I'm an easy going professional. I work full time and am really committed to my job. I love running, wine, my dog, netflix and G-rated chill nights, interior design, travel and the Adelaide Hills. I'm looking to either start a new share house or slot into a great home with another independent professional.
I'm 28 year old male, easy going and respectful. I work full time and enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. Looking to rent around the adelaide hills area. Cheers,
This house is well located,10 minutes walk to Stirling, which is 20 minutes away from the city by bus and 10 minutes by car. The room available is an unfurnished double bedroom with a wall of built in wardrobes, including some drawers. The house has plenty of space, with a large lounge room, 5 gas burner stove, with electric oven, large deck, front and back gardens, including an established veggie plot and herb garden.Huge windows throughout look onto the amazing view and there's a fireplace and also reverse cycle a/c. I absolutely love living here and I hope you will too.
I'm 22 and from Adelaide. I'm responsible, clean, work hard and love to have a glass of wine every now and then. I love the being at the beach but the peacefulness of the hills is pure bliss. I work in hospitality, workings casual but full time hours aswell as studying online.
Full-time professional worker. I'm easy to get along with and pretty chilled. I'm fairly reserved and I respect people's privacy and space as I like to have my own space as well. Looking for a room in an existing share house with maximum 2 other people or housemate of similar age to apply for whole properties. Not specific in area. Just looking for the right place and people. Cheers
I am a professional working with the the Government Department in their Information Technology section. Just moved to Adelaide and looking for a room, preferably with attached bathroom. My minimum stay would be until the end of next year-December 2018. I am a friendly person, neat &tidy, a non-smoker, non-drinker. My interest is in reading books on History and Economics.
Great little house in the heart of Stirling - only a short walk down the street to the gym, shops, coffee and pub. Your room has wooden floorboards & looks out to the large private backyard. There aren't any built in robes but it's a good sized room. There's one bathroom (with classic 50's pink and blue tiles...) but there is a separate toilet.
Hi everyone, My name is Ashleigh and I am looking for a place to call home! :) I am 19 and I am a full time student and from Adelaide. I am activity currently looking for work as well. I'm a friendly and tidy and outgoing lady that respects other people space and privacy. I am looking for a place to call home near the city or around the northern suburbs and I can afford up to $150.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Large English garden, gourmet cafe across the road, 20 minutes to thE CBD 2 driveways, large kitchen all mod cons, washing machine dryer etc, 2 family rooms TVs DVD player, combustion heater, shopping centres 5 mins away. BBQ and outdoor furniture. Beautiful relaxing property.
Hello! I am a 22 year old Canadian girl on a working holiday visa looking for a place to stay. I am very friendly and sociable, clean, and respectable. Planning on finding part time or full time work and will probably spend the time I have at home relaxing. I am pet friendly, love all kinds of animals and I have no allergies (food/animal or environmental). I really enjoy watching movies, doing crafts, journaling and adventuring out into nature as well as the city.
Seeking a room to rent in the hills as our lease is running out in Feb 2018 :) I’m 28, work full time in the city, study and also work casually in a cafe on weekends. I have two horses in Balhannah which take up most of the rest of my time! I’m easy going, respectful of other people’s belongings, quiet and considerate but do love a good wine and cheese night! I like to be conservative with electricity and water usage and come with bonus access to free fire wood. I like to clean but am a bit of a failure at using lawnmowers and the like.. I also have a male Dalmatian who has just turned 2! He is really good with other dogs but does chase cats. He’s fully house trained, doesnt dig, doesn’t chew on furniture and is really just a (giant) lap dog with huge personality. Max budget is around $120-$140, some/all bills included is a bonus but not totally essential.
i'm very outgoing and sociable, however if you need your space - I'm cool with that. because I'm very sociable, I won't necessarily be home a lot henceforth i'm looking for somewhere that's kind of like a basecamp for me to chill out at, on the days that i do nothing. i'm into fashion, art, just living life to the fullest that you can possibly live it and believing in the power of the universe.
I am 20 years old and currently studying Architecture at UniSA, and going into my third year in 2018. I am very studious and have experience in living independently. I am a tidy and organised person who would take good care of your place and get along well with the other tenants as I am very approachable and friendly. Enjoy cooking food for myself and others and am generous with my time and money. I work as a casual at Drummond Golf, and therefore have a passion for sport. I'm a very driven person and enjoy challenges, and love the opportunity to meet new people.
Hey! I’m moving back from Sydney and am looking for a share house close to town but also easy drive to the hills for work. I am a tidy, easy going person who likes drinking coffee, cooking and relaxing at home (sometimes with a glass of wine), but also enjoys entertaining or going out for live music. I like to play my guitars and music but am respectful of others space and downtime. (Non-smoker)
27 year old female looking to move back to Adelaide next year and perhaps study. Clean and tidy, respectful, hilarious. I'm good with money and enjoy a coffee and a red wine. Happy to move into existing share house or rent somewhere new with interested people.
