My name is Emy and I'm from England and just turned 30. I work as a portrait photographer in and around Sydney which is very varied and keeps me busy. I have spent some time this year traveling the country in my van & seeing lots of cool places. I am on a working holiday visa but will be changing visas next year to be able to stay in the country for longer. My boyfriend is called Michael and he's 28 and is Australian (from Dubbo originally). He works full time as a video editor for a wedding video company in Fairfield. He's lived in Sydney for a while and studied film here. He also works on short film for film festivals in-between his editing job so he's pretty busy. We don't smoke and I don't drink (just really don't like the taste!). Michael only drinks a little bit. We are both into eating good food and like to cook (always wash up after we have eaten!) After work we tend to cook food and chill out with netflix, or go out for dinner or cinema. We both try to keep fit and I regually go to fitness classes in the city. On days off from work we catch up on sleep, socialise and take trips out to the beach or shops. We are both pretty chilled out and don't like drama so are looking for a friendly and chilled out place to live. I'm pretty chatty where as Michael is quite shy so it takes him a while to get chatty with new people! But we are both super friendly and positive people who are clean, tidy and respectful of other people. We totally respect other peoples space and privacy and are looking for the same whilst also being able to hang out with our future flatmates if they want to. We don't have an ideal set amount of time that we would like to live in Sydney so I wrote down 4 months but it's a very rough number! This is because we plan to travel at some point next year but we need to spend some time to work hard and save up for it and we don't know how long it will take! So a flexible lease agreement would be ideal for this reason. Our ideal place would be within a 10 minute walk to the train station and walking distance to supermarkets. Own bathroom and outdoor space like a balcony or garden would be a major plus but not essential. And an apartment that comes with gym facilities or is near to a gym would be even more awesome.
Hi, I'm a filmmaker that is coming to sydney to work on a project for 3 months. I'm originally from sydney so have lots of friends that I'm looking forward to catching up with. I'm looking for a short term let for 3 months. I'll be working full time long hours and away most weekends and socialising with my friends and family who I haven't seen in a while. I live in London, am an avid traveller and have lived and worked across the world. I'm an easy going, chilled and fun flatmate. Looking for a great place to stay whilst I reacquaint myself with Sydney.
Hey, moving to sydney at the start of 2017 to begin a new full time job. Working for a finance company in Barangaroo. Looking for somewhere to stay for a year or greater possibly. I'm a very laid back working professional and like to keep things tidy and comfortable around the home. I'm looking for like-minded laid back housemates who don't take life very seriously and are open to having a drink together now and then! I'm looking for a private room with its own bathroom and unfurnished.
Hi everyone, I am a fresh graduate Interior Designer from Indonesia who just moved to Sydney in early November. I am now holding a working holiday visa, working part-time jobs and will be doing baking course starting next year. I like to cook but I only manage to do easy cooking for breakfast in the morning. I am also a very clean and tidy person so I'll always manage the unit to be clean. For now, I am looking for a housemate to share a flat for about 2-3 months. I will be ready to move in early December, the date is flexible as I am living in my Aunt's house now so I'll manage to move in the right time with the right housemate. I look forward to hear from you. Cheers!
Im a laid back, social and reliable 27 year-old female. Part-time student veterinary nursing, part- time worker in a clinic in the city. Searching for a long-term room, with lovely housemates! I'm Katie. I'm 28 and eleven twelfths. Born in Queensland but grew up in Ireland and moved back to Sydney two years ago. The Inner West is where I am most at home, largely because it is also home to my sister, sister-in-law, baby nephew and their dog (my BFF) Parker. My THINGS are art, design, books, movies, music, markets, parks, coffee, etc etc. At home I do a lot of reading, listening to podcasts and making things. Ideally I'm looking for a house of independent but mutually supportive people who get on well and are keen to keep a healthy friendly atmosphere. I'm open to sharing space, things, time, ideas, utensils, friends, skills, PUPPIES, chores etc.
I'm a 29-year old female professional. I live an active lifestyle, love sport and to be healthy, but I don't mind heading out for a drink! I like where I live to be a sanctuary for me to recharge, so do enjoy my own space. In saying that, I'm very friendly and love chilling out as well. Well balanced maybe?! Ideally looking to live with 1 other, similar age to myself :)

I'm looking for a friendly and comfortable place to stay for a couple of months just until March. This is because my sister is coming to Oz and it would be cool if we could live together. I'm easy going and out the house quite a bit but would still enjoy to have some sociable housemates. Ideally I'm looking for a place in Newtown, Bondi or Glebe. I work full time as a barista in a juice bar. Ideally your place might have another room coming up in March or be flexible with allowing my sister to share the room with me for a little bit and we could pay a two person rate. I know this will be hard to find though but it's worth asking. Feel free to message me if you think I could fit in at your place, hopefully we would be a similarish age (I'm 24) but apart from that I'm open to living with anyone.

I’m 26 and have just moved to Sydney from Perth for a full time Architecture job. I’m looking for long term accommodation to commence as soon as possible, either in an existing sharehouse or with some like-minded people looking to set up a new sharehouse. Hoping to find a sharehouse in the inner West (near the train line would be great) up to $270 a week for the room or $300 including bills, sharing with 2 or more housemates preferably of around the same age. Garden or courtyard would be a real bonus. I like to spend my spare time between indoor rock-climbing, heading to the beach, having a quiet drink, checking out bars and cafes, playing games with friends and watching movies and TV. I’m pretty easy going and considerate and a bit of a creative type, happy to have my own space and chill out but also enjoy a good laugh and am looking to spend some time with my future housemates and make some new friends in Sydney. Have a large TV, amp and speakers and a few gaming consoles I’d be happy to share but also more than willing to contribute to appliances if the house is in need of anything new. I’m free to inspect properties any time on the weekend as well as after work. Please let me know if you are interested! Cheers, Wes

Hi everyone! I am Spanish lawyer who will be working for the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Sydney. I am outgoing and I like to chat/socialise but I am also easygoing and know when to respect others personal time and space. I am also very active and visit the gym almost everyday after work so you would rarely see me at home. As a Spaniard, originally from Madrid, I enjoy football (I am a supporter of Real Madrid) and surf (even though I am a beginner). I also love travelling around and have visited more than 60 countries. You can count on me to keep the place clear, tidy and peaceful, even though I enjoy hanging out and would join any plan you propose! Looking forward to make new friends! Alvaro
I'm pretty friendly and chilled, very mindful of others and would love to be friends with my flatmate, share a dinner or a few drinks every so often. I'm not a party person, but will sometimes have friends over for baking purposes (or eating of said baking) but usually pretty quiet at home. I have a wide range of interests and do enjoy spending the night on the couch watching/marathoning TV shows or movies. I've lived in different countries a fair bit so there's always something to talk about. I'm (in theory) very creative, but also a procrastinator when it comes to creating. I enjoy creative writing, my flute (sometimes), karaoke, and tasty food.

Hey I'm Arj! I'm a really extroverted and outgoing person who loves to engage in some solid banter, but I'm really chilled out too. I'm a 26 year old working professional moving up from Melbourne. I love to go out and party as much as I love to just chill at home and binge on my TV shows and movies. I also love a solid games night, chill sessions and talking shit. I'm pretty active, hit the gym regular and play cricket and basketball. Ball is life for me, so I talk/watch lots of NBA. In fact, I'll hopefully be moving to the US next year to pursue my MBA studies and specialise in sports management/marketing to leave the traditional corporate world behind. I'm really easy-going, super talkative and would love to move into a place with open-minded people that are pretty chilled out too. I would love to get to know and socialise with new people. I'll definitely bring in a lot of energy and a fresh perspective to your house culture!
Hi Guys! We are easy going and relaxed students from Germany. The both of us are staying in Sydney for a fulltime 9-5 internship. Andy is working in the area of Surry Hills and me near Hyde Park. We enjoy a sporty and healthy lifestyle, have a great sense of humour and like to enjoy some drinks and shared dinner/BBQ in a relaxed atmosphere with our new flatties. In addition, we are very reliable and tidy flatmates. Furthermore, we have several years of flatshare experience and enjoyed it! By the way, we are not one of the newly in love couples, so we don't always want to be on our own - we love to socialize. We are searching for a place up to the end of April (but we would also consider a shorter stay). We look forward to meeting you guys soon! Don't hesitate to drop us a message :) Cheers! Kathy&Andy

Hey! My name's Krystal, and I'm looking to move somewhere in Sydney soon! I've been out of home since 18 and this won't be my first share-house in my life. I'm good with the sharing of responsibilities, tidy and reliable. I'm currently studying Entertainment Management and hoping to weasel my way into the event management/music/media scene. I'm a low key nerd (I used to study Archaeology), massive makeup fanatic and spend a bit too much than I wanna admit on clothes. I'm after the kind of friendly environment where you know and get along with the people you live with. I'm down for meeting new people and making new friends. I'm always up for a great night but also love nights in in front of the TV and just generally lounging around and being lazy. I love cooking so anyone that's up for helping with some DIY experimental meals that could be potentially disastrous, hit me up!

Hey there, My name is Stella, I am 26 years old and I am in Sydney for work and holiday. My boyfriend, Marius, 25 years old, works full-time as a Trainee in Moorebank at Röhlig. We are both from Germany and very open minded! :-) We´d prefer to live with other people to get to know more people! :-) We would like to live either in a fully furnished shared appartment (which we prefer) with max. 4 to 5 people (including us) or in a fully furnished appartment just for the two of us. Our max. budget is about 500 $ for us together, so 250 $ each / week. A little more should be fine, but not much more. We already lived in shared flats while being students in Germany. I studied Social Sciences and Marius studied Global Management. He already lived in Indonesia and Malaysia where I visited him several times. We hope to find a nice and clean (shared) appartment from December 30. If someone is also looking for an appartment like us, we could get together to start a new share appartment! Looking forward to hearing from you! :-) Stella and Marius
