do like a quiet bourbon of an evening occasionally. Ice skating of an evening is a favorite hobby of mine. Bit of a movie buff, enjoy gaming when I can find the time. Clean and tidy, can cook.
Single male no kids and no mrs. I was sharing a flat till recently with my 24 yo nephew. I have just finished a NEIS small business course and do computer/ laptop repairs/ subscription free tv boxes! = I am a clean person, easy going, used to sharing a flat with someone and have 5 years of great rental history (in 2 places) I'm a ex handyman so could come in handy, I also ride a motorbike. I am looking for somewhere long term preferably.
Hey! My name is Nick, I'm a 22 year old paramedic originally from Adelaide. Work is taking me to the central coast for the next year so looking for some chill like-minded people to move in with. As a paramedic, I am a shift worker so will be working/sleeping for pretty much all of my days on, but on my days off I enjoy anything outdoorsy, sport, music and defs will be trying to learn to surf. I'm also always keen for a chat and a party (not that I know anyone on the central coast to party with 😂) I've lived in a share houses, so I'm used to living with other people. I'm a pretty clean person and am always respectful of communal areas and people's privacy. I also don't mind living in a house with pets, smokers or anything like that. I'm generally pretty chill with anything. Looking forward to the move and meeting some great new people!

I'm a single, employed, tidy, respectful non-drinker and non-smoker, divorced 11 years ago, looking to share with someone (not a couple) who is also easy going and close to a beach or with a pool. My children and godchildren are all independent, productive, adults and none live on the coast, so I occasionally go to Sydney or Newcastle to see them. I play well with others, have a life of my own and am not a fan of TV (I'd be happy if the house doesn't have one) and I'm low maintenance. Also, I'm a longtime JP and am volunteer working with children checked, so all good there, too. Thanks, Grant. p.s. Yes, can supply references and do have a social media presence if you need that as a reference check, too.
Hi my name is Dean, I am single, I work as a nurse for an agency nursing company that requires me to work around the central coast. I work flexible hours during the day time. My hobbies include playing table top games and online games with my friends. I enjoy other peoples company with a good old chat. I am self sufficient with bedroom furnishings, I cook my own meals and tidy as I go.
