Hello! I'm Aaron - I came to Australia on the 14th of January and have been working for a small company in Tuggerah while living in Tascott on the coast. I am mainly looking for a change in scenery and would like to possibly live closer to the city. I am perfectly happy where I am at but I would still like to see what's out there. Thanks! About me - 29 year old American Male, clean, quiet, tidy, and respectful to my surroundings. I do my own chores and don't need someone waiting hand over foot for me :). Music is my forte. I play guitar, write, record music and love other musical activities as well.
Available now! Main bedroom with built in robe at front of house. You'll pretty much have the lounge room to your self as I'm always out side or in the shed. Shared " NOT NEW" but clean bath/ kitchen. prefer you bring your own fridge but not essential. Large covered outdoor area with large table for some serious R&R. Preference will go to a full time employee or tradie. Lock up Storage avaliable. Sorry, not for boats/trailers/extra cars etc. General house keeping a must, but I will maintain the lawns. Bus at the door and ten min walk to shops and train. Does this sound like you?
We have a room in a funky house in Horsfield Bay for rent. It is a double storey house, set in a massive bush block (1200m squared), with water views and direct water access. As mentioned, it's double storey and you would have a bedroom (choice between two rooms available) on the bottom level with a separate bathroom and entrance. Shared kitchen upstairs. So you will have a lot of privacy most of the time. The house hasn't been set up yet, so we are planning to get internet soon once we're settled.
It is a granny flat private (brand new) first tenant. It has a lovely patio off the lounge with outside living area. The bedroom has full length cupboards.. The granny flat is fully furnished, The 2nd bedroom has a double new mattress and a dressing table. It is nicely furnished and very comfortable. It is 10 minutes from the station and shops.
I am a pleasant and considerate person. I am happy to contribute to cleaning and cooking when I can. I like my alone time but am happy to socialize for dinner, movie watching and the like. My hobbies include arts, crafts, sic-fi, fiction and a little gardening. I do run a home massage business so I will need a private bathroom and a room to set up my massage studio. Aside from that I work part time in the city so need to be close to a train station.
Just returned from living four years overseas, and will be moving to Gosford mid July in order to go back to school. I'm easy going, respectful, clean, and quiet. Non smoker. No pets but ok with other's. I usually spend my spare time reading or catching up on my TV shows, art, walking, and (attempting) exercising. I'd prefer a place close to the TAFE campus but will consider anywhere close to transport.
Nursing student studying in Sydney but lives on the Central Coast. Working casually, also a rower. Easy to live with, likes a clean and tidy environment. Has a kelpie so hopefully a place that is dog friendly
Hi, I'm an easygoing, healthy, quiet, housetrained, non-smoker, with 3 adult children in Sydney/Melbourne and 5 adult Godchildren between Lake Macquarie and Lismore, looking for furnished accommodation for 12 months. (My kids and god-kids are all healthy, functioning adults living their own lives and I tend to visit them, so you can relax if children bother you). I'm healthy, don't drink or do drugs (longtime JP), get to pubs to watch live bands and miss the live comedy in pubs in Sydney and go to Church. I have references available that I'm clean, well-behaved and respectful. Also, I have a pretty active life, so I don't need to be entertained but always enjoy a chat and am fine with pets, so long as they are clean. Meet soon? Cheers, Grant.
Hi future roomie! I'm Claire, a full time uni student, and I also work part time at Erina. I go to Macquarie University in Sydney, so will be commuting 3 days a week by train (so prefer to be close to train station). I have a very small dog who was purchased as a registered service animal so she is super well behaved and just stays in my room. I'm also into surfing, and going to the gym when I am not studying law! :) I'm super clean and tidy, happy to mind my own business or make a friend. I am very introverted, and don't have a lot of friends on the Coast since I only moved here a few years ago. I'm not a big drinker because I enjoy training in the mornings or walking my dog. Super easy going and laid-back as well. I am really hoping for somewhere in Woy Woy, if anyone else is a commuter can we find somewhere together? :)
Its been an year in Australia and still to count as I am on work visa.An Indian and non smoker ,no party animal who does not like interference.Very well respects others privacy too.I am looking for quiet and peaceful room as well as room mates.
I am a clean, quiet, friendly, helpful 57 year old man.I am very easy to get along with and always pay my rent and bills.I am a retired mechanic/handyman and can be very helpful to have around. I am single, No pets,Dont smoke never taken drugs and rarely have a drink. I hope to find a place long term with some off street parking. The accommodation does not have to be perfect or modern, but not falling down either. If the place needs some work I am happy to do it as well. I live in Sydney south but looking to move further north. Anything out of the congestion. I am open to other areas.
Hi, I'm Josh. I'm very tidy, organized, easy to get along with, optimistic and punctual. I enjoy reading (psychology/philosophy), producing music (headphones on so don't worry haha), cooking, throwing things (often whilst cooking) and taking my Vitamin D every day I'm a student studying for my Masters in Audio Engineering full time in Sydney. I hope to find a place close to public transport I also have some very generic furniture and kitchenware if it's needed.
I am renting this lovely bright and airy 2-bedroom townhouse through a real estate in Ettalong Beach, so I am the head tenant. It is located in a very quiet part of South Woy Woy with a bush setting/lookout and district views over to Woy Woy Bay. It is the last townhouse in a small complex of 10, so there is only one neighbour on one side of the building who is also very quiet. You will be sharing with one female only. The complex is immaculately presented and very well maintained. There is a small courtyard as well as a large balcony overlooking the complex and distant views. It is close to buses and trains (a five minute walk to the bus stop going to Woy Woy or Umina) and a 5-10 minute bus ride to Woy Woy Train Station. I also have a small female cat, so someone who loves animals is a must, especially cats. The room for rent is quite roomy with a single bed and large built-ins with plenty of storage.
The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, next to a reserve and surrounded by nature. It's the largest sunny room next to the shower and toilet. Floorboards throughout Large, sunny backyard with a deck 7 min walk to the station and the shops are behind. Walking distance to the wharf. Wi-fi, electricity, water included
