I'm a 27-year-old foodie from England. I moved to Australia nearly 3 years ago. I have permanent residency here. I work full time in South Melbourne. In my free time, I socialize with friends, I draw, I'm vegan so you'll probably find me veganising some dish in the kitchen. I am clean and considerate. Won't leave dishes in the sink etc. I enjoy keeping active by hiking, gym, yoga or just generally walking everywhere. I love checking out bars with friends, going for brunch.. basically anything that involves food and drink, I'm down. I’m always happy to hang out over a beer and food during the week or over the weekend. But I also love quiet nights in with a bowl of yumminess and Netflix :D Oh, did I mention I have a great (British) sense of humour?
I am a work and traveller from Germany. I came to Melbourne two months ago and enjoying it so far since Melbourne is a great city. What I love doing: healthy cooking (preferably vegetarian), doing sports especially in nature such as climbing or doing yoga, going out with friends for dancing and drinking every now and then, reading books and trying out new things in life. If you have any questions about me feel free to message me. Miriam :-)
Hi there, Vikalp here ! So with my current lease running out, I am looking for a place in and around Yaraville. I am currently working in Ford Geelong, but looking to stay somewhere closer to my friends and the city. I have lived in shared houses in Melbourne/Sydney and am currently living in one as well. I would love to find a similar thing. If you are looking for something to possibly even rent together I could be the person. I have my hands full working through the week so you probably wont catch me through the day. My weekends are mostly spent catching up with all my friends. If not I'll be exploring things in and around area. I love a social chat and a drink when possible. I like being organised about my stuff and I love a clean place around, so tend to always clean around and do my fair share of daily chores. So shoot me a message if you think we can work something out. Cheers ! :)
Relatively clean and quiet single looking for a place closer to work (in Camberwell). I work full time and my passion is drinking red wine and watching terrible reality TV.
Hi Flatmates! I'm 19, from Hobart, and I have lived out of home for 8 months in student accomodation while I complete my Music Industry course. I'm looking for a long term place to call home in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. I'm very friendly but a little quiet at first until I come out of my shell, I like to keep things clean and tidy, I love my me time and respect other peoples needs for privacy. I love going out for bevs when I can, hanging out and seeing friends, and discovering more of Melbourne. I'm definitely looking to potentially move in with people around my age group, who are quite chill like I am and are just genuine, honest, kind people. :)
Hi there : ) My name is Saleh, I'm 28 years old, and I’m currently doing my PhD in biomedical sciences in Adelaide and will be transferring to University of Melbourne on December. I usually go to the laboratory as part of my PhD from 9 am to 5 pm (usually more..) which keeps me pretty busy. I’m a quiet guy, respectful of others, and always like to keep my place clean and tidy. I usually go to the gym in the morning before work, and unwind at night by watching TV or by playing video games. I also like to be social, but I also respect that everyone needs their private time. Looking forward to meeting you and checking your place! Saleh
I am friendly, clean and tidy, social but also like my own space. I like to make my place a home and feel warm and inviting. I love exploring new places, take road trips and try new bars. I have just moved from London but from North Queensland originally so keen to explore more of Melbourne. I am a teacher so go away alot during holidays and like to do weekend trips which means housemates can get the house to themselves often
Both super easy going. Tidy & friendly. Up for a chat but also very respectful of people's personal space. Enjoy the outdoors (running, biking etc), coffee and a good beer! From the UK on a WHV and looking to stay in Melbourne for 3-6 months, possibly longer.
Hi, I'm Serge. I'm a Portuguese, South African Australian, who studies music at uni, and works full time in tech support. So give me a computer I can fix most things software related. I play beautiful guitar though usually unplugged on my electric as not to disturb my housemates, though I am always open for a jam. With studying and working, I keep pretty busy. I'm respectful and get along well with my current housemate. and the main reason I'm looking is my lease is expiring, rent has gone up, and Ideally I want to shift the balance of my energy towards my studies whereas my work takes the lions share of my effort at the moment, So I'm looking for somewhere low cost. My Goals are to be the best musician and human that I can be. I'm a left leaning socially progressive, hard working dude, and If I sound like your type of person, send me a message and I will come check your place. Im looking to move at the beginning of November, but will consider places earlier in the interest of stability in my semester. Thanks and Peace!!!
Hi everyone. My name is Sergio, 35yo Italian guy. I am arriving to Melbourne on November 26th holding a student visa. This does not mean that I am a cave man: I am sociable, respectful, very clean, I practice yoga and I love to talk about deep life topics with a glass of red wine. I like sports and nature and simple things of life. I already lived in Melbourne between 2014 and 2016. I do NOT smoke. Hi guys, I'm Cem. I moved to Australia in 2014 from Turkey to study Master of Tesol at La Trobe University. I have been working as an English teacher back in Turkey and here in Australia for a long time. Apart from teaching, I also work as a musician. I play a traditional Turkish-Egyptian instrument called kanun and sing as well. I play at weddings, birthday parties and many other events as well. About myself, I'm a responsible, outgoing and understanding person, who will be glad to chitchat and share with my flatmates. As I work in Sunshine, I'm looking for a private room in Footscray area, so that I can easily commute to work. I'm planning to stay there for a couple of months because I will presumably find another job and move to another suburb soon. Looking forward to meeting with you guys.))
Hello. This is Cythia. I am studying Masters of Business Administration at Charles Sturt University and looking for a decent accommodation with easy access to public transportation and as well close to school. I am clean , easy going and always ready for a chat. I'm simply amazing!
I’m a social, yet hard working individual. I’m tidy, I clean and cook often. I work full time as a trainee train driver with V/Line, so my roster is a bit crazy at times with early or late starts, but I try and be considerate with being quiet while getting ready quite early or coming home a bit late. I love biking, hiking, and exploring both Melbourne and regional Victoria. I would love to live at a place with a dog where I could help out with walks and dog parks as needed. I love my occasional beer or red wine with dinner and always up for a good chat.
Emma and I are cousins originally from country VIC. Emma is moving down for study and a change. I work full time at a building company and have been living in Melbourne for around 6 years now. I’m a 30 year old professional who works 9-5 for the Vic government. I’ve only been in Melbourne for a year, so still consider myself a bit of a newbie. I have houseshared before and am reliable with paying bills on time and doing my share of the housework and boring stuff around the house. I’m not looking for a party house, but do enjoy a chat with my housemates and even occasionally a vino and bit of Brie. I am flexible on the move in date, just looking for a cozy place to call home.
I'm a 25 year old female doing a start-up business and working part time. Originally from Newcastle. I’m super friendly, easy going, open minded and respectful of boundaries and space. I love reading, writing and socialising. Looking for like-minded people.

Hey, my name is Ajay (30, born & raised in Melbourne w/ Indian background). Working full time in hospitality. Looking for a place in cbd or outer city (any side-N.E.W.S.) as I work in the city. I am very sociable but also know people need their privacy. I enjoy to the gym, cooking and enjoying outdoors activities. With work and hobbies, I won’t be home often unless I have a day off (rarely) but would make time to spend with my housos (dinner, drinks, grocery shopping, cleaning etc). I like a clean and tidy place (not a clean freak though). If you have any further questions, just ask. Also, have no problem going on the lease (would prefer it) but flexible considering circumstance. Thanks, Ajay.
