The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, so not much vehicle traffic, 5 mins drive to town and bus/train stations. 15 mins to the beach or hinterland. House is fully furnished, and you must provide your own personal items and prepare your own meals, as not included in rent. One room has a double/student desk/chests of drawers and student chair. Other room is a queen with built ins. Your must provide your own linen. I have a dog that is very friendly and lives inside, so if you are allergic to pet hair, probably not advisable. Place would suit students or hospital shift workers, am 3 mins drive to hospital. If you wish to know more please do not hesitate to contact me regarding these queries. Thanks Wendy
It's a townhouse with ample space for 2 people to have their own space. Air conditioned upstairs and downstairs. It's walking distance to town and has a view from the top balcony. Gas cook top, electric oven.
This is a spacious , renovated attractive cottage with extensive outdoor living and a pool. We have Foxtel, the available room is detached from the main house and has a separate entry and separate entry to the bathroom. If you're interested in this house share you have to be mature, like little dogs, (there are 2 here) be vegan / vegan friendly and FT employed only.
Nice housemates. Love a chat also love alone time. Cute cat Rudi to pat. Fresh herbs in the garden. 10 min walk to town if that. Nice neighbours. Home gym. Big corner room with two windows. Furnished and ready for it's next resident to make themselves at home. Oh and aircon. And a bath. Yeah think that's it.
I am very quiet and likes to just stick to myself. Have a 13 year old boy and an 18 year old boy who would visit. My 13 year old boy may stay on the rare occasion but just would share my bed and he is very quiet too who likes to stick with his mum when visiting. I do have an indoor cat but if the place isn't pet friendly I would leave her with friends. She would only live in my room if it was pet friendly. Thanks
I'm easy going very clean, and love to cook. I love my own space and am also friendly and happy. No baggage. I enjoy life, love outdoors and nature, music, art, walking, swimming etc. I have recently retired and came from sydney to be closer to family here in QLD. Looking to rent a house on land if possible, with a nice view in a peaceful tranquil location. I would like to share the house with a person or persons similar to my self. That is clean and quiet and considerate. I have a chiahuahua. I'm looking at houses for around $400 pw and the rent for a person to share with me would be half that. I'm happy to have the lease in my name and the bills. Please call me if u are interested.
A PhD student at UQ will do almost study at Mayers Road. I come from Vietnam and will bring my family with a three-year-old son to Nambour. Need a room, unit or house safety and clean for children and nearby school, market, easy to transportation.
I work full-time in IT. Been living in share-houses since I was about 19, with mates, randoms and a formal arrangement in Japan. I'm easy to get along with, neat and tidy and always keen for a laugh. Currently living in Tassie and looking to move to the Sunshine coast, anywhere in Nambour or surrounding areas. I enjoy a bunch of different hobbies; gaming, wood working, kayaking, fitness and general outdoor activities.
*MOVING IN MAY* Im easy to get along with, bubbly personality, friendly, loves animals and pets. I do keep to myslef but can be sociable. I gym everyday and like to keep fit. Hi, I grew up on the coast here at Buddina. Have travelled off and on, though the Sunshine Coast is home. The last five years there has been a lot of travel, my furniture is in storage in Kunda Park, where it's been for four years now. It can stay there if I find a suitable furnished room, or can be it extracted. My preference would be an ensuited room with somewhat level access, as I have some mobility challenges.
I am clean, honest, rent is paid on time and I always do my share of housework. My 14 year old cat, Wednesday Rain is adorable. I am an outside smoker and have an occasional social drink. I am a Kiwi and have been in Australia for 6 years. Easy going, love music and reading. I think I am a friendly person and I have a great sense of humour. Love to hear from some lovely people out there. Sue
I'm a full time musician, which means I'm out days, sometimes weeks at a time. not every week, but it does happen. I also play gigs most weekends, which means I get home late some nights. If possible, I will need some storage space, possibly some of the garage, for all my gear. I like to keep to myself, working in my room as a recording/session musician, but I do enjoy a conversation. Pretty easy going as well. I don't smoke, drink, or make much loud noise, and keep everything I do clean and tidy. I'm allergic to cats, and with my recording work there can't be a lot of noise going on all the time, so, will struggle with most dogs around as well. Thanks for taking the time to read!
I'm working full time as a HPE teacher, so rent would always be on time. I'm very easy to get along with, am courteous to others and like to keep a tidy home. I have two beautiful dogs, who are great around adults and children, other dogs and cats. Just seeing what my chances are of finding a place at the end of the year due to a new job. :)
Hi there, I'm currently in my fourth year of my Dietetics degree and on placement in Nambour and Kawana for next 12 weeks. Looking to move into a place for the rest of the year that is kinda central to both. Second half of the year I will be back at the Uni doing research. Most of the time I will be out of the house and only really around in the evenings. I'm aiming to work on the weekends at one of the swimming pools, so I shouldn't be too bothersome. Cheers!
