Easy going, mature aged couple who like to maintain a clean and organised home environment. Both work fulltime.
Hi everyone! Myself and my super friendly cat are moving up to Canberra on the 30th of July to start an exciting new job, and are looking for somewhere to live! I'm very quiet, clean and respectful, but also down for dinner and a drink. I spend my weekends either going out on adventures and doing photography, working on my own jewellery pieces or just relaxing with snacks and movies.
My name is Joakim Nielsen, i'm from Denmark and i'm going to be working as an Intern at the Royal Danish Embassy from the 1st of August to the first of February. In that period i need a place to stay. I'm quite easy to be around, and is always up for a good time, either making dinner at home, where i like to cook, watching a movie, grabbing a drink or just go out and explore the city. In the period i will be working full time at the embassy and in the weekends i plan to go around and explore the south of Australia.

I’m a 4th year ANU law student. I’m friendly, considerate and clean. Chats over tea or dinner is always welcome but I also respect roommate boundaries. I try to keep myself busy and am out during the day but I love off days to cook and watch a tv show or three. I’m (trying) to maintain a healthy lifestyle - sleeping early rising early, yoga, gym etc. I’m from Sydney, so I go back every few weeks during the weekend. Also I travel a bit, so sometimes during the semester break there may be a few weeks when I’m not around.
We are a working couple who enjoy city living and everything it's got to offer. We are clean and tidy and don't do crazy parties to 6 in the morning! I'm originally from England and my partner Chris is from Melbourne. We've been travelling for the past 4 years chasing winter's as we're both keen snowboarders. I work casually in hospitality in Braddon. Chris works part time as a snowboard instructor and commutes to the snow at weekends. On weekdays Chris studies at ANU finishing his Masters in International Relations.
I am very clean and very organised. Extremely laid back and get along with everyone I cross paths with. I love to party (occasionally) but am mostly a quiet bookworm. Love to make a family vibe where ever I am cause i just want everyone to be as happy as I am Oh and I own a really awesome dog😀👍
I used to work in Sydney, recently moved to Canberra for study. I'm tidy and usually quiet. I respect other people's privacy and would want the same from others. If we get along very well and become good friends, that would be awesome. We can also hang out and have fun together, which is great.
I am a professional working in the city looking for a studio or room with ensuite/ own bathroom in Civic or closeby suburbs. An ambivert, mostly keep to myself but wouldn't mind a drink or hanging out. Like to keep the place tidy and respect privacy. Into football, metal, anime and gaming.
Hello future flatmates, I am Canadian and Travelling in Australia. I am currently living in Yass and looking to move in Canberra for a period of 3 to 4 months. I have a full time job in order to save some money and continue my travels around the beautiful country of Australia! I have shared a lot of flats with different people from all over the world and I am very respectful of my flatmates. I am tidy and very clean. Shared spaces are very important and should always be clean as a respect to others. In my past time I like to train and go for jog and also I like to read. I am a very laidback person and very sociable ( not all the time ). I love sports and trying new things. Cheers Alex

My name is Rhiannon and I will be travelling from British Columbia, Canada to Canberra at the end of August to work at ANU as a postdoctoral researcher. I just finished my PhD in Microbiology at UBC, so I am looking forward to this working holiday. Ideally I am looking for a place within walking distance to ANU. This will be my first time visiting Australia so I am hoping to find roommates who are also interested in exploring the city and seeing other parts of the country!
I'm from Japan. I'm tidy. All bills included and furnished room is desirable. The cheaper the better. I wanna stay for 6 months. I'm gonna work at Rydges Capital Hill, so I wanna live within at longest 30 minutes from there.
I am moving to Canberra to pursue my PhD in Astrophysics at ANU. I am an Indian citizen. I am fairly flexible and easygoing. I have lived in a hostel in India for 4 years before I spent my last year traveling the world for different projects. I have lived for 3 months in Boston (US) and Canberra and then I spent the last few months working on a project in England. I have lived with different kinds of people from different backgrounds and countries (male students, female students, female professionals and families with kids) and all my stays have been really wonderful. I am very passionate about science and research. I am equally involved in social and outreach activities wherever I have lived. Ping me if you would like to talk to me. I’m Indy who’s been in Canberra nearly 6 year I’m a construction worker background from Sri Lanka. I follow the cricket,Rugby & Iike for the good company, shares the life experience & have a 🍺 Hope to share the accommodation with friendly people.
Ayden and I are both active individuals who enjoy our downtime when at home. We're both road cyclists and train 15-20 hours per week & are often away racing. Other than cycling, I'm doing my Masters in Architecture at the University of Canberra. Ayden is super easy going and can get along with just about anyone. He spends a lot of the year traveling with races. Looking for a tidy place where we can feel at home.
Clean, easygoing and caring would be the easiest words to describe myself. Although I could consider myself mainly an introvert, I enjoy talking to people and meeting new friends. I’m studying a Bachelor of IT and I am actively looking for work in the industry, while driving Uber as my source of income currently. With nearly 5000 trips completed, my Uber rating is at 4.95 which can be used as a character reference but it also means my future housemates will have a free lift when available. I have previously lived in sharehouses and am an active member of the household, happily doing my share, or more of the chores and enjoy a clean household. I am able to provide previous rental references including from my most recent landlords. I am quite progressive in terms of my social and political views and keep an open mind in what people believe in. I don’t judge and always happy to help out in any way I can. Unfortunately I am a dirty smoker but I only smoke outside and try to keep my habit out of the way. I am bilingual, with Russian and English as my main languages, having been born in Russia but migrating to Australia when I was still a child. Looking for a place to stay for at least 6 months, most likely longer. I am looking for room which would fit at least my king size bed/mattress and hopefully a built in wardrobe. Own bathroom/toilet would be great but not essential. Space for my car would also be essential but I don’t mind if if it’s uncovered or on grass, just somewhere I could park without fear of parking fines/annoyed neighbours. Hope to hear from you soon.
Hey! Recently moved from Sydney (Bondi Beach) to study full time, I'm pretty chill about practically everything with the exception of the kitchen of which I'm a strange neat freak. I work at Bunnings part-time and spend the rest of it at uni studying software engineering. With my free time, I play footy on the weekends and mess around with tech in between. I'm quite a social butterfly which means I'm always keen for a chat or hosting/joining gatherings but I'm always considerate of others in the house. Pretty much won't ignore a message so hit me up if this sounds like yah!
