We are moderately social people, we enjoy our privacy and are respectful of the privacy of others, we keep busy with our work, study and enjoy nature walks when we have time. Xanthe is a part time piano teacher and teaches 2 students from home as she has her own piano, she is also studying primary school teaching at Uni SA and volunteers at Willunga Waldorf school every Wednesday. I (Yannick) am a cook at the Sheoak cafe and doing online courses of sciences (currently cell biology). We have a black cat called Merlin who is very lovely and enjoys a good pat, spends most of his time outdoors and on the occasion will find a place indoors to sleep for half the day. We sometimes eat out and on occasion see a classical concert or other concert. We don't watch T.V and very rarely watch movies. We enjoy spending time in the garden, when we have time, and we love to forage wild edible mushrooms from the forest when it is the right season. We are not smokers and rarely drink. If there's anything else you'd like to know about us, please ask :-)
Hi, I am a professional cleaner so pitch in when required, I am considerate of people's feelings and space. Communicate about financial agreements so transparency is important to me and I think its important to relationships. I have a life so am out of the house a lot of the time keeping busy although I do enjoy my downtime. I don't have heaps of people over or have a boyfriend and would give you plenty of notice is I was planning a bbq.
I am an easy going man who enjoys the company of others, while appreciating personal space. I have a great sense of humour, although, sometimes a little dry. I am open minded and flexible. Love animals and nature, hence, I am hoping to find accommodation within the beautiful Adelaide Hills.
I work fulltime as a Youth Worker. I live a very low key lifestyle which is taken up for the most part by shift work. Though on my days off i do enjoy fishing, gardening and hyking. I am 29, single and enjoy my quiet time. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Carl
This house is well located,10 minutes walk to Stirling, which is 20 minutes away from the city by bus and 10 minutes by car. The available room is an unfurnished double bedroom with a wall of built in wardrobes, including some drawers. The house has plenty of space, with a large lounge room, 5 gas burner stove, with electric oven, large deck, front and back gardens, including an established veggie plot and herb garden.Huge windows throughout look onto the amazing view and there's a fireplace and also reverse cycle a/c. I absolutely love living here and I hope you will too. Please note that the room won't be available until January.
I’d moved here to work November last year from the uk and my lease is now coming to an end on the 4th of December, at where I’m renting at the minute. So needing to find somewhere else to rent soon. 👌🏻
I'm a happy 24 year old who is friendly, down to earth and easy to get along with! I work full-time and in my spare time like to get out about either hiking or going to the beach :) Ideally looking for 3 months with the possibility of something more long term.
I'm from a country town and I am currently studying a double degree, one in animal behaviour and the other in psychology. I have a horse and enjoy horse riding and being outdoors. I'm not looking to move in until the start of the Uni year around the end of Febuary. I'm looking for a place in which I can have my cat and my dog. My cat is a ragdoll and mostly keeps to himself. I am happy to keep him in my room if it bothers people him being out. He is an indoor cat and gets along really well with dogs, but is timid around other cats. My dog is an American bulldog, she’s not that old but loves all people and animals. I am shy to begin with and keep a bit to myself but once you get to know me I am funny and a great listener. I’m happy to have a meal and a drink and socialize or if you want your own space I would respect that. I study at Flinders and am looking for somewhere not too far from Cherry Gardens as I aggist my horse and get riding lessons there or anywhere with boarding and agistment. I’m willing to travel to Uni if I’m able to have my horse on the property I live at. He is a 5 year old 16hh paint and I mainly pleasure ride him with the hope to jump. Even though he is young he is really quiet and gets along with any horse I've put him in a paddock or ridden with.

We are a friendly french couple looking for an accommodation in Adelaide. We have already lived in a few shared houses, so we already know how to adapt to the different people and the house rules. We know how to cook and clean properly. We will bring joy and happiness into the house, but we can also be quiet. No trouble guaranteed !
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)

Tranquil area - you feel you are in the country yet only 15 minutes from CBD. Own transport probably required as bus service is a 20 minute walk up / down a hill. Fitted wardrobe. Rent $160 plus $25 for bills. ie $185 including WIFI. No extra to pay. contact me by message or call / message Sophia
The property is in the inner eastern suburbs, pretty much everywhere is short commute. *The location is close to the CBD (takes less than 10mins via car) and takes 5mins to Norwood. *Public transport is within 90 meters & runs regularly & direct to the CBD (takes around 20mins). *There is also cool cafe’s, local shops and supermarket within 600 meters. *It’s close to nature parks and the Adelaide hills, so if you love Mt lofty and hiking, you will love the location. They are also stunning views of the CBD & suburbs plus awesome sunsets. I see the house as more of a home, it has a nice vibe & ambience. The common rooms (which they are a few) are nice and homely. The bedroom is quite large & includes furniture. All the housemates are clean & social, and the home is always kept nice and tidy. The home has insanely quick internet which 10x times the speed of ADSL2. So, if you like downloading stuff or watching Netflix/Amazon Prime/YouTube, you will be impressed. It’s the fastest internet you can get, and you get unlimited data. The rent for this awesome room is $170 per week + plus utilities.
Apologies if you messaged us while we were away on holidays! A beautiful and spacious property located in a quiet street, just off Glynburn Road. At the other end of the street is Waterfall Gully road so its really close to Mt lofty and heaps of other walking trails. Public transport is a two minute walk from the front door (buses go direct into the city every hour). The location has the Feathers local shopping options in a short walking distance, Burnside Village a 5 minute drive and the city a 10 minute drive straight down Greenhill Road. Couples are welcome! At a price of $190 per room, we would need to negotiate a rate as I would prefer to keep the other room empty if this is the case. Pets are negotiable - please let me know when calling or emailing as larger pets are probably not suitable but it would really depend on individual circumstance. The rooms are approximately 4 x 4m each and have built in robes. If you need the rooms furnished this can also be arranged, but they are currently empty. Both rooms have air-conditioning. Amenities include a shared bathroom (I have a private ensuite, so the bathroom would be shared between yourself and the other occupant). The bathroom has a spacious shower and large spa bath. The kitchen is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The outside area is perfect for entertaining and has a BBQ, fire pit, and a remote controlled retractable verandah. There is a large separate laundry with a brand new washing machine. The carport is available for off street parking or storage with electric remote control. I'm happy to park in the driveway and there is room for two more cars. Otherwise plentiful on street/driveway parking. The property also has a security alarm. Water and internet are included! Gas and electricity will be split evenly.
