I have a room up rent in a lovely house in Birkenhead. I am looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom house with. The house is fully furnished including the spare room but can bring your own if preferred. need to be working have good references and easy to get along with.
I'm a full-time student who will be studying year 12 in 2019. I'm quite timid and tend to keep to myself, but will pull my weight and keep things neat and tidy. I have mental health issues, so a loud and busy household isn't ideal, but pets are wanted and welcome! I like to write and play music, as well as draw and hang out with my boyfriend who would ideally occasionally come over. I look forward to sharing with you!
Clean and tidy, quiet non smoker, looking for a room near to work, have my own home south, currently traveling 2 hrs. plus each day. Enjoy cooking, bike riding, board games , cards and chess. Will spend most weekends back in the country, depending on work commitments Length of stay is flexible, one month chosen as a starting length
Easy going, clean and tidy Reliable Quiet Respectful mature I'm a life coach Would like to work on mental health I like to chill with a glass of wine cheese platter and talk with friends and family Love a good bbq with friends and family Beach bushwalking and tennis
Renting a queen sized room in a cool old house! It is dated place but has some amazing character. Quiet one way street, old hippie neighbours and a cute af pug. Decent sized bedrooms with high ceilings. Shared kitchen/bathroom/living and laundry. 10 minute walk to Semaphore Main Street 15 minute walk to the beach. Only $145 a week plus bills!
Great newly renovated house only 5 minutes from the beach with a huge backyard. 25 minutes from the city, 15 minutes to Westfield west lakes, great value property! The room available is unfurnished so you would have to provide your own bed etc. and we are in the process of furnishing the common areas as we have both only recently moved in.
I am a newly graduated Primary Teacher and enjoy a reasonably low-key lifestyle. I am clean and tidy and respect others space and privacy. I have an unpredictable schedule as I do TRT work and the occasional OSHC shift. I enjoy my down-time and love a bit of Netflix, some good music or beach walks.
Hi my name is Mavi, I'm currently looking for somewhere in western suburbs. I have a little dog (Maltese) so looking for somewhere pet friendly. I am currently working part-time and have just finished my last semester at Uni studying fashion design and am working on starting up my own label. I am a quiet person and spend most of my time either at work, working on creative projects or at gym. I like to spend my free time catching up with friends, getting coffee/wine, op shopping and going to beach. I am a friendly person and easy to get along with and am pretty neat and tidy.
Hello :) A little bit about me, I work fulltime (love my job) and studying part time, I love to keep fit and live a healthy life style, however I do love a few wines and the odd Barrys burger every now and then. I love to have a chat but most importantly I love to laugh, I am hoping to find a housemate who is like minded who I can also be friends with aswell. In saying that I do value my own space and will respect yours. I also have a gorgeous 8 year old bull mastiff X (not as a big as you think) named Zander, he is a big sook and loves a cuddle, unfortunately he doesn't like other dogs so he would have to be the only one in the household. I am flexible on suburbs but would like to stay as close to Sempahore as possible and would be looking to move asap Let me know if you are interested :)
I pay my bills on time or in advance Independant Keep to myself Non-drinker Non-gambler No TV, Radio or partying Vices include the ciggies and coffee. Pros are a bit more subjective. Sense of humour, for example. Would prefer to have housemates that are primarily women. I have no problem with guys, it's just common wisdom to not move into a place with a strange man. When you're female. Although some guys are way nicer than some women! We are all taking a risk! I also have no issue with age actually older is sometimes better for me because of the quiet. With the young ones I am more concerned about why you are branching out so young and wanting to be sure you're with people that can look out for you, than thinking ok I wont flat with young ones cos they arent responsible (that isn't true is it, some young ones are more responsible than older ones!). So with young ones reading this, maybe contact Anglicare or Centercare or a Community Neighborhood Centre about help for you, as being so young its not either of our faults that some of the commercial structures could be more youth friendly than they are. And these people might be able to help you with accomodation and bonds, depending on location and other paperwork stuff. Good luck and believe in and love yourself. It's a big decision to move out of home, it doesn't need to be scary, help is out there please do look for it, to have an easier transition 😊
On 18 Nov I am doing the climate refugee thing and relocating from Alice Springs to Port Adelaide for a 14 week summer season through to April. I am looking for accommodation that includes my dog (terrier, ‘Teddy’). I also have children that I’d like to accommodate occasionally. A big yard would be perfect. Do you have a veg garden that needs work?
Have been living for the last years by myself but can't justify spending that much money on a home where I spend little time due to work (working as electrician in Mawson Lakes) I'm very organised and tidy yet easy to get along with (I think). My lifestyle is very active and usually involves the beach which is why I would like to move as close as possible to it. At my current place I have a open contract so I can move anytime as I just need to give 2 weeks notice, though I would prefer to move rather sooner than later. (I'm not Australian but speak English well and am permanent resident)
G'day my name is Ben I'm a 22 year old Easy going reliable country bloke. I'm a quiet guy who is employed in the Security industry and also an Army Reservist. Currently working as a casual Security guard due to distance however will be able to pick up more hours when renting. What will make me a good flatmate is that I like to keep a clean house and I like to help out other people as much as I can when able to. I do enjoy going out and being social like everyone else but also enjoy my down time. I enjoy working out and wouldn't mind gym buddy.
Hi I'm Liam, I am looking for one other person to go house hunting with early next year in the northwest suburbs, the closer to Port Adelaide the better. I have furnishing pretty much covered for all rooms, the only thing I am missing is a washing machine. My maximum budget would be 200 a week each though hopefully wouldn't need to go that high. The place would have to be pet friendly as I have a small dog, don't worry he's very friendly and definitely isn't a yappy dog and would be happy to share with other dogs if you have one (or two). I work full time in logistics for a shipping company, I am very laid back and easy to get along with, I like to be reasonably tidy but definitely not a clean freak. I like footy, cricket and golf among other sports as well as movies, tv and a bit of gaming. My ideal housemate would have similar interests, be a similar age and also be laidback and easy to get along with and likes to catch up and have a few beers. Not really fussed on gender, although I have a lot more experience living with males If this sounds like you send me a message.
Moved back home after being on Hamilton Island for a couple years and looking to get closer to the city I’m a active, adventurous person that’s very friendly and clean. I work full time in construction and love what I do. My hobbies are all active things like gym, motorbikes, hiking, snowboarding, spear fishing. Definitely need to live with people that are friendly and keen to hang out sometimes.
Hey there, I’m hoping to find a place I can be proud of. I am a university graduate in psychology and counselling, but right now I am currently a support worker for community living options. I am very reliable, considerate, tidy, I love to cook and go to the gym, and I am always up for a friendly chat or help out if you need support.
I’m a mature nurse and I’ve move to Adelaide to be with family. I’ve traveled a lot over the years and have a youthful attitude as well as a well developed sense of humour. I’m clean, tidy and respectful, whilst enjoying the company of others at times. I’m independent and self sufficient, but also caring and good company.
Hi there, my name is Mark. I am respectful of people and property. Very clean within house and outdoors, love gardening. Clean hygiene. Consider myself to be social but love my own private space and time! Reliable with rent: direct debit or cash, I'm flexible. I like walikng eating healthy riding my push bike as it is my transport. I'll respect your privacy and communicate in a proper manner.
Hamish and I are both 26 years old, recently moved to South Australia for work. Both currently working shift work as a nurse and paramedic. We’re pretty outgoing active people, we’re friendly and like to socialise but also respect people’s privacy and are both clean and tidy people.
