Hi, I'm friendly, kind, empathetic, neat, clean...like OCD clean, but not in a bad way haha. I'm sociable, but also enjoy some time out to myself, but I'm usually out and about. I'm honnest, reliable, helpful, I love to help others in any way I can, that's why I'm going to study nursing next year. As I say "a simple act of kindness can go a long way". I just moved here from Cairns about 5 months ago. I used to be a competitive gymnast from a young age and started coaching at 14yrs old, and was coaching up until I moved. I'm currently living off centrelink benefits but don't let that discourage you as it's an adequate amount to live off for now until I find a job. Which that wont be far off. I'm a reliable person to live with, so please give me a chance. Thanks, Izzie
I'm Mel! I have spent the last 4 years in university studying social work and am about to wrap up my studies at the end of October. I am working casually at the moment and will be focusing on working more once my studies wrap up. I am looking to move out anytime from early November and I would like to stay somewhere for a MIN of 6 months but flexible with anything beyond 6 months. I would like my own bathroom (not shared) or ensuite. I like to keep things pretty neat and tidy. I am bubbly and outgoing but also very down-to-earth so I like to have a chat here and there but I also like my downtime as well :) Some of my interests are shopping, watching TV and cooking. I don't have any pets but I love animals so if you have pets, I'm not fussed at all!
I'm a country girl from South Australia and have been living at my current place in Doncaster for 3 years, but the property is being sold. I'm studying full-time at Latrobe and a qualified teacher, teaching part-time at St Helena's SC. I have an adorable 4 y.o., fully trained, female, (inside) pug. I need to bring my own furniture and/or have a place to store it. I have everything, but can store unnecessary items. I'm not interested in typical "student accommodation" (4+ housemates), I prefer to share with 2-3 others. I'm quiet and spend most of my time working and studying, but I don't live/hide in my room. I'm easy going, like to have fun, am considerate and respectful. I'm tidy and always clean up after myself. If I find the right place I can move out as early as 26 Jan, or as late as 2 March 2019 (the later the better).
As I'm looking for somewhere to stay during the uni holidays i'll be working most days so I'd barely be home. I love a few casual drinks but I'm not a massive partier so no need to stress about unwelcomed or obnoxious guests. I'm also used to living with roomates so I'm super clean and respectful of others privacy :)
About me.... I have recently separated from my partner. I have 2 amazing children a little girl 6 and a little boy who is 2. Hence the reason to find a new place. My children will not be staying nor visiting the house so don't worry if you're not a kids person. While we sort out what is happening I am looking for temporary accommodation which may or may not extend. I love to cook, listen to music, or just chill and watch movies. I am working full time and can afford to pay my bills on time and responsibly. I have a car and a car space is required. I will be with the children Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights and Sundays most of the time but at their house so with work and my commitments to them I'd practically be a ghost. However Thursdays are my day off so I might be home that day.. I'm a clean and respectful person, who doesn't mind socializing with the right house mate. I work hard, so I'm only home on some Sundays and evenings. I'm honest, reliable and easy going. If you're looking for someone short term let me know? I don't mind pets and am happy to assist around the house. Hope to find someone soon, looking to move by the 29th of October.
Hi, my names Alisha. I'm a 19 year old female, half Thai and half Australian. Currently studying Animal and Veterinary Science at La Trobe. I'm a very respectful and outgoing person, I love being around people and socialising, having friends over ever once in a while and i do tend to talk a lot. I do have my days where I like to just relax and chill and watch netflix. I consider myself quite clean and would love to live in a place that respects a clean environment as well. I also have a pet cat, so hopefully that's ok with you. Let me know! Thanks.
Hey! I am a full time Retail Manager working just over 40 hours a week. I love gym, reading and being social with friends. I love sitting at home on a Friday night with a chocolate and a movie. I am clean and tidy and not a big party goer!
Hi I’m Kiara 👋🏻 I’m a 26 year old professkonal working as a family violence practitioner on a casual basis (but with regular work) as I have plans on returning to uni next year to complete my masters in clinical psychology. I have a beautiful baby chihuahua who unfortunately has little dog syndrome and doesn’t get along with other animals, so future roomie must not have other pets. She is a great companion who loves cuddles, walks and chicken. I’m looking for somewhere to rent that has a backyard/courtyard. I’m a clean and tidy person and definitely not a party animal. I love my Netflix, gym and food! Rent $250pw max Ready to move whenever
I am looking for an unfurnished queen sized room for me and my four year old cat.... I come with the usual assortment of bedroom furniture and have a huge bookshelf of DVDs of somewhat questionable taste lol. I have a few appliances (chest freezer, fridge washing machine) that are currently in storage but can be added to the house if needed I work in retail and am planning on going back to uni next year. When I’m not busy with all that and the weather is nice I like to take the motorbike out for a spin and see the parts of Melbourne I haven’t quite gotten around to yet! What I’m looking for: Unfurnished queen size room Off street and preferably undercover parking for a motorbike Pet friendly place and housemates who are pet aware (read: close doors ect) Housemates who can communicate rather than sulk or hold grudges
University masters student. I live simply with a routine that involves cleaning 1 thing a day to stay on top of mess (sweep a floor, clean the toilet etc). Massive nerd, enjoy an occasional drink, but not into parties. At home studying most of the days not at uni or a job. Have managed a share house for two and half years so I understand the challenges of divided cleaning so will pull my weight and can help encourage others to do likewise.
I am an easygoing, open-minded person with a keen interest in the natural world. I like to read, go for walks in the bush, play field hockey and opshop. I'm about to graduate uni and look for fulltime work, and want to live in a sharehouse where I can enjoy people's company but also have my own space. I am clean, respectful and just as happy to chat and hang out or do my own thing. I don't smoke, I'm not a big partier and my biggest vice is drinking multiple cups of tea a day. Let me know if you've got any questions for me :)
I am working 25-30 hours a week in hospitality, whilst studying social work part-time at La Trobe. Looking to move out in the next few weeks or early 2019. I have a cocker spaniel whom will be moving out with me.
We are a friendly couple who is very easy to get along with. We are currently in a share house; but unfortunately we have to move out as it is no longer a share house. We love to have a chat now and then but we also enjoy our own company together. We are both very tidy and approachable people. We love animals but we don't have any pets our selves. We both work full time and have a steady income each week and will have no trouble to pay rent or bills on time. We work shift work so the hours change each week there for we only go home to chill and rest after a long days work. We look forward to hearing from you about options of where we can start our adventures and explore new places and meet new people. Don't hesitate to call or message us any time! Thanks Julz and Ben :)
Two close sisters desperately looking to move out of home. We have a small cat who keeps to himself and spends most time outdoors as well as a small dog (italian greyhound). Would prefer a girls only household
Hey hey :) **Please Read first Before Sending Requests** Im a friendly, easy going person that enjoys living a simple life. I'm currently living at home as I've been a carer for my mum for a number of years though circumstances have now changed and I'm now looking to move out on my own with the right person/people :) I do have some bedroom furniture, so I'd prefer a room that could accommodate for that. Im happy to clean up after myself and keep a tidy lifestyle as well as participating in the household chores so long as its deligated between the housemates equally :) Looking forward to meeting the right housemate and answering any questions you might have :)
I am an easy going respectful person. I love to have a chat and I live a busy lifestyle however I do love my alone time and nature! massive nature lover, I don't have any pets but I think it's a bonus if you do! Ask any questions and I'll tell you more about me. I know the importance of having bills paid on time too! Thanks.
Hey guys, so me and Skye have been living together in our beautiful house in Bundoora for nearly a year. Unfortunately our landlord told us we needed to move out due to some emergency situation so we are looking for someone who's interested in joining a lease to a beautiful HOME with us. me : I am a happy easy going lady who like to socialise yet also like her down time. I work part time and have a beautiful 2 year old boy who's easy going and loved by everyone, he goes to child care three days a week and we are mainly out during Summer. Skye: She's a beautiful easy going lady too who work full time. She likes to socialise and help out yet also like her private time when she has days off. Anyway, if you wanna hear more about us and interested in moving in to a new place together please let us know. Sorry, we prefer female! we are looking for a 1 year and over lease contract. Cant wait to hear from you Sara & Skye
Hey! Currently living in Yallambie but looking to move out again to around the same area as the lease is ending. I am working full time as a phlebotomist for Red Cross so I spend most of my time travelling to and from the city. I enjoy a tidy and quiet home, but love to have some fun and socialise with housemates. Looking to go back to studying Vet Nursing next year. Love all animals so all furry friends are welcome!
Hi there, I'm looking for a large room to move to when my current lease expires and my landlady is planning to sell the house. I'm available to move any time in the next few weeks. I'm a relaxed, clean, sociable 27 year old who loves to sew and craft, cook healthily and exercise. I'm pet friendly though I don't have any myself. I also work very long hours at my full time job (I'm a travel consultant) but I'm always up for an occasional chat at the end of the day and I'm very open minded. I'd prefer to live with housemates who are similarly friendly, clean, with good communication and respectful of space and noise. Ideally I'd love something around Heidelberg, Doncaster or surrounding suburbs as that's close to work! A large room or a room with an ensuite is preferable.
I'm David. I'm a 32 year old web developer - moved over from New Zealand in April. My interests are around behavioural economics, truth and trust and the fake news era, combatting climate change etc - and I have some side projects involving that kind of thing. But when I'm not writing code or whatever on my computer, I run, play pinball, play board games sometimes. I'm up for good chats. I have a girlfriend in Bundoora - so I'm looking for a place near either the 86 tram or the Hurstbridge line, and planning on being in Melbourne for a couple of years.
I am a student at La trobe university, studying industrial engineering. I just finished my second semester. I'm originally from Bahrain, small country in the middle east. I lived in united states with my family when i was 17 years old. People say that I have a great sense of humour and that im easy going, quiet and friendly and i believe them :). I mostly love long walks on the Beach or places where nature exist. I like to be healthy so i try to go to gym 3 times a week. I don’t smoke or drink and would prefer to live with someone that doesnt smoke as i can’t stand the smell. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. Mo
I feel I'm best described as an outgoing introvert. I love having a good chat but enjoy my own company just as much. Can get along with anyone and love meeting new people. Working a couple of jobs to bring in the $$. Love a neat and tidy place, but a little 'busy' mess is tolerable. Can pay a bill!
Hello! I am a second year student at Latrobe uni studying international relations. I am respectful, clean and considerate. I play field hockey and volunteer as a presenter at SYN 90.7fm. I love live music, cooking and crafts. Also can't go pass a good chat about politics, social issues or the footy; basically anything! As a housemate, I am extremely flexible and understanding as long as there is mutual respect. I have a small timid dog whom is 6 years old. She is completely toilet trained, very responsive to commands and does not bark. She is also very affectionate and social! I am wanting to move out of student accommodation and have her live with me. I understand having a dog in your home is an unwanted hassle and a potential liability for you but I promise you will be glad to have her in your life. I have a part time job with regular set shifts and receive government student support. This guarantees I will never be short on cash or late with rent and utility payments. I am also very willing to organise a regular direct debit.
