I am a private person who is neat, reliable and easy to get along with. I like a good conversation and can socialise with people but mainly an introvert who keeps to myself. I am passionate about travelling, reading and am a big foodie who enjoys cooking and trying new cuisines.
I’m Lisa, I’m relocating to Melbourne with my two small chihuahuas - so looking for a household that love dogs! I’ve got a car, but won’t be bringing my furniture over with me. I work full time, I’m tidy, easy going, and I’ve done the sharehouse thing before :) I am currently employed full time (I have been working in the same job for 8 years)
Hi! I’m Monica and I’m a graphic designer from Barcelona. I have come to Australia to work and travel. I’m a very easy going person and a good roommate . I like to read, watch movies and painting.
I've always loved tennis and football, unfortunately, I don't have time to play as I workout in the morning at 5:30 am and then get ready for work as a financial planner and also studying at RMIT. I've lived in Melbourne my whole life with my family but have decided to move out to start some independence. I have a girlfriend, her name is Julia and we've been together for two years. I'm easy to get along with and always here if you need someone to talk to after a tough day. I look forward to meeting future roommates, feel free to send me a message if you'd be interested in teaming up. Thank you
Clean, Friendly, Always respectful of other ppls space. I work fulltime and most weekends so barely home. spend alot of my spare time at the gym also. I'm the sort of person who will probably just hide in his room watching Netflix after work. Thank you:)
Hey! Im a 30 year old musician, student, guitar teacher and tradesman studying a Bachelor of Music at Victoria University in Footscray, and also work in the construction industry. Im looking for a chill place with like minded, easy going people to have some creative space and work on my studies. Other musicians would be ideal, but not essential. Always up for a chat, hangs or a jam!
Hi, my name is Paul, I am doing my masters in network systems at Swinburne university, I got 1 more year to finish. I have a part time job as a food and beverage attendant with Delaware north company across Etihad Stadium and Melbourne olympic park. I like listening to music, watching anime, movies. exploring new places on my bicycle, and good chat with roommates while having a couple of beers. I have my own tv and PS4 which everyone can use if there's enough space in the common area, if anyone doesn't like it i will kept in my room. I have a big collection of hot wheels cars and anime figurines, 3 small indoor plants, some lighting stuff which goes with my room. I curious, positive and happy person, which makes easy for me and to the others who live with me. if needed I can send pictures of my present room to show how clean tidy I am. I willing to move as quickly as possible. Price can be negotiable depending on room and location
I'm a Kiwi, relocated in July. Currently in a share position in Laverton but when lease expires in November, will be moving less far away. I work in East Keilor, Parkville, and by appt in Yarraville so while I love this side of town, I need a few less train stops. I'm a practitioner of a health modality you've likely not heard of - very simply, I locate and release surprise impact from bones and the sensory shock system. This is new to Australia, so at the time of writing (August) have also two other part-time jobs - for both networking and self-suffiency reasons. By November, I will have only one of them and would love to live in a place where I could cook, pull some weeds, read or write in a sunny spot and pat a cat on my down time. (I don't have any animals, but I miss my cat and am amenable to small dogs). I've owned my own homes for more than half my life so know how to look after one, and I love to know someone is coming or going to say either a quick hello or share a meal on occasion. I'm apparently 'mature' having reached the half century mark, am environmentally aware, socially responsible, culturally open, fairly well travelled, reasonably educated, and like to bring flowers into the house. I don't smoke, and prefer no beer swilling rugby events in the lounge room, so if you do neither of those things it'd be lovely to meet you and see if we could share a space :)
Hi there! I am currently looking at moving closer to where I work in Parkville - tired of the commute from the other side of Melbourne! Ideally I would like to rent a place by myself, but I don't yet have the required start up funds, so I am seeking a share situation for about 3-4 months as an interim solution. I don’t own a car, so public transport options are important, particularly train lines (faster than trams!). As well as working full-time, I participate in things such as music rehearsals & other activities, so I am not at home very much. When I am at home I mostly like to relax and rejuvenate. I love cooking, baking, board/card games, pool, music, theatre, culture, reading, sleeping, parklands, crime dramas, and animals. I would be keen to live with people who share similar interests. Not too fussed on age and I am totally accepting of different lifestyles. I drink very rarely - I am not opposed to living with someone who drinks just not heavily. I would prefer a non-smoking household as well. I pay rent/bills on time and I am extremely clean and tidy. I have lived in share houses for over 10yrs, so I understand the importance of respect and communication. References are available.
Hi I'm a 37 year old from Bairnsdale in East Gippsland and I'm currently looking for a short term room to rent around the Altona area. I will be working 10 hour days 6 or 7 days a week at the Altona refinery for around a month. I'm willing to pay extra rent for the inconveniance of a short term stay. I own my house in Bairnsdale so I'm very considerate of other people and their belongings. Also being from the country I show a great deal of respect and curtisy to others and hope to get the same in return.
I'm 36 year old kiwi from the South Island, I'm very easy to get along with I work full time as a High Voltage sparky and when I'm not working I'm either studying law or at the gym/crossfit, working or going for a hike somewhere and taking my dog down the beach. I have a 4 year old blue whippet he is very friendly and sleeps in my room, more of an inside dog. I'm definitely not into the whole party scene, dont mind a few drinks with friends/house mate, would like to find a flat mate who I can socialise with and workout with. Also interested in starting a share house
We are from Chile, we've come to study english for one year or maybe more :) We love meet new peoples from other cultures and share own.
Hi guys, I'm looking for an easy-going place to live with some cool people! I'm super easy going, quiet through the week (I'm usually in bed pretty early like a nanna haha), I enjoy relaxing with a Netflix binge (crime docos, ridiculous reality TV shows and anything funny). I'm at uni full time during the week (studying attention/perception kinda stuff). Most weekends I'm out trying new food/places. Oh, and every fortnight I'm out of town too, so I'm really not home that often :) I'm flexible on moving dates but am preferably looking to move at the end of October. Let me know if I sound like I'd be a good fit :) Cheers!
I'm a 23 year old recent Uni graduate who will be returning to Australia in late October after travelling around Europe, looking to move to Melbourne early November (though I am quite flexible with this). I am a chill, friendly person who has been living in sharehouses for about 4 years and am very tidy and respectful of others. I'm originally from Brisbane and am looking for a change, fell in love with Melbourne after visiting a few months ago. I have a Bachelor degree in IT so naturally I enjoy the introverted and geeky hobbies that go along with that, but also do Photography for fun as well as love Film and Music.
Kia ora! (that's hello in NZ Maori) Hi I am Daniel, I am 29 and have recently just decided to move to Australia from New Zealand. I have worked as an auditor with an accounting firm for the past 5 years but have taken a job in Melbourne in the finance department of a corporate. My job in Melbourne is a full time 9-5. I love to workout, and also love to settle down to watch a good movie when I can or hangout. I only know a few people in Melbourne, so I am hoping to meet a nice flatmate and also get to discover why Melbourne is such an amazing city.
Just received a notice to vacate after happily living in seddon for three years at the same property! Naturally will come with positive real estate referral. I am simultaneously looking for rentals to apply for with my current housemates also but figured I should put the feelers out to see what the rental options are or if anyone wants to team up. I'm a 31 year old student who is moments away from completing a diploma of community services and social work and plan to continue my studies in 2019, most likely psychology or social work. I work part time in hospitality so am financially secure and have a positive life/work/study balance. I come with a 12 year old cocker spaniel named romy who has been toilet trained since she was three months old. I love cooking, motown, sewing, craft beer and catching the odd gig or two. I go by a live and let live mentality and happily co-exist with people from different walks of life. Pet friendly is HARD to find so though I have three months notice I'm eager to confirm an opportunity when it arrises. Thank you! Lily
-He makes a great coffee and experiences veganism (down to make meals for the house) -He comes with a feline -Sharp wit and sense of humour -Needs a small (preferably undercover) are for a motorcycle -Large enough space to fit a desk and queen bed
Ciao! I am Italian and I love cooking. I have been in Melbourne for 7 years now and I work full time as a photographer in West Footscray. I have been sharing houses for a decade and I am very respectful, clean and tidy. I also love a good cleaning roster/would adopt whatever set up you already have. I'm a pretty quiet person in general, but I also enjoy hanging out with housemates. I usually leave in the morning and I come back around 6. If you have any other question please let me know. Thanks
I am easy going, respectful, love to have a laugh. I am up for a household dinner or drink every now and again. Neat and tidy, will do my part and am responsible with what needs to be done(punctual and trustworthy). I respect privacy because I expect the same. I am LGBT friendly, am super friendly and approachable. I am not a party animal but I don't mind every now and again. I can be a night owl sometimes but like peace and quiet as well as a bit of party sometimes but not often. I am 21 in November. I am studying music full-time in Yarraville(next to Footscray) and work Part Time in Caroline Springs(however wherever I move I will look for a job closer). I do not drive yet but am aiming to get my licence soon. I have a partner but am looking to live by myself although he would come over sometimes, but is very respectful. I would prefer a large room but NOT 100% necessary. I just need a place to store an upright piano, disassembled drum kit, and maybe some some other small things. The reason I am looking for a place to stay is because my family has moved to Sydney not long ago and I am staying here to work and study further. If you'd like to know anything else, message me for my number and I'll be happy to answer. Look forward to speaking to you!
Hello potential housemates! I am Alex (the guy kind). I'm 28 and fully house-trained! I like to keep my space clean and don't even mind a few hours in the garden. I work full time for the government and my hours can be a bit all over the shop but i'm not one to cause a ruckus when i get home :) I'm getting into photography and ride a motorbike (not the obnoxiously loud kind). I like to cook, have friends over for dinner or drinks so am looking for a home that can be social. I'm a non-smoker but not overly phased if you smoke or not, I pay bills on time and i'm generally a pretty chilled out housemate :) Lastly my girlfriend Diantha (26) from the Netherlands is moving to Melbourne in November, She's a nurse and will be looking to do the same thing over here. I'm looking at houses where I can have a room for two. :) Lets talk shop!
