Hi there! We've recently found ourselves roommate-less as everyone has jetted off to live their dreams in foreign countries. So we are looking for some cool roomies to join us on that journey that is life (eating ramen and attempting to cook but failing miserably). To convince you as to why you should choose us as the next Bachelor's (cool roommates), here are a few of our redeming qualities; - We are aspiring comedians (despite our complete lack of comedic talent and studying Business and IT at QUT) - LOVE to wash dishes - Great taste in TV shows and will watch anything you desire - Always up for a good time and some cheeky bevs - Just two students who spend a lot of time pretending to study - We have a Christmas tree that has been up all year for constant festivities - Will show you all of the cute instagram dogs we follow Our current lease ends at the beginning of February, but just to avoid complete stress at the beginning of next year, we are starting our search now. So if you're keen, hit us up and we can arrange to meet for some really awkward coffee. It'll be great.
I'm Katie, British, and looking for an awesome new flat after being offered a job in Sydney! I'll be working fairly standard hours as an engineer in the city and am pretty sociable outside of this - I love going for dinner or drinks after work, but do also enjoy time to relax at home with a good film :) I like cooking and baking, so expect the occasional stereotypical British tea-time if i'm around!
Hey all, Looking for a room in an already established house, or happy to team up to find a new one :) I'm a 22yo graduate working fulltime currently until my masters degree kicks off next year in secondary teaching! I'm clean and tidy, don't mind doing the housework and like animals. I've been independent since 18 so I know how to live with and contribute to a household. I play a bit of PlayStation/Xbox in my downtime or try and get to the gym (to help offset my love of food haha!) Also love animals ! I have new furniture, and appliances to bring if need be. Looking for some fun, clean people around my own age to share a home with, don't the odd socialise and are CLEAN. I am not anal, but I generally do set myself a housework day 😂 Cheers !
Two fun loving girls from the UK. Wanting to experience Melbourne to the full. On working holiday visas. We love good food, music, dancing the night away and museums. We also love a cosy night in with ice cream and our new found love - timtams
Hi! I'm easy-going and trustworthy. I'm German-Turkish and I'll move to Australia for a PhD. I'm interested in sports and psychology. I'd prefer to be living rather close to the AIS and/or UC. I'm looking forward to my new life in the land of kangaroos! :)

We are looking for a room to rent in Sydney from late September 2016, for a year - let us know if you fancy a couple of POHMs for housemates! Helen works in comms and makes short films, and Jack works in the photography industry. We love Australia and can't wait to live in Sydney and enjoy the beautiful beaches and complain about the lock out laws!
I am 19 years old and am moving to Melbourne early February next year to study. It's pretty early but I'm looking for a room/team up with some other females who are of a similar age & who are also studying ! I love food, dogs, making new friends and exploring new places. I am very clean and respectful and love to hang out with others as well as have time on my own. :)
LOOKING FOR NEW AWESOME FUNNY HAPPY SYDNEY-HOME Hello friends sorry for long post (not really sorry) I’m Mathilde, a 22yo girl from France looking for a new home. I really don't want just a bed to sleep in with flatmates who hide inside their rooms and barely talk do each other. I want some place with funny outgoing people, a happy little home that's looking for a new fun flatmate to join the family. I want to work in the week, so I'll be quite busy and I'll have to be (kind of) responsible and sensible. I guess. Love to do stuff in the afternoons/weekends though, anything from adventures, crazy nights out, stay at home and eat popcorn and watch stupid movies, or just to have a few glasses of some super cheap wine and talk about random stuff until daylight. I’ve already lived with a lot of people around me, and never had any problems. I’ll clean up after myself. Happy to follow a cleaning-schedule if you have one. I respect the people I live with. I pay my bills on time. I won’t cook for you cause I’m a terrible at that stuff, sorry, but I’m really talented when it comes to ordering pizza, so don't worry ! Send me a message! THANK YOU
Hey There! My names Hayden and I'm moving up to Sydney from Melbourne this week and am hoping to find a place on the North Shore. I am starting work as a radiographer full time at the Royal Northshore Hospital and would ideally love a place close to a train station and has a few good venues within walking distance. I'm clean and tidy with a social attitude and would love to live in a household with similar aged people who I can team up with for good times I have a young kitten named Prof Mcgonagal who is very well trained and a sass queen.
Hi I'm Natasha and I'm new to Melbourne. I just relocated here from Canada. I work in the CBD in finance with normal to long hours, Mon-Fri. I am generally a responsible, quiet, and neat roommate. I also like to be social and have fun, but typically prefer to go out than to bring people over (although I don't mind if you do). I hope to make friends with whoever I'll be living with. In my spare time I head out on my bike, do yoga, or have drinks with friends. But I often like to try new things. Looking for a place in inner suburbs with easy access to CBD. I would ideally like to live with people around my age (I'm 28) who are easy going and open to making new friends.
Low maintenance late 30s professional female, non-smoker, with small, older, well-behaved and fully house trained dog. I'm friendly, open, respectful and pretty quite living but love socialising with mates, watching movies/TV, doing arts & crafts and chilling with my dog. The dog doesn't need much space as she's small (more in size and temperament like a cat!) but she is use to being outside while I'm at work so a small secure outside area would be great. I have some furniture and most household bits & pieces but no white goods. An added storage space/area would be a total bonus as I've been downsizing from a house and it's still a work in progress. Due to some bad experiences I'd prefer to start on a short term lease (ie 3 months) and then look at ongoing or extending. I currently live and work in the South East but willing to consider most areas (within reason). Not sure what else to say without sounding like a bad online dating app! Any questions please just ask! Many thanks!
I am a recent graduate of Monash University, currently seeking full time employment. I would like to find accommodation in the eastern suburbs as I familiar with the area, however I would also consider living in other areas of Melbourne. Close proximity to public transport is a must as I don't drive. I am looking for a clean, homely place to live with responsible housemates. I am a sociable person but I definitely need my personal space. I have rented for several years now and have enjoyed a positive renting history.
Well, I'm quiet and I'm also happy to have a few drinks with the other housemates. I'm a kung fu instructor from the inner west looking in a similar area. I enjoy netflix, kung fu and having a drink every now and then.
I'm a 29 year old professional, currently doing research for one of the universities. From Canberra originally, I've been in Melbourne now for two and half years and there's no going back! Love food, wine and coffee-not necessarily in that order! I like keeping active as much as I love time on the couch. Love getting to watch a lot of live sport too (shame footy seasons almost over!) I do like a fair bit of down time but also love socialising so get out and about as much as I can. Plus I'm still exploring this city and will be keen to find "the local" to spend summer arvos with my awesome new roomies!! Would love to be able to share a meal and a drink a couple of times a week. Not big on dirty kitchens or bathrooms, but promise I'm not OCD! Need to know anything else? Let's grab a drink and you can fire away 20 questions. Sarah
Chilled, clean, happy, love the sea and anything to do with it. Respectfull of others space. Eat healthy and love a good balance of social life and chill time. Currently living in Norwood with friends who are getting married now and want their own house to start a fam.
Clean and friendly person. Enjoys spending my free time doing outdoor activities and exercising. I am also a foodie, I like cooking and experiencing in the kitchen and also love sharing. I am not a huge party goer. I am usually quiet but do enjoy having people over on occasions. I enjoy music in all forms and enjoys a good movie.
We are three English girls in Melbourne on our working holiday visas. We all work full time in and near the CBD and are looking for a place to call home! We tried and failed to get a picture of all of us in the profile picture so apologies for my lack of tech and creative skills on this occasion. We're all regular 20 somethings looking to settle in melbs! We all plan to stay in Melbourne till at least January so there is potential we'll want somewhere for longer than 4 months. We'd be looking for a 3-6 bed or more, all of us are easy going and open to existing house shares and whole properties, preferably furnished :) we all want somewhere we can relax and cook after work, socialise and enjoy a glass of wine at the weekends! We're open to locations near the areas listed, if you have somewhere that sounds like it would fit for us. Please get in touch :)
Im an outgoing and friendly person. I work full time as a professional worker and Stydy. I am looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy like me and who is easy to get along with. I enjoy my privacy and i respect other peoples privacy very much. I am looking to move in with someone as soon as possible and would prefer moving in with a female as I have found in my experience that females care more about the cleanliness of the house than males.
We are two friends who are very clean, responsible and friendly. We have both lived in shared housing and are always respectful of our housemates. We are willing to share a room or have our own for a short term stay. We would love to meet you and are very easy to get along with!
I just graduated from Curtin and I work full-time at a Grad-job near Perth airport. South Perth is a big distance from my current friends, so i'd hopefully have roommates that enjoy being social on the weekends e.g. Cooking/dinners, movies, game nights, going out for a drink and having a laugh etc. On weekdays i work long hours so I'm more quiet, respectable and private. I enjoy living with foreigners, learning about new cultures and experiences. But more than happy to live with aussies too!
Hiya! I'm an American from the Washington DC/Baltimore area who's in Melbourne working until March 2017. I'd like my own room in a house with people in their mid 20s to mid 30s who don't stay locked in their rooms all of the time. I like hanging out, making dinner and feeling like I'm coming back to a home, but where everyone is also capable of doing their own thing. It would be nice if the area isn't on a main street to avoid lots of traffic noise and near parks. I'm currently housesitting until August and will be looking to move again around that time. A little more about me: I'm a traveller at heart. I lived and worked in London in 2009, and I recently finished a year and a half long road trip around the States in anticipation of moving abroad again. I like bushwalking, salsa dancing, live music, gardening, volunteering, cooking and eating delicious food. I'm content with a night sweating it out on the dance floor or staying in to read a book and everything in between. A little about me around the house: - I always replace empty toilet paper rolls. - I always remove hair from the shower drain. - I like to turn the tap off when I'm brushing my teeth or washing the dishes, etc to not waste water and would love a household that does the same so we can save our monies. - I trap bugs inside and free them outside. - I like to garden and like to grow my own veggies. - I like baking muffins to share! Hope to hear from you!
Hello, I left my profession to have my postgraduate degree in Macquarie University. I have just arrived in Sydney. I am looking for a clean, tidy, nonsmoker flatmate(s) to share a flat/house and also a part of my life. I don't prefer roomsharing and because of my zoophobia I can't live with animals. Looking forward to move my new home soon, Reshan.
I have a mature body but with a young heart. I have 2 children, in their 20's a daughter & a son, both live in GC. I work on the road mostly, driving around QLD in sales with travel agents. Love coffee, food, music. Since I am from Argentina, I dance salsa & tango which I learned in the GC. My family lives in the cost, so planning to be there lots of weekends. I don't smoke and don't mind few drinks, I am friendly & sociable person. Need an unfurnished room and need car park close by.
I am a professional working all day that likes to relax once work is over. I dance in a studio on evenings twice a week. During weekends, you'll find me outside as I love outdoors, exhibitions, or any kind of entertainment! I like going out, enjoy trying out new places and getting out and about in Sydney. Also keen on travels, arts and people. I am outgoing and sociable but also like my own time. I am organised, clean and love to have things tidy. I am a good cook and like to share meals and experiences with people! I respect others well-being, personal space/privacy and interests. I am reliable with rent and bills payment. I am also a dog and cat lover and very friendly with pets! Also, I can speak French, know a bit of AUSLAN and understand Spanish but too shy/rusty to speak it.
Hello future housemates, I work part-time and preparing to return to uni. I'm clean and tidy, quiet and considerate, and respect others space. Need off street parking, preferably a lock up garage. Look forward to hearing from you!

Two easy going, fun males that are starting a new life in Queensland! Looking for a new home in Surfers Paradise, searching for clean, intelligent, friendly people that are open to talk about problems when they occur. Jordan and I live for happiness and an active lifestyle, as a pair we are motivated and dedicated, pride ourselves on our goals and our ability to achieve them. We are clean, quiet, independent people that know how to cook and do all the other household tasks. We know how important it is to give you your own space. Moving to Bright to pursue a part time job I've been used over summer, with some mountain bike guiding on weekends. I'm an outdoors-loving, energetic and reliable bloke moving from Albury, where I've been studying a degree in Outdoor Recreation for the last 3 years. Ideally I'd like to rent a room or find others to rent a share house with. I'm a non-smoker with no pets and would be looking to rent until next April at least. I'm a keen climber and mountain biker, would need to have somewhere to store two bikes, preferably in a shed or lockable room. Will have steady income from outdoor recreation work, happy to provide character references. Also, please see my Couchsurfing profile for references from hosts and guests: https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/robertsaxton

Hi, Im a 28 year old male professional working full time as an operations manager for a busy window tinting company. I'm easy going, clean, tidy and enjoy a cold beer to wind down after work. I go to the gym and try to live a healthy and active lifestyle as possible but this is made difficult with my love of good food. I am social person and would ideally like a social household but of course respect boundaries and the need for personal space.
Hi from Kyle and Tamzin. We're an engaged couple who have recently relocated from South Africa to Sydney and have been happily living in Camperdown for the past 9 months in a stunning converted warehouse with 3 others. Sadly our place has been sold and the new owners are taking occupation in October so its becoming a reality that our happy household may split up. I work in Media planning in Pyrmont and Tam manages a sports and recreation center in the inner west. Besides than our busy weeks, we love exploring Sydney, having a run or cycle and spending time with Kyle's family in Leichhardt We're both outgoing and very approachable but do like to have our privacy from time to time. We'd would love to be part of a happy functional household with people who understand personal space but who are happy to share a few meals. We'd love to meet new people while we settle so invites for a drink or friendly gathering are always a plus We take pride in a good-looking neat and tidy house and hope the people we share with would be just as mindful of clutter and keep things clean without being nagged. Feel free to send us a mail for any more info or a mobile number. Cheers
An energetic couple always up for meeting new friends. Myself and my girlfriend (Elin) are looking for a place at the moment. About US: I'm a Melbourne uni student finishing up my Masters degree and my girlfriend is from Sweden and will be working here in Melbourne. I'm taking just 3 subjects this semester to finally get this degree over with and Elin will be working 4 days per week. We like to get out of the city and explore when we can, I'm part of the Mountaineering club at uni where things like hiking, kayaking and random other fun trips take up my time that should be spend studying. We also love cooking house dinners together if you (potentially awesome roommates) are into that and having some ("some") drinks on the weekends. We are very respectful of our communal spaces and happy to do our household chores. About YOU: More than just a place to live, we want to get to know some new people. We don't want to live in a cold house! We want people who are up for a chat over dinner or over sloppy mee-goreng upon returning home from a night out or those up for some adventures. A comfortable communal house where we all put in and do the (boring) stuff like chores to keep it nice for each other:) Moving in from late August is ideal for us. So if this sounds like fun, shoot me a message and we can have a chat! Cheers Max
Hi There! My name is Em, I am a qualified Nurse/Nanny commencing a position with the NSW Ambulance Service in November, seeking accommodation from the beginning of September (I have employment lined up commencing that week). I enjoy nights in, and a relaxed beer/glass of red on the weekends, but am by no means a 'party animal'. I am financially stable, clean, tidy and respectful, with previous experience living in a shared environment. I am ideally seeking a place with a car space available, as I will use my car heavily for work. I have previously lived in Sydney and am returning from a stint down the far south coast. I am quiet and friendly, and am looking forward to meeting new friends and soaking up all Bondi has to offer (including improving my surfing skills!!). If you have a room available that may suit, don't hesitate to give me a shout! Cheers, Em

Hi, I'm 32 and work full time as a patent examiner (I research new inventions). I work really hard but on the flip side I like to have a lot of fun. Going to gigs around Melbourne is one of my favourite things to do. Match that with my love of exploring all the new bars and cafes that pop up all around Melbourne and that keeps me pretty damn happy! I like to keep fit and healthy and exercise pretty regularly. I like being outdoors a lot. I am also a massive foodie (hence the cafes and restaurant exploring) and do love a good glass of wine. I've just started learning the drums (electronic, so don't worry you won't hear how bad I am) and always love a good night out with friends. I like keeping pretty busy but do tend to get hooked on crappy tv shows. I really like a clean house and would ideally like to live with someone who I can enjoy a laugh with.
I'm international student from Brazil. I am a very responsible , reliable , organized and calm person . I love animals , I am a biologist so if you have dogs or cats that's no problem . I am in the country to learn English and I have classes every day from morning to mid-afternoon in the city . I'm 23 , do not smoke and do not drink, I like to practice outdoor sports especially running, like cooking , going to the beach and meet new people.
We are clean, tidy and quiet couple looking for a quiet place to rest and chill after a long day of study and work. We do appreciate cleaniness, good conviviality, laugh and harmony at home.
