Hey Everyone, I am a 22 year old from Brisbane and have just moved down to Melbourne to start a new job. I have spent the last two years living in the UK and travelling in Europe. I am very friendly, bubbly, relaxed and I love to have a wine on the couch after work. I am keen to explore Melbourne and surrounds and am very into hiking and love to get out on weekends but am not above a good Netflix sesh also. I am really hoping to be friends with my new flat mates, rather than just a ‘we live together but don’t interact’ situation. Happy to live with any combination of girls or guys. Hit me up if you have a spare room in your flatshare or if your keen to know more. Thanks, Claire :)
We’re both friendly, super social people who’ll happily get along with whoever we stay with, enjoying a beer or wine at night but totally respecting everyone’s own space. We may not be the most organised people in the world but we definitely clean up after ourselves. Respecting the house, we would appreciate being able to invite a few people over every now and we are totally ok if the house is a known party house 😼 We like to cook and morning Pilates sessions may be a common sight and at night we are always keen for a boogie 🕺🏽💃🏽 Currently we are both employed full time in fin/banking but also live in Brisbane and are excited to move down! Also while we have set our move date as July 5, a more accurate date would be sometime in last week June/ first week July :) However, if we do find the right people to move with, who knows haha
I am a calm person and with a good disposition to live in community. neat, responsible and eager to know the Australian culture. I am from Chile and with my girlfriend we are studying English in the CBD
I'm moving to Australia from New Zealand early April as I've landed a job in Melbourne. Looking for a flat that is easy going and fun. I'm clean/respectful and keen for a beer/wine every now and then. I'd be working Monday - Friday.
Hi! My name is Hyung. Looking for an accommodation preferably on Sydney rd or within 20 minutes from the CBD, from late June to 20th of November! I am 19, studying Pharmacy at Monash University Parkville. I’m a chill, easy going fella who likes to keep things clean and quite. I am a responsible human being who can clean up after oneself, and I respect other people so it is unlikely that you will get into a fight with me. I will be out 4 days a week and come back in the afternoon, but I do enjoy chatting every now and then. I play baseball and alike every ball player, I'm always up for a bottle of beer(or bottles, either way). In terms of pets, I LOVE CATS, but I also like dogs as well. Please get in touch if you are interested! Cheers
Hi! I’m Lucy a British Nurse working in Melbourne. Love to travel and explore new places. Looking for somewhere to call home for the next 3 months before I continue to travel this beautiful country. - Looking for somewhere furnished - I like to live in a clean and tidy chilled environment. - Have great taste in movies and tv shows! - Enjoy cooking and unwinding with a glass of wine after a long day. - Like to socialise with housemates but can also respect people’s privacy. - Not a party animal but loves a night out every now and then. - Respectful of people’s homes.
Hi there! I'm Natasha, a 25 year old medical administrator working in Abbotsford and studying part time. My hobbies include playing music (keyboard and bass), going to the gym, playing videos games or binge watching TV shows. I spend most of my week working or studying. On weekends I'll either be at a gig, catching up with friends or being a complete sloth in my room. I'm friendly, clean and approachable. I keep things tidy during the week and usually tend to do a more thorough clean-up on a weekly basis. I value my alone time, but am also looking to live in a comfortably social home. I would enjoy watching a film or having a few drinks with my housemates every now and then. I have my own bedroom furniture, as well as a fridge, which I may or may not sell prior to moving. I don't cook very often so I barely buy or use groceries, although I'm looking to change that. I love animals and would be more than happy to have pets around. Sadly, I have none of my own.
Hi there! I.m Marta, I have just arrive from Spain, working full-time as a resercher in La Trobe Uni. I.m clean and tidy, respectful and calm. I love a good chat and share a good meal. I love all type of Good food. I.m staying for 6 months but hopefully I can extend it, because I love it here. Cheers! :)
I just returned from working oversees and am looking for a flatshare for at least 4 weeks (starting Sat-Apr 28) while I make plans to move back in to my own property (currently rented). For myself, well-travelled, open minded, socially engaging, professional in career (IT Consultant/Mgr), financially and physically fit, into Latin dance, non-smoker and... conscientious about living in someone else flat (take care of things). Having lived in Melbourne before, I wont get lost. Ps. I seek accommodations with Gym facilitates. Cheers Ken
I am a fun, engaged German girl living in Melbourne since the beginning of the year. I love cooking, road trips, trying to learn how to surf atm and I am always up for an adventure, but I do love a quiet night at home, maybe watch a movie together or drink a glass of wine or beer!
Hey hey :) **Please Read first Before Sending Requests** Im a friendly, easy going person that enjoys living a simple life. I'm currently living at home as I've been a carer for my mum for a number of years though circumstances have now changed and I'm now looking to move out on my own with the right person/people :) I do have some bedroom furniture, so I'd prefer a room that could accommodate for that. My own bathroom preferably too. Im happy to clean up after myself and keep a tidy lifestyle as well as participating in the household chores so long as its deligated between the housemates equally :) Looking forward to meeting the right housemate and answering any questions you might have :)
Hey future roomie! I'm a Queenslander, back in Aus after a year away. Looking for change and something new so decided to move to Melbourne because, well I have no reason not to :) I work full time in community services and as a flatmate, I would say I am fairly easy to live with. I do my bit, I love to cook and share with whoever may be around at the time, eat vegetarian, love my wine, do yoga (life is all about balance!), and fairly regularly have reggae playing the background. I'm usually the cockroach and spider handler in the house, but we will have to seek external support for the snakes. I would love to live with people who also value their own space but wouldn't mind sharing an interesting conversation while I cook my porridge. Age, gender, or any other personal detail isn't important, just want to be in a space with good vibes :)
Hi everyone, We are Stef and Chris, a couple from the UK who have just moved to Melbourne and are currently looking for work (journalism and IT), and for somewhere to stay. We're are looking for a short-term let initially, but will hopefully look for something more long-term once were settled. We're clean, considerate, and generally decent, laid-back people. We like a nice sociable glass of wine and a beer every now and then, and can often be found eating takeaway and watching Netflix. Looking forward to meeting some new flatmates! Stef and Chris
I'm an easygoing friendly person and a full time student doing a Bachelor of Science at Melbourne University. My interests include theatre and art. I am quiet, I tend to keep to myself, and I would look forward to being in a friendly sharehouse environment with nice people.
I am a writer and teacher, currently doing a PhD in creative writing and history. I have shared my own home in Alice Springs for many years. I am easy going, thoughtful, a good cook, love to garden and grow vegies, peaceful, progressive minded, into nature. I also like a bit of fun.
I like to think that I gel well with a lot of people. I’m quiet for the most part, but also more than happy to socialise with my flat mates. I fully understand that everyone needs their space sometimes, and I’ll definitely respect that. I don’t play loud music or smoke, and I don’t excessively drink, so it would be great to find someone similar to live with. It is a huge bonus if you love animals, as I work at a doggy daycare and pet sit at other people’s houses. I’m happy to move in with someone who either has a dog or would be open to me getting a puppy, or temporarily bringing dogs from work home.
Open and honest person. Very sociable, banter on tap but do love some quiet myself and respectful of others space. Sprinkle in a pinch of OCD means I’m tidy and orderly buty won’t throw a fit if the cutlery draw is a pic’n’mix. Generally clapped so you’ll always feel Vogue. Working part time at the moment. Pushing to bury myself into full time work as I’m quite money minded. Looking for a place where I can cement my foundations, construct friendships and ultimately build a life. Most importantly a place I can call home.
Hi there, my name is Evan, myself and my girlfriend Rosie have recently relocated to Melbourne after spending the last year in New Zealand. We're from Ireland and are both 26 and 27. We are both literature graduates, who are currently doing full time office work. Outside of work, we enjoy art, Film, yoga and music, while also exploring as much as we can in our spare time. We are both easy going and very tidy, we love to socialize but we're equally comfortable doing our own thing. Looking for a place in Melbourne for about 4 months, maybe a little longer.
