I'm a uni student, performer, bartender and sometimes-tutor looking to move from the Gold Coast to Brisbane. I'm super responsible, reliable, considerate and friendly. And I make a mean scrambled eggs on toast.
Hi, we're a couple looking for a room while we study in Brisbane. We are looking for another couple or single person to share a house with. From the U.K and Taiwan Looking for a nice relaxed house which is clean and has a good atmosphere to it
I live a busy lifestyle so I would like my homespace to offer sanctuary from the craziness outside - a place to truly relax. I love being outside so a big backyard would be the dream.
Hi, I'm Michelle and I'm looking for a place with my partner, Juntao, in the new year (2019). I am a recent university graduate and will begin full-time work in the city in January 2019. My partner is studying full-time. We are looking for a place no more than 20-25 mins in public transport from the city. Both my partner and I are very quiet, keep to ourselves, and are considerate and respectful towards others. We are busy and are barely home. We are looking for housemates who are similar. We are social but do enjoy a quiet night in - not suited to a party house. Thanks, Michelle & Juntao :)
I’m an animator, from Melbourne, moving to Brisbane (January 6th) for work. Looking for a place that is walking distance to a train station on the Beenleigh line, fully furnished, and preferably with my own bathroom/en-suite. Non smoker, into health and fitness, boxing, and at the gym most nights of the week. I’m witty, creative, laugh a lot, and quite often hilariously honest. I lead a busy life, but like a quiet Sunday night on the couch with pizza, wine, a movie, and some laughs with my roomie. Slightly flexible with move date, and budget. Prefer to live with others that also work full time.
Hi! I'm Emma, 23 years old from Brisbane. Looking for a new place to live with some cool, like-minded people.
I'm currently living in Mackay working for Queensland Health in an IT Project Role. However, my contract will finish at the end of the year so will be coming back to Brisbane returning to my permanent role in the Queensland Government with Queensland Treasury. I have been renting a room for the last 18 months in Mackay and looking to do this again upon my return to Brisbane. I'm a clean, considerate, and respectful person and expect this from others in the shared house, apartment, unit etc. When I lived in Brisbane I rented out my rooms in the house I owned, which is why I'm very respectful to you and your property. This is supported by every AirBnB I have stay, the host/s have always given me a great recommendation and review about how clean, tidy, considerate and respectful etc. I like the keep active and eat relatively healthy by riding my bike to work, having green smoothies in the morning and going to latin dance (Zouk) events in Brisbane, Australia and overseas. I'm looking to find a place on the Southside within a 10Km radius from the CBD, such as Bulimba, Morningside, Moorooka and Yeronga etc. Thanks for reading my profile. Thanks Mark
Studying Bachelor of Computer Science at UQ. I enjoy playing video games, D&D, listening to music and doing some arts and crafts occasionally. I have two mice, Beau and Yasha. All I need in a place is somewhere to fit a double bed, a laptop, and my mice - a larger-than-average garden shed will do.
I’m a final year student at UQ. I love photography, the beach and going on adventures. I’m pretty quiet but enjoy a good chat. I’m originally from the Gold Coast so tend to spend my spare time down there. I’m clean and reliable and looking for flat mates that I can be have a chat with, but am also respect full of privacy.
I like to keep to myself I leave early hours in the morning and don’t usually finish work till around 2 sometimes 3 in the arvo so I like my me time but don’t hesitate to start a conversation, I’m a massive gamer helps me relax and i grew up around redbank most of my life so I’m used to walking places
I'm looking for a new place to call home in mid-January 2019 (maybe early January). I am respectful, easy to get along with and have a good sense of humour. I am honest, trustworthy and super organised, I have been responsible for paying all the utility bills on time for the past 2 years. I am an outgoing person but I also love to stay at home and watch Netflix. I am a clean and tidy person as well. I am currently completing my Master at UQ. I also work part-time in women's fashion in the city.
Busy professional that likes to be outdoors. Have an active lifestyle so am usually either up early or home late. Generally clean and tidy ,easy going and respect others space but am more then happy for a social drink here and there. Ideally looking for a place that has a good vibe and an undercover car park. Happy for team ups also.
I can cook. Clean myself up. Like staying nice and tidy. Can't stand it being too messy 😁.
I am 25 years old and I am currently studying and teaching classics at UQ. I am a clean and easy-going person. In my free time you'll generally find me in front of my laptop, watching movies or playing games.
Hi, I am going into my second year of university studying environmental science at UQ. I want to live somewhere reasonably close to the uni with security screens as I have an indoor cat. He is 8 years old and mainly keeps to himself or follows me around. I'm a friendly, laid back and tidy person and am considerate of other people's space. I'm usually pretty chatty but I also like my down time. I am open to start a place with one or two other people for a house/unit.
Let's be housemates! My name is Luke, I'm 28 and I work full-time in IT for an NGO as a UC Engineer. I have a 11 month old Golden Retriever named Atlas. I'm clean, tidy, don't smoke and don't really drink often but that doesn't mean I'm not down to have a chat with a drink or two sometimes. I aim to go to the gym before/after work most days and try to be out of the house where possible with Atlas however if I'm busy I tend to keep to myself. If I am home, I tend to keep to my own spaces but happy to hang out sometimes as I enjoy a homey/friendly home. After work I like to relax, I will usually aim to go to the gym, walk Atlas then hang out on my computer or room. On the weekends, I tend to visit friends, study or take Atlas somewhere. I am flexible with my move date, however I do need to vacate the current property by December 31. Preferably any time after December 17 but I'll make it work if needed! I have a brand new fridge, brand new washing machine/dryer combo and my own room furnishings. Atlas: Loves people and other dogs, he's a huge dork and loves a good play. He’s well behaved and doesn’t at all bark other than if you’re with him and he wants to play. Sometimes sooks if he knows someone’s home and he’s outside but just ignore him and he realises super quick. Completely house trained and I look after him completely, so I won't put that burden on you! But you're by all means free to take him for walks and spend as much time with him if you'd like.
Hey, I'm Michelle! I'm a 23 year-old moving from Melbourne to Brisbane mid-Jan for post-grad medicine at UQ and I work part-time in hospitality. I have to many interests to list, but in my spare time I like to get as far away from study as possible. I enjoy going on adventures, such as camping and trips to the beach, and I love anything creative, like cooking/baking, art and crafting, and I always have a few projects on the go. I'm new to Brisbane, so ideally I'm looking for housemates to become a family. I'm super easy-going and get along with almost everyone I meet. I don't mind the occasional party but in general prefer a quiet night with friends. Bonus: I procrastinate study by cleaning, so you can expect a super neat house for most of the year! In terms of moving in, I'm a little flexible with dates but need a place by Jan 28th at the latest. I don't have a lot in terms of furniture yet, but am happy to contribute if anything is needed.
Studying my Masters of Data Science at UQ I'm respectful of others privacy and keep the common areas clean. Interests and hobbies: Frisbee, video/board games, reading, TV, group outings
Heya, I'm looking to rent a bedroom around the Central & South Brisbane area that still within 15min drive of the CBD. Prefer 1-2 Flatmates. I don't mind if the place is furnished or unfurnished A bit about me, I'm 28, I'm in charge of running a helicopter company out of Archerfield Airport and fly for an other in Southport on the weekends. My days off are usually Mondays and Tuesdays, except for when I have to work those days; in which case I try to get time off later in the week ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'm not into partying but enjoy having a couple of drinks with a friend after work every now and then. I have been in Brisbane for 3 years now and love it here. In my spare time I ride a motorbike (BMW S1000RR), into outdoor [and indoor] rock climbing and otherwise try to have a fairly active lifestyle. I enjoy eating out and sometimes cook at home, although the latter has become a rarity lately. Got myself a Nintendo Switch, which I enjoy a bit more than I'd like to admit. I see an occasional movie with my flatmate and we sometimes go out for a drink and a laugh. I do like animals; cats or dogs, I don't discriminate. Because of my line of work I can never have any
Hi there! My name is Ramez, I’m a full time medical professional looking for a friendly, relaxed and clean space to call home. Hobbies include cooking and eating out, contemplating physical activity (and sometimes even doing some) and binging on Netflix. I’m responsible, reliable and thoughtful, and hope to share a space with like-minded people!
Fun, social, 22 year old UQ Secondary Education student. I have a lovely rag doll cat so pet friendly places are ESSENTIAL. Love a drink on the weekends, the occasional party is also always fun but not every other week.
