Hey I'm Rach. Im a graduate paramedic and have been offered a full-time position in the northern NSW area so I'm looking for a magical place to move into. I love the beach, surfing, gigs, books, natural medicine and all things nature. I'm an easy going gal and love having a giggle. Much love x
Easy going guy with two boys, 14 & 11. My eldest stays with his mum mostly though my 11 year old spends 50% of the time at dads. (he is a very understanding boy and is happy to sleep in dad's room on a mattress, or just visit as much as he can) I'm a freelance graphic designer though have been lending my hand at anything lately as freelancing has been slow. Currently listed as unemployed though actively and eagerly seeking work. I'm a lifelong resident of Palm Beach. Have travelled a fair bit both in Australia and overseas. (Palmy still beats everywhere!!) Optimally looking for somewhere self contained and unfurnished as I have a house full of furniture in a storage shed at Currumbin. An unfurnished single room with ensuite would also suit. I am a smoker though don't smoke indoors (even when I owned the property). I enjoy a beer or two, like going to the beach, fishing, playing golf and relaxing.
Let me tell you a little about myself... I'm a sculptor making copper wind sculptures that turn gently in the breeze... I wrote a book a few years back that sells online... I'm just making my first foray into sustainable property development... I had an invention that saves fuel in trucks and buses that was being made in my factory in ShenZhen, China which has since closed... I have a very cool, tidy and polite (thanks to Steiner schooling) 18yo son who stays with me at times... I'm tidy and do clean up after myself... I'm very health conscious and eat well, and also cook well... I'm involved in my spiritual evolution and work on myself through meditation, breath etc... I read a lot and can hold a decent conversation on many and varied subjects... I do enjoy a red with dinner but do not drink to excess... I love Asia and try to travel at least once a year to China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand: somewhere to get away and relax for a few weeks...
Easy Going Laid Back Respectful Yoga Healthy Cooking A cold beer on the weekends Adventures Preferrably looking for a Flat mate who also has a dog to give my girl a friend or must be a huge dog lover 🐶
Hello, We are a couple (of 5yrs) almost 28 and looking for a room to rent for at least 6 months. We are currently living in our own home in Banora however have decided to rent it out to save some money for our next investment. I work full time as a Logistics & Systems Manager for an Online clothing store in Byron Bay, Jae also works Full time for an Online clothing store in Coomera as Delivery Admin. I travel quite a bit for work as well. We love the beach and camping, Jae surfs in his free time and I use mine to go horse riding as well as volunteering with the Tally RDA. Looking for something with character - preferably slightly rural with some space to breathe. We both love a drink on occasion however are not into living in a party house.. we are hard workers and very clean and tidy - we pitch in with housework and happy to help with animals and gardens etc.. If you have a room or place that would suit us, get in touch :) Cheers, Libby and Jae.

Very bright sunny rooms and home. Stunning surrounds and peaceful. House is large enough for several people to share and enough space to get your quiet/alone time. Would like mature minded, emotionally stable, grounded, friendly, together people to share who have a secure job/finances. I don't mind if you only stay for a month...not a problem and also don't have hangups...be gay, straight, male, female, trans, bi...whatever, just be yourself and have your sh*t together! You would be living with 1 single gay male, fairly busy schedule, very clean, mindful. Large home with amazing views, swimming pool, pool table, cinema room, BBQ and huge outdoor deck. It has a 3 car LUG for car only (not a storage facility). Home also has a cinema room. All the water in the home is rain water. I expect someone mature enough who can pitch in with regular home duties...vacuum every 2 months common areas (duties shared with all who live here), spot vauum/mop where needed. Clean your space and if you make a mess elsewhere clean it up. I am home proud not anal...you be too. Clean common areas a must...wash up, put away, drop food on the floor clean it up...not rocket science. If you don't wish too, hire your own personal cleaner. ~ Pay Board and Security upfront upon arrival in cash (prefer cash payments) i'll give you receipts via email if you request. ~ Security Deposit will be used in case of unpaid WiFi and damage or carpet cleaning etc. ~ Couples $570 pw ~ No alcoholics ~ Prefer Non Smokers but not against...there is an ashtray on the deck but clean it each time you use it. ~ Be bright and cheerful at least some of the time ~ No control freaks...yes i watch tv sometimes ~ No noisy lovers who make it known to other housemates they're having sex, on purpose ~ Look if you can't be a decent person don't share with others get your own place. Don't allow others to put up with your crap!! ~ I'm allergic to horses and their hair (sorry if you're a horsey person) I love the animal as was brought up with them on the farm :-) NO PETS as it's rural and there's eagles which fly overhead...and there's beautiful birds roaming around the garden. I usually Holiday Let at Xmas...so if you work out and would like to stay longer...I lock one room for belongings... which will give you a chance to go home at that time of year...(rent free for TWO weeks)...one extra in lieu of the inconvenience if it happens! ***Please if I give you my number, unblock your caller ID, leave a message on here or send a text with your number and who you are. All private numbers are blocked. Thanks Simon

Hi! I am a 27 year old from country SA currently at uni in QLD (southern cross). I am looking for a place to call home while I am up there studying! I have all my own furniture in storage up there at the moment as I came back home for my uni holidays as I was very home sick. I am very respectful of people and their belongings and am generally quite quiet. I enjoy cooking and eating 🙂, the beach, shopping and online gaming ( yes I am a little bit of an online gaming nerd lol). I have a a dog which I would hate to leave behind as she is my best friend, but I do understand that bringing her lessens my chance of finding somewhere to live. She has had full obedience training, is desexed and only barks when someone knocks on the door, so overall she is an extremely well behaved dog!! I am open to any living arrangements, whether it's a room in your house or teaming up with someone and finding a house of our own. I will be coming back to QLD mid February. I am open to live anywhere from up to 45 minutes from the uni, which is right next to the Coolangatta airport.
A very courteous person. Clean and eat Vegan. I work in the wellness industry doing bodywork and coaching. I share care 50/50 of a soon to be 5 year young son. I am super friendly and clean. Social but give people space. Always happy to help out. I have a dog who is always with me, she is 15 and extremely lazy and friendly. I will be studying full time. I enjoy road rides trips with my dog and relaxing anywhere.

Very quiet, vegetarian, Nonsmoker, mostly happy and peaceful, very interested in anything home renovation, I need nature and water around me. Great with animals and connecting with people. background in customer service, management, transport, cleaning (domestic and industrial) I left all of that 2 years ago, to build my business in Women’s Health and Wellness. I have references and come with a police clearance and working with children card. Right now...I’m putting myself together after the end of my marriage. Paying is no issue, I work from home and mobile when it calls for it. I have my own business that I am slowly rebuilding after relocating. My business is working with People, Plants and Animals.

Spacious 3 bedroom house in Currumbin that backs onto the creek. Quiet street. 5 minute drive to the beach. Furnished bedroom available with share bathroom. Couples also considered for $200wk. Looking for a clean and reliable person that will stay through to the last week or April.
I am planning to move further up the Coast. Working and studying full time (scholarship student) in Casuarina. I am usually busy with work during the week and train most nights. I would like to move in with others who are fairly focused during the week and keen to engage socially during the weekend. Pretty much I want to live in a home where everyone gets along and feels welcome! I love to dance, go to the beach, go for the occasional surf (I'm an absolute novice surfer!), drink coffee and have a cold drink with friends in the weekend :)
Currently looking for accommodation in the area short-term while I find something more appropriate for myself. I have 2 cattle dogs, a mother and her puppy but they can go elsewhere while I am looking for a place if need be. I am currently studying and have work ready to go when I move into the area. I would prefer something furnished as it's much easier to get rid of my current furniture and then find replacements later on. I am clean and tidy and won't have much stuff with me as I have somewhere I can store my things for a time. If I sound like an appropriate tenant for something short-term then I would love to hear from you.
Hello future housemate/s! Pleased to meet you! Come in, sit down and let me introduce you to both myself and Mr Domino. I have just sold my house on the Gold Coast and now we're going to chill out until I find the perfect new abode to purchase in either Brisbane or Gold Coast (this must be what it's like for women searching for the perfect pair of shoes - you now have my empathy). Facts about me: - 58% Introvert, 40% Extrovert and 2% Alien. - Fluent Sarcasm is my native tongue, being serious is being boring. - Thrive on daily barbaric and crude banter, if you're not laughing, you may as well be dead. - Often referred to as living like a gypsy in a hospital, few belongings and excessively clean. I all but own shares in Aldi surface wipes and IKEA lint-rollers. - Will avoid pubs, nightclubs, etc. like the plague, there's more to life than being inebriated. - Posess a large collection of colognes. Will not leave the bedroom without smelling like David Jones' cosmetics section. - Partial to flipping pages, not channels. Quite fond of documentaries and thought-provoking movies. - Afficianado of picking weights up and putting them back down on a daily basis - foregoing the ego. Zeph, what do you like to do for fun? - Quite spontaneous in my demeanour, I will find joy in an array of things. Whether it's falling out of a perfectly good plane or reading self-improvement books whilst I apricate on the beach - I'm happy. Facts about Domino: - 8Yrs old and is THE most awesome, placid and sweet natured dog there is - try not to steal him upon meeting him, I challenge you. - Will pull some impressive tricks, especially if the instructing human is offering an irresistible treat, or is an attractive female (my fault, he copied me). - Can play soccer better than any soccer team in the Southern Hemisphere (I can prove it). - Has an IQ that's higher than most humans I've encountered, never misses a trick. - Loves cuddles and lots of affection, I may be the softest Border Collie owner you'll ever meet. He has never been smacked/hit/abused in his life and it will remain that way. - Has barked a grand total of six times in his life, not sure why he even has a voice box. I secretly think he's a cat disguised as a dog. So, I am looking to rent a room, studio, part of a house, a tent, kitchen cupboard, a spare nook or cranny - so long as I can bring my toilet trained, heartthrob, handsome Domino with me. I am open to living anywhere south of Surfers Paradise - send me a message if you think we tick the boxes for you, I'm flexible. With any luck, you're still awake after reading all of that. If so, thank you for your time! Facestalk me, you know you want to ;)

24 year old male who runs my own business and works as a freelance cameraman. Currently live in Brisbane and therefore a lot of my work will be based out of Brisbane. Enjoy going for the casual surf and hence am looking to move somewhere close to the beach. Am a clean and respectful person who enjoys a similar environment - I clean up after myself and believe in personal space (eg knocking before entering). Do not really have a particular time frame on when i was wanting to move in - just when i find a place that is suitable..
