I am a honest and hardworking responsible guy with an 11 years old son in my care. Work for myself in the renovation industry and can be very handy to have me around the house. I love outdoor and therefore camp every second weekend.. love animals and nature.
I respect other people and there belongings also there privacy and I'm a down to earth Taurus who will be studying fulltime at Wyong Tafe Tuesday-Friday, so won't be home alot of the time obviously just need a room or something as the place I'm staying in is about to come to a end. I'm a quiet chilled back person and do love pets but don't have any myself.
We're a quiet couple who enjoy a quiet drink but are also happy to keep to ourselves, always reliable with rent and bills, and will keep things clean and tidy. Looking for a move ASAP to be in a better location for work and future opportunities.
We're just three English girls from the University of Leeds coming to study at University of Newcastle's Central Coast campus! We don't have our own vehicle, so places that are car independent would be best. We are sociable, easy-going and respectful. We'd love to live with people who can help settle us in and can fun with! If you think that's you, please let me know I'll be super excited to hear from anyone :)! x
A bit About me: 33, Israeli, permanent in Australia. Have been Working full time as an engineer in Gosford for the past 3 month. I have Leaved about a year in hostels and shared accommodation, mostly in Sydney. So,no worries about me, I know how to respect and live with other people. I Need a room from monday to Friday. (On the weekend I am usually in Sydney, That is why I don't really want to rent an apartment). In the case of renting a room, we can do it untill you find someone who wants to rent the whole week. 10 days notice are fine with me. I am willing to pay up to 30 AUD per night. Team up options that can work for me: 1. Renting an apartment\house together. I will stay there Monday to Friday and you on Friday to Monday. 2. We can simply rent an apartment / house together and share the rent and bond. Maybe even rent a spare room to others. We can go for a coffee to discuss more of ways to corporate. Thanks Roy
Hi, I am on the hunt for a like minded person to share a home not just rent a room, with a male or female.. I am a 29 y/o female who is moving to the area for work. I work full time for the NSW government and I am a shift worker. I own my own home and have shared homes several times prior and I know how important caring and respecting others personal belongings is. In relation to tidiness and cleanliness, this is a must for me. I am someone who needs to live in a clean and tidy place and where everyone equally pulls their weight. I have a passion for fitness, being healthy and currently train for triathlons.. therefore I do have fitness gear such as a bike, treadmill and a surfboard. Being active also has me out of the house more often than not. Generally between my shifts and training i keep to myself to relax, as i love my down time. That's not to say I don't love a good laugh along with a few bevies and a yarn now and then. At 29, I really am not looking for a party house, just someone like minded and pretty chilled. I have a female cat who is fully house trained, vaccinated and desexed. I also have a beautiful outside dog, who unfortunately depending on circumstances can be relocated with family. If you're like minded and keen and have any questions pop me a message. :)
Hi, my name is Nathaniel Arnold and I am looking to cheaply rent a place nearish the Ourimbah Uni for study until November-ish. I have worked as a fuel tanker driver for a family business since finishing grade twelve 5.5 years ago, but will begin studying a pre course for Uni this July. I am neat, friendly enough from a small town in Tasmania but have never been much of a wild card. I don't drink or smoke but am not offended by too much. I will be finding work once I move up but have enough savings to get by until I can find something to do. Appreciate an email or call. Thanks
Hi future roomie! I'm Claire, a full time uni student, and I also work part time at Erina. I go to Macquarie University in Sydney, so will be commuting 3 days a week by train (so prefer to be close to train station). I have a very small dog who was purchased as a registered service animal so she is super well behaved and just stays in my room. I'm also into surfing, and going to the gym when I am not studying law! :) I'm super clean and tidy, happy to mind my own business or make a friend. I am very introverted, and don't have a lot of friends on the Coast since I only moved here a few years ago. I'm not a big drinker because I enjoy training in the mornings or walking my dog. Super easy going and laid-back as well. I am really hoping for somewhere in Woy Woy, if anyone else is a commuter can we find somewhere together? :)
Easy going and very clean/tidy. Always up for drinks/gatherings but also like to chill out. Love a good laugh and Love to cook. Studying nursing at Ourimbah have a background in childcare. Love the beach and a good pub feed.
26, Work Fulltime, Study 2 nights a week, Quiet, Very clean and tidy, conscious of other people's privacy, a lot of experience shared living males and females. Really laid back.
Looking for decent sized room to rent including utilities and Internet preferred, furnished would be advantageous. Am a bartender and also study part time online. Am clean, quiet and respectful and spend most of my free time working on my fitness or out with friends. Looking to move closer to work, and internet in the house is a must.
Im easy going. Been in sydney for the last 5 years but moving back to the central coast. Im generally pretty quite but social once i get more comfortable. Very reliable. Looking to rent with people of similar age.
I work full time split shift as a commercial cleaner, I have a great rental record and I pay all my bills on time. In my free time I usually spend time with my puppy, clean the house, cook, dance and relax. I have a 1 1/2 year old puppy who is house trained and clean. She's quiet friendly and is good with young kids once settled. Her only bad side is she likes digging small holes occasionally. I currently live in a house in Narara, the contract is up but I'm able to resign the lease. I do prefer to stay here but I'm happy for any house in the Narara area.
Easy too get along with and quiet person, Very friendly and can get along with anyone. Am very neat and tidy and love meeting new people :) I will be working 2 jobs so i would only need a place to sleep and some afternoons to hang out. Not much of a party man but dont mind if you are.

Hi I'm Adam. I'm looking to relocate to the central coast from Newcastle due to work commitments. I'm looking for a room that includes all bills, and internet/wifi is a must have. Furnished and my own bathroom would be a bonus. From a personal aspect I love sport (cricket, nrl, nfl, nba, ufc), travel and food! Next trip is to Hawaii with my girlfriend in August. I'm an Accountant, but I'm not boring I promise :) Thanks!
Hi, I'm Josh. I'm very tidy, organized, easy to get along with, optimistic and punctual. I enjoy reading (psychology/philosophy), producing music (headphones on so don't worry haha), cooking, throwing things (often whilst cooking) and taking my Vitamin D every day I'm a student studying for my Masters in Audio Engineering full time in Sydney. I hope to find a place close to public transport I also have some very generic furniture and kitchenware if it's needed.
