We are financially stable since our studies have been already paid by our sponsors and we work only to pay our rent and holidays. We together earn about 80,000AUD per year and have been working for the same company for more than 2 years. We are a very quiet and responsible. I love playing soccer and play in the Amateur Soccer League of the Eastern Suburbs and my wife loves reading and watching tv series. We are looking for a long-term lease. 1 year to start.

Hi there! I work full time for a tech company called WordPress. I'm relocating to Sydney and looking for place to live in a central location. I'm 29, gay, generally quiet, clean and respectful of my living space. I like my home as a place to chill out and relax, I'm not much of a partyer. I'm into technology, travel, keeping fit, cooking, and I'm pretty nerdy about things like Pokemon, music, and many TV shows. Hope to hear from you!
Hi guys, me and my friend Gray are looking to move into a new place in the coming weeks. We're both very friendly and polite as well as clean and tidy, I'm sure everyone say's that but we genuinely are! We both keep it fairly quiet during the week and enjoy going out to the beach and socialising with our friends on the weekend. Hope this helps! Greg
25. Work fulltime. Love to cook (all food). Like to stay fit and keep active. Ex-smoker (so not worried if other people do). Not a big drinker but enjoy a drink occasionally. Love a good chat but also enjoy my own space.
My name is Charles, I'm Australian, laid back, easy to get along with and like to have a laugh. I work full time as a Producer and Drone Pilot at the BBC. I'm looking for somewhere to live long term. Cheers Charlie
I'm a psychology-student from Germany (but pretty bad at reading minds), currently working at USYD. And yes, I love Australia so far and Sydney is pretty much the best place I've ever been to! (just in case you were wondering ;)) I am looking for a new place for my last 2-3 weeks in Sydney. So if you're subletting your room and are keen on trying German treats (I swear it's not as bad as some other stuff the Germans invented), let me know :) I have been living in shared apartments for years now and absolutely love it. I really enjoy having dinner together or sharing a glass of wine from time to time but I am also respectful of your individual space, clean, tidy and easygoing
I'm a Brazilian architect and urbanist who moved into Sydney to do my PhD at UNSW, where I am also a casual teacher and spend most of my day. I'll be leaving here at least for another 3-4 years, and maybe more, who knows? My area is related to sustainability issues, which is something I personally believe and try to take to my daily life in some ways. I'm a very down to earth guy, easy to deal with. I'm sort of introvert, but I also love to hang out with my friends. I enjoy cooking, nature, going to the beach (I do love the beach!!!) and other natural environments, TV shows and movies (sci-fi geek here), having a nice beer or wine, playing board games, learning and experiencing different cultures, etc. - very open to new experiences. I also like to study, yes! I like parties, but not on a regular basis anymore. I would like to live with like-minded people, who are easy to deal with and no dramas. I'm also very respectful of the tidiness of the house, though not in a freak way. I'm looking to live close to UNSW - either Randwick or Coogee, maybe Maroubra beach or Kensington. I´m looking for easy going people around my age who could eventually become real friends. People to have a balance between socialising and those needed privacy moments.
My name is Howard I am from Ireland I am working full time in IT for UNSW. I am tidy, very easy to get on with and like to keep fit - surf, run. I am also quite and reliable. I am looking for somewhere relaxed, quite and modern and hope to find friendly flat mate. I am a permanent resident so looking for something long term. My budget is about $380. Always respect your own privacy but hope we can do the odd thing together :) I will be working in UNSW so somewhere relatively close to that area. I would like somewhere quite (ie not on or facing a main road) also I am not interested in sharing with a couple Let me know if you think I would be suitable? Thanks Howard
I work in accounting at a law firm so during the week things are hectic and I mainly like to gym work Netflix and eat. I am fanatical with sport and love a beer or vodka on Friday or Saturday as well as brunch or coffee anytime!
I’m a warm-hearted and open-minded easy going person. I love to cook, listen to music, meet some friends and enjoy my life. I would describe me as a reliable person who isn’t afraid to clean the flat :-) You can have a lot of fun with me because I’m most of the times in a really good mood and I’m laughing a lot.
Hey! We are a social couple that loves to have a nice evening in or go out for a few. Nico is from Italy, and I, Megan, am from the states. We will be working full-time/ taking some classes at Uni. Clean and dependable with rent payment. Healthy lifestyle advocates! Excited to live in Sydney again!
I am a British guy just moved to Sydney, for the 2nd time. I was here on a working holiday visa in 2013 and loved the place, always thought I might move back. So here I am! I love all things on the water, kitesurfing/kayaking/sailing/surfing etc and also am a keen photographer/videographer as another hobby. I'm pretty friendly and social, and can't wait to enjoy the beaches and the waves! Matt
We are both fit and active people who like to be out and about in the Australian sun on the weekends. If we are not at the beach we are out exploring many different places. We both love food and love going out for breakfast in the many Cafes around the lower north shore. We are not massive party goers but are very sociable and do like to unwind on the weekends after a long week at work. Being neat and tidy is also very important to us so you won't have to worry about us leaving things all over the place and being a nuisance.
We're both international but have been in the country long enough to understand what it means to be Australian. We mostly study and work during the week. Non smokers, non drinkers.
Hey guys! I'm a female medical student at UNSW. I'm from Oslo, Norway, but in Sydney this semester as an exchange student. I’m looking for a place to call home whilst I’m in Sydney, preferably furnished and within walking distance to the Randwick hospitals and the beach. Hovewer, taking the bus is not a problem at all :) I'm easy to get along with and respectful to my flatmates and neighbours. I love the outdoors and especially all the wonderful beaches and hikes in the Sydney area. I’m also a big foodie and I don’t mind a chat over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Please don’t hesitate to send me a message if you have any further questions about me or if you want me as your flatmate/tenant :) Hope to hear from you soon!
