I work full time in early childhood education and care (in Nambour) and study part time online uni (Environmental Science). I lead a rather busy lifestyle with work and uni, so I enjoy and cherish my solitude and quiet time at the end of the day. In saying that, I am quite social and like making new friends. I love being outdoors. I often spend a lot of my weekends out hiking or mountain climbing. I love being surrounded by nature- it's my happy place. I have a black cat named Elliot who is my best mate and has blessed my life for 11 years. He is well behaved and keeps to himself, mostly being an indoor cat. He is also litter trained. I'm looking for a quiet place and would love somewhere that has a backyard or courtyard. I love sitting outside, gazing at the stars and enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day. I would like my own bathroom but am flexible with a lot of things. I also have my own furniture. My lease is up end of January, so still a little while away, but I am very organized and would hope to move straight into another place just before my lease is up, rather than waiting around last minute to organize something. I have great references; I am quiet, tidy and very trustworthy and reliable. Give me a message if you have something that caters to my needs and interests, as well as yours.
I'm here to see if anyone would be interested in Teaming up and applying for a nice rental together. I have been looking into share rental accommodation or possibly considering renting a room off someone already established. Must be respectful towards each other and each others property. I'm a neat and quiet person, don't have kids, don't have any pets but I do like animals... Quick at paying my bills and always on time, I respect peoples privacy, I'm willing to compromise with wants and needs with the accommodation and I will always help out when I can. If you would like to get in contact feel free to message me. I'm a friendly and easy going person so don't hesitate to ask any questions. Wishing you all the best, Paul
I am quiet, tidy and dont smoke, drink heavily or party. I work 30+ hours a week, and spend my spare time relaxing or going to the beach. I need somewhere i am welcomed and feel comfortable living, and i will participate in all household chores and activities however do enjoy alone time. This will be my first rentshare, so apologies if i am a little nervous. Feel free to ask anything.
Im an open minded, kind person that loves nature and is currently focusing on developing my creativity. I work in the evenings at an Indian Restuarant in Tewantin 6 nights a week. Im not a big party goer but enjoy the occasional drink. Looking for something out of the hustle bustle of the coast :)
Hi, I am just looking for some options. I would like to find someone in a similar position to me for a permanent team up (12 months -18 months). I am currently living at Cootharaba on acreage, and only moved in 10 weeks ago, but the situation has changed and my reasons for moving in here are slowly slipping away. The woman who was living here was not honest about her intention to stay at the property, and has since moved in with her bonyfriend, leaving me in a precarious situation. I’m hoping I can find another female of similar age who is willing to share a house anywhere on the northern side of the coast (Coolum and anywhere north or west of). I’m pretty flexible with where it is, as long as it’s not too far from Noosa as some of my work is in Noosa. I need two bedrooms as I use one as my workroom for an online business selling products I make. I would also like a lock up garage and fenced yard. I’m very clean, especially in the kitchen, quiet, houseproud, considerate of others and respectful of personal space. I am an outdoor only smoker as I like my home to smell beautiful and be clean and tidy - a sanctuary to recharge my energy. I have a small non-shedding dog (5kg Lhasa Apso) who is very well behaved. I am an artist and work delivering workshops once a week, and occasionally on weekends. I’d like somewhere with lock up garage also. Looking for somewhere on my own has left me to realize that for what you get on your own is poor value compared to the standard of living that is available if willing to share. If there is anyone out there looking for a team up and in a similar situation, I’d love to hear from you. I need to give 4 weeks notice to leave where I am and am not tied to a lease. Thanks for taking the time to read about me 😊

Hey my name is Marcus I'm an 18 y/o chef currently in brisbane looking for a change in scenery for the last few months I'm in Australia before I leave for Europe in January. I'm an easy going, very relaxed &mature person. I keep common areas tidy and my room is generally neat. I like to be by the beach love fishing and surfing (although I have absolutely 0 talent at either it's fun to try). Looking to move in around the end of September/ early Oct. After I sort out every thing I need too . Looking forward to hearing from you
i am eco, health minded , tidy, non smoker and very chilled. love classical , blues, jazz music. A little eccentric and a studious writer. Animal nature lover. My only challenge is that i have two older dog kids who need a secure yard/space...(definitely not diggers or barkers) i own my own home in FNQ which i rent out so i know what its like to look for responsible people who will care for someone else's home .
I'm moving back to the Sunshine Coast (hooray) from Brisbane for work. My work is computer based so I'll be either working from home or from the nearest co-working space. I'm tidy and quiet and mature when I'm at home. I work a lot and I love the outdoors.
