Move date is flexible between 20th-27th September. Full time student at ACU (currently online) and working part time in Early Childhood Education. **edit to add: I have just made the very difficult decision to take a semester's break from uni, to regroup, focus on my health and writing and survive this covid craziness. I'll be returning to full-time study in Feb 2021.** I'm into weightlifting, outdoor adventures, cycling, gardening, writing, reading, cooking, and drinking more tea than is likely healthy. Non-smoker. Healthy (apart from the tea thing). Clean eating, whole foods, 90% vegetarian. Conscientious and reliable rent-and-bills-payer. When stressed, my therapy is to either clean everything in sight, or to cook up a storm (and then feed everybody else what I've just cooked, because I have a favourite t-shirt that I never want to get too fat for.) So either way, the more stressed I get, the more my housemates benefit! In non-Covid times, my normal schedule is always busy. I'm either working, uni-ing, gymming, out adventuring on my bike, or socialising, so I'm often out of the house quite a bit, and taking it pretty easy and quiet when I am home. During lockdown, I'm making the most of the 60 mins outdoor exercise, and I'm also going in to work for the occasional shift, although work has slowed down to a trickle with stage 4 restrictions. I'm looking for a household that values health and wellbeing. Not a party house. Clean and hygienic spaces. A household that is fun, caring and genuinely interested in each other. I love me the occasional house dinner, board game night, glass of wine and lounge-room boogie! But also a place where downtime and privacy are respected. I discovered during Lockdown 1.0 that I'm not the extrovert I always thought I was, but actually a vivacious introvert. (#identitycrisis) So, I'm keen for a social, friendly house where introvert moments are also allowed to happen. :) If anybody in the house smokes (tobacco or otherwise), has the TV blaring all the time, or thinks its okay to bring strangers home from the club during a weekend bender, we won't be compatible. I won't say I've been burned before, but don't tell me you don't smoke if you do. My lungs will be very cross with you.

Hello! I’m looking to find a two bedroom house to share with a kind and easy going person that wants to make it a warm and cosy home. I’ve just moved here from Canberra and I’ve always wanted to live in an old Victorian style house with a courtyard/yard. I’m easy going, like to share the occasional meal/drink but also love doing my own thing. I’m creative, love a good laugh and have an addiction to giving second hand furniture a new life. I’m an interior designer and photographer so that’s a bonus for you because the house will always look nice and you can score some new dating app photos 😉 I have two beautiful and gentle Great Danes that live with my ex and will potentially visit every now and then (they’re in Canberra so it would be on a very rare occasion and probably separately).

I am an international student who is planning to move from res. During my free time, I like to cook or work on graphic designing. I am someone who enjoys company and gets along with people easily but also understand the importance of personal space. Hoping to find a flatmate who prioritizes hygiene and is easy going.

$250/week•18 year old female and male
Couple from Melbourne looking to start a share house in the inner city suburbs sometime in the second half of this year. We already have our own small place that’s fully furnished that we have to move out of in the next month so are choosing to start a new house to keep all of our belongings. Starting a house with us means you don’t have to buy a couch, fridge, table or any other furniture outside of your room. We’re looking at 3-4 bedroom places and are hoping to sign a lease for a min of 18 months. We both love music and cooking. We come with lots of bongos, house plants and cocktail mixers. Both love making spaces creative and fun. Vegetarians who love cooking. Wouldn’t mind some fellow spiritual souls. Wanting to get a house cat. 420 friendly. If you think you’d go well in our future home let us know!

I am a 31 year old male who works as a junior lawyer for a city law firm. I am a great flatmate because I am social, very tidy and respect other people's privacy. I like to make new friends and I understand that its important to keep noise down at night so that everyone can sleep. I am a Melbourne local and like to travel, read, watch movies and go out drinking with friends for fun. Please don't hesitate to message me and I will be more than happy to meet you and look at your property. I am looking for a place close to public transport that is around $250 per week and looking to stay for a minimum of 6 months. I am currently working from home due to stage 4 restrictions.

Self confession. I think I am a clean garage space hog. Definitely need Garage space. I'm out every weekend, usually in the country when not covid confined. I'm long term employed as a tech writer. I do some random arty things and I'm mildly nerdy. I love pets. I don't drink often. I don't smoke, and really don't like it. Really do like coffee, cheese, anything fattening. I like bills paid on time. Rent paid on time. I'm happy to chip in for a cleaner or whatever.

Hi! I'm an easy-going, respectful, friendly, and organised 22-year old who's lived in Melbourne for the last 4 years. I've stayed in the same place for the 4 years and now feel like it's time for a change! I graduated with my Bachelor's in Sport Management from Deakin last year. I work from home as an independent graphic designer, so I would be home a lot. I'm also an active triathlete who trains a lot. Very much into all things sport, health, fitness, and business. I do like space and time to myself but would also love to hang out, share meals with the people I live with. Preferably 2-4 other housemates/friends (18-25y.o). Rent somewhere around $200-$250/week. Looking to move in the next month or so. Location wise: I'm not too fussed. Ideally, hoping for a Coles/Woolies walking distance and a swimming pool within ~5kms. More so looking for the right people rather than location. Feel free to message me if you think you have a place that matches what I've mentioned above. Open to teamups as well! :) *** When you send a message, please include a little bit about the current housemates - age, genders, nationalities, etc. Please don't contact if the age-range of the housemates is outside the above mentioned range. Thanks! ***
