I'm an enthusiastic person who's keen to be a responsible flat-mate but also a fun and friendly one, too! I study part-time and work part-time. I study French and Spanish at Melbourne Uni and work as a waiter. I also volunteer at a community media organisation where I am a radio presenter on Australia's only national radio show for LGBTQIA+ youth, and I also write reviews! I try to live a fairly balanced lifestyle which includes socialising, study, exercising and just down time. I also play piano. I have a digital piano which I would like to have in my new place. I try to play a few times a week, but I am able to play with headphones in so it does not bother others. I grew up in Melbourne, and I am keen to live with like-minded people.
I’m from Thailand. I was a System Engineer for 5 years’ experience at IBM. I came to Melbourne for study IELTS/EAP to prepare for Master in the next coming year. I study in the morning and work part-time as a waitress. I'm a sociable person, keen to meet new friends as I am new in town. I consider my self easy going, neat and tidy and also down-to-earth. Openminded to learn international cultures and languages. I though I'd be your co-traveller, unless you want me to :) I like taking photograph, I probably give you pretty shots in return. I’m a sport lover. Enjoy yoga, tennis ,golf , long walk and even for outdoor activity. Can definitely have play time and catch up for a conversation during meals or my spare time. I like trying good food, good coffee and grab couple glasses of wine at bar. **PS. I'm looking for any room type in suburbs, 1 hr or less to the city by public-transport is preferable. It would be nice to have many people in house.
I’m 21 currently student at RMIT UNIVERSITY I’m easy going friendly personality . Keep to myself , love to be in a clean environment and enjoy helping and caring for others
Hi, I am easy going 24 year old male from England on a working holiday visa. I am just about to start a full time job in Epping so I am looking for accommodation in the area. I am clean and tidy and more than happy to help with jobs around the house. I am aiming to save up some money so will be looking to get my head down and focus on work for the next few months. That said I love making new friends and am always up for a chat. I enjoy keeping fit and healthy, watching sport and a good Netflix series.
I am looking for a home for me and my 6 month old Labrador. She is house trained and very loving and is happy to sleep in my room with me, and she enjoys being outside during the day. I take her for two walks a day and she loves cuddles! I love cooking and cleaning and gardening. I am friendly and enjoy living with others but I also like to have my own personal space to relax.
Tidy, quiet and friendly. I'm studying Osteopathy and in my final year. I also work part time at a retail store blowing up balloons. Most of the time I will be out working/studying but when I'm around I'm respectful of peoples space. I also am happy to help around the house and pick up my share of the chores. Ideally bills would be included in the rent. Happy to negotiate. :)

Hi! My name is Caitlin, i'm a 24 year old Social Work student, in my last semester at Monash, finishing in June. Myself and my friend Mel, 25, are looking for a third housemate to team up with as we're currently applying for rentals. We're currently looking in Bellfield, Thornbury and surrounds. Mel is a Fine Art grad, studying a Master of Media and Communications at Swinburne. I work part-time alongside uni at the moment but i'll soon likely be working full time as a social worker. Mel spends most of her time on art and design endeavours but is financially stable and works full time. I come with a lop-eared bunny called Isabelle, an indoor bun who lives in a hutch, very quiet and clean. She loves a good pat and is very cute! I spend my spare time binge-watching netflix and making art. I'm a friendly open-minded person who loves a good chat and wine, and socialising on the weekend, but also time alone. I would like to find housemates who are also looking to make a comfortable, warm home together and might occasionally have meals or some drinks together! Tidy but not too worried about a bit of mess, I would like to live with housemates who are similar. Mel is similar. My partner would be over every so often but we definitely respect other people's space in the house. We are looking for a home with housemates who want a similar vibe! Please message me if you're interested or if you feel like we might suit you!
I am 35 year old newly arrived back to Australia after many years in Greece. I am easygoing, clean and tidy. I am studying part time and I’m looking for a friendly home to share, preferably with females. I don't drink or smoke but happy to share a coffee, a laugh and good conversation.
Hi there, I work away a lot but have the same amount of time off. If I'm not planning my next holiday somewhere I am either at work or hanging out with my daughter. she lives here with her mother in Melbourne. All and all very chilled guy, I'm up for most things. I like to keep active, always eating out or getting takeout in saying that if I had someone to cook for I would prefer that a few nights of the week. Really looking forward to meeting some new people in Melbourne as I normally airbnb when I am here. My situation would more suit someone that likes alone time but needs help with the rent and wouldn't mind someone being in there space for short periods of time 6-8 out of 20 of weeks. But also don't want to be the random that comes stays every now and then. Would be nice to be part of a household. Would prefer to be close to public transport don't really feel the need for a car in the amazing city of Melbourne.
Hi there potential new housemates! I have recently returned from an incredible exchange semester in Hong Kong and am on the hunt for a new place to call home. A bit about me... I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Fashion at RMIT and have 5 years of share house experience. I keep a fairly busy schedule between study and work but in my spare time, I occasionally volunteer at a fun little op-shop in Collingwood. I enjoy baking and getting my hands dirty in the garden and am always looking for easy little ways to be more environmentally conscious around the house. I’m a clean and tidy person who likes to take pride in their living environment; I’d ideally like to live with like minded people. My other interests include music (love a good music festival), visiting art galleries, baking, eating my baking, languages and tea. I’m looking to share a home with progressive, mature and respectful people. Ideally, I’d like to fit in to a home where all the housemates get along well and like to have a chat or hang out every now and then. The kind of housemates I can also call my friends are my idea of the perfect kind of housemates! Side note: I don’t have any pets but do like pets. I have a soft spot for cats especially. If you have a pet, I will treat your fur-baby like it’s my own! 💕 Also... am looking for somewhere long term! At least 9 months to 1 year.
**Moving date will be after a month from the date of an agreement because of need notice to the landlady. I'm getting organised ahead. Hi there, I'm a 30 years old full-time chocolatier who is career focused. I see myself as a discipline and sensible person. A non-smoker, not a party goer, or a troublemaker. I'm always open to discuss since everyone has a different standard and life. A little bit of my life, I'm working in Malvern(M-F 8-5 fulltime) and Canterbury(this is my casual) and living in Mitcham. I'm tired of commuting 2.5 hours every day on public transport with such inconsistency, so preferably somewhere close to my fulltime job! I go to the gym once in every second day after work and try eating healthy. Nevertheless, I'm a pastry chef, can't go anywhere far from sweets and I'm happy to share my chocolate goodies or my experimental stuff if you want to be my guineapig. Another thing to add, I have good personal hygiene standard, which I've got from my military background and occupation as a chef. The first thing I do on my day off is having a breakfast and then cleaning. It is just my routine. Not necessarily saying that I'm a prick, I just do it myself. No pressure. Lastly, I'm moving in with a queen size bed and fair few stuff.
Me and my partner Violet are both open-minded, artistic, introverted types looking for a cozy, stable place to live in long-term (3 months at the minimum). We're clean, respectful, and value open communication and good conversation with our housemates. I enjoy free-form dancing, working out, going to the occasional gig, playing my bass and reading up on non-fictional subjects such as philosophy and psychology. Violet likes doing art projects, reading both non-fiction and fictional novels, making zines, playing games, cooking, and going for walks and adventures. Ideally we'd like a place close to public transport but aren't too fussed as long as it's somewhat close to the city. Furnished/unfurnished both welcome.
Hi, We are a couple in our early thirties from the UK who are currently living in Sydney. I am a Drama teacher and Will works in advertising. We are moving to Melbourne for Will's job and are mega excited (I have always wanted to live there...) We left the UK to backpack around India, Nepal and South East Asia. We like living with people and happy to have chats and a glass of wine or beer over dinner. We like cooking and sharing meals with housemates. I am vegetarian, we are plastic free and have been for 2 months and hope to continue to do this. We enjoy walking, camping, festivals,a night out dancing, reading, theatre.... I swim a lot and try and do yoga three times a week. We are both cyclists and would commute to work as well as cycle everywhere else. We are in Australia to travel but also to work as young professionals. Will has a permanent one year contract so we would at least be here for a year. At some point this year we are thinking of buying a van and doing some travelling. We are mega pet friendly and would love to live with a cat or dog! We have lived in a pretty big house in Sydney with an ensuite and lovely housemates. We are looking for a similar set up in Melbourne. People to go to the pub with or a weekend trip or to share stories. Contact us and show us your lovely homely house!
I work fulltime in furniture. I study online for masters of project management. Im clean and tidy, easygoing, social and like to relax. I love going to beach or hikes with friends on weekends. I love to cook and going to markets.
Hi, I'm Liam, a 34 year old PhD student from Melbourne. I've recently finished an undergraduate bachelor course and secured a full government scholarship and stable (part-time) work, and am looking for a place to live in Melbourne's inner to middle north. My research is focused on changes to social housing policy since the 1970s. Being a mature aged research student I'm pretty quite and my studies are more like a 9-5 job. I generally keep to myself and keep busy, but would also like to socialise sometimes (eg, drink, chat and dinner with my housemates). In my spare time (when not researching) I like to hang with friends, watch the occasional footy match (but I'm not totally sports mad), and explore bits of Melbourne I don't yet know. I'm neat and tidy and would like to live in a nice environment, which means I will do my share of the housekeeping to keep the house looking nice. Liam. P.S. I've said I'm looking for three months, but that is a min, not max.

Hey everybody! I'm a backpacker from the States looking to stay in Melbourne for 6 months. Enjoy being social but also like to have time on my own. Hit me up for more exciting details, including but not limited to: star sign, zodiac animal, birth stone, and preferred home brew whiskey brands.
Relaxed & easygoing housemate - down to chill if that's what you're into, or if you like to keep to yourself that cool too. Always up for binging terrible tv shows and coming out for the night if you need an extra. I ride a motorcycle so I won't need a car spot. My hobbies include, not taking up too much bathroom space, cooking way more than i need and giving it to you, playing tennis, listening to music/audiobooks through headphones and bringing you coffee in the morning. Im moving down from Sydney as my work gave me that option and I've always wanted to live in Melbourne
Hello :) I'm Steph and I work full-time in Human Resources. I am moving to Melbourne from Brisbane in the next month or so. I love the gym, playing tennis, travelling, beauty, watching the footy and good coffee. I am respectful, tidy and busy. I am very easy to get along with and love to socialise. I would love to move in with one other person, and I'm hoping that the person I move in with is someone likeminded who I could gain a friendship with. I am moving on my own & bringing my car, so I am ideally looking for an apartment/unit in a complex/building that is secure. If you're interested, let's chat :)

Wanting to live a quiet life at home. I'll pretty much stick to myself. I'm happy to clean the shower and toilet on a weekly basis (I have my daughter most weekends, she's quiet, respectful and inquisitive), so I like to have things clean for her visits. I clean up after myself in the kitchen and elsewhere, and hoping you do too. I'm also a dab hand with a broom.
