Hi, I’m 42 female - friendly, clean and tidy. Looking for a space I can call home and relax. I’m into spiritual interests, clean healthy living and nature. I enjoy meditation, walking, beach, learning new things, gardening, getting out in nature. Pref areas: south Freo, Beaconsfield, white gum valley, Freo, palmyra, Bicton, east Freo, attadale, Melville etc I’m quiet when at home, generally just potter and don’t smoke and rarely drink. I’m not after a party house. I have chronic fatigue and some sensitivities (can’t be in house with mould or lots of chemicals) so I’m just looking for a place I can heal, look after myself and enjoy a new environment. I’m told I’m great to live with, I enjoy cooking and super clean and can socialise when suits. I’m generally pretty easy going but also like my own space (and respect others). I also own my own home and have rented out rooms so I know this process and what it’s like on the other end! My house is north of river but I want to live south closer to friends and it’s more “me” (alternate, enviro conscious, healthy etc) I do prefer more modern facilities (tend to be better for mould!) and open to either male or female (or a couple).
We are friendly and relaxed, open minded and respectful. Isabelle is a special needs teacher and Guillaume works in natural building. We love to cook, enjoy the beach, photography, yoga, bush walks. Happy with a quiet sharehouse or a social one 😊
I am an easy going person who gets along with others quite comfortably . I am a clean, tidy person who do not like messing things up. In my spare time I like to hit the gym and keep myself fit. I am currently studying MBA at Murdoch university and work part time in a hotel in Fremantle. I am looking for a room for myself near Murdoch and the surrounding suburbs . I am also flexible to team up with someone and rent a whole house or a place. I pay the rents just in time and will continue to do so therefore u dont need to worry about me being working part time as I am financially stable here.
Hey all, I'm fairly down to earth, nearly 3 years single after the end of a LTR. I'm laid back and like to live a simple life. Born and bred in Freo, and it's where I feel most comfortable so would like to stay in the area. I work fulltime in Claremont. I'm financially sorted, a social drinker, but not a partier. I'm a non-smoker and Vegan. Happy to share a glass of red or a beer occasionally, but as a fairly introverted character I'm just as happy to have my own space and give you your own space also. I view my home as my sanctuary and escape so I rarely socialise at home, though I'm not opposed to it. In saying that, I've been living in a granny flat on my own for a while now. More space and the presence of another soul, even if it is only to cross paths occasionally, would be nice. Ideally, I'd like to be west of Hampton Road. Or at least, close to the beach if possible. Though happy to consider further afield for the right place as well. Ashbee the Cocker Spaniel and I come as a package deal. She's chilled. She might bark at you the first few times but when she works out you're part of the furniture she'll be up on the couch (if she's allowed) looking for cuddles. She's heading towards 13 years old, toilet trained, very obedient, a non-barker, though will bark at strangers (great security), and she gets a little excited when I get home from work. I like to think she's happy to see me, but something tells me it has more to do with the fact she knows she's gonna get a feed! Happy to organize an introduction of course if that helps things along. I'd prefer unfurnished as I have my own furniture, though not a lot. Also, I have a car and a Vespa so off-street parking would be a bonus. Also, I really miss having a bath, and a dishwasher. First world problems I know, but another bonus for me if you have one or both! Hit me up if you want to know more.
Hi I’m Phoebe, I work part time in the hospitality industry and my hours range from early morning to late nights. I am very social on top of work, so I don’t tend to be home too often. No pets, non smoking and no disruptive hobbies :) I’m easy to get along with, tidy and calm natured. I’m very flexible in what I’m after! I would just like somewhere comfortable to stay for roughly 4-6 months (with the potential of staying longer). Preferably furnished or partly furnished , as I’m currently planning on hopefully moving away from Perth, and don’t want to have to buy too many bulky items!
Hi! My name is Xavi and I'm a 27 yo professional guy from Spain. I work full-time for an engineering company that has recently sent me to work in Kwinana for the next year and a half. If the project goes well, I could stay in this area potentially 2 to 3 years more, so if we get along (which I don't doubt it!) and the project goes as planned, you could have a flatmate for a while! As I mentioned, the offices I will be working at are in Kwinana Beach, and the furthest I'm considering to drive is Fremantle (north) and Rockingham (south), so not really looking for anything in the city or northern suburbs. I expect to have long days at work and that's why I'm looking for a place with a carpark or, at least, somewhere where it does not take me 30 min to find a spot every night when I get home from work. Other than my car, I do not have anything else except my clothes, which means I'm looking for a fully furnished room if possible. Happy to buy some stuff, but as my taste for these things is awful, I'd rather to find a room with everything in it. To be honest, I'm not looking for the fanciest room, but I do like things really clean and tidy. I'm pretty chill and a really happy guy, so it's difficult to find anything that annoys me. I guess it's safe to say that I'm pretty easy going and I do not cause any trouble. During the week, I keep myself busy working pretty much all day and studying to get my permanent residency. I also like to find some time during the week to work out and share a meal with good company. During the weekends, though, I enjoy a cold beer, hanging out with friends, going for an adventure (happy to share my car if you want to join me) or relax at home watching Netflix. If I sound like someone you could share your place with, please shoot me a text and I'll be happy to stop by, see your place and have a chat so we can get to know each other. Xavi
Hey Potential Housemates, I'm Adam. I've just taken a job south of the river and am looking to live closer to work. I work for the council by day and I also do different things in the Men's Health arena in my spare time. I'm into brazillian jiu jitsu, sauna and steam rooming, yoga, getting out in nature and deep chats. I'm a pretty healthy fella so I don't drink very often and eat pretty well in case you're not down with that. I've lived in sharehouses for ages and I know the etiquette so no issues there. Happy to help out wherever I can. Adam
