Hi there ! I'm 21 (female) and looking to move out until mid / late August as after that I'm heading overseas. Looking for somewhere furnished as all of my furniture is in Newcastle (home town) and moving it up here to only move it back in August isn't worth it. I work 3 jobs so I'm usually in and out the door quite regularly, neat, tidy and always down for a beverage ( wine ) I'm looking for somewhere as soon as possible as my current living situation has fallen through as a family member I was living with has gotten sick and I'm unable to stay any longer. Hope to hear from you soon 😋😋
This is a very special house, in a special part of the world! Located in an ecological and environmentally conscious and sustainable community, our house is not quite 1.5 years of age, and is a joy to live in! There are kangaroos that come into the garden daily, and lots of other native wildlife that make themselves known. If you live with us, you will have access to a community centre, featuring a lap pool, gym, and wood fire pizza oven, as well as a library, and hundreds of KMs of walking tracks and trails! We are looking for someone who is aware and healthy about their lifestyle and choices, enjoys peace and serenity in their home environment, and is happy and willing to contribute fairly and evenly in all cleaning responsibilities. it is essential our future house mate is working or studying. Desirable interests include outdoor activities, sports, gardening, community involvement, music, or creative arts. As your house mates, we are friendly, social, active, work full time, and enjoy being outdoors and enjoying life! We love our new house and relaxing in this nurturing space. We are a couple in our mid 30s. Our house features Solar power and we are on 100% rain water - no town water. If you are ready for a green change, then we would love to hear from you!!
My name is Lisa and I'm looking to rent around Currumbin/ Tallebudgera/ palm Beach areas (+20kms) Im a 23 year old female moving to study full time in a few months which includes work at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary once a week and study at Kingscliff. I have a job locked in for me at Tweed Heads as soon as I move with a company that I have been working with for a number of years. With me I have a beautiful 2yo medium sized dog who is incredibly well mannered and makes anyone who meets her fall in love with her, never chews up anything (including any of her toys) and she never barks at all unless someone knocks at the door. I also have a 5 month old Sulphur Crested Cockatoo who I have raised from 5 weeks old and am training in free flight (outside of course) he is extremely friendly and cuddly, and doesn't squawk or carry on as many cockies do. He will mainly just be in his cage or outside on his harness with me. I always clean up after myself and my pets, am very relaxed and easy going, and would like to live with similar people who aren't interested in drama. I don't smoke and don't drink aside from a couple of beers every now and then when I go out, and I am happy to look after any of your pets if you are away or walk a dog/s when I walk my dog each day if they are well behaved. In my pass time, I primarily ride my horse who will be agisted nearby, paint, go swimming/ exploring with my dog or go hang gliding. If you are interested and I sound like a good fit, please contact me as soon as possible as I am planning to move as soon as I can :) Regards, Lisa

Hi there, We are a couple moving from Cairns to the Gold Coast to be closer to our 18yo daughter who is attending uni. Ideally we would like to stay somewhere around Robina, but will consider anywhere within a 20-30 minute drive radius. Initially we were going to move at the end of September when our 12 month lease expires, but we've got itchy feet and have decided to find someone to take over our lease up here at the end of June. Therefore, we're looking for a place, furnished or unfinished from the first week in July through to the end of September. We are; - Non-smokers - Enjoy a glass of wine or beer - Not drunks or party people - Clean and tidy - Him - Vegan, Her - Semi-Vegetarian (eat fish and dairy) - Enjoy being active - e.g. bike riding, walking the dog, going to the gym - Have one vehicle (2010 Mitsubishi Outlander) - Love to travel when the opportunity arises - Quiet and keep to ourselves, but are also friendly and enjoy the occasional chat - Respectful of other's privacy and space - Water and electricity-conscious The other member of our family is Buddy, a 6yo chihuahua, who we love dearly. He's always been an inside dog and as such is house-trained. He gets along with other dogs once he trusts them, but unfortunately he isn't a fan of pussy cats :-( We are prepared to pay for accommodation a month in advance at a time. Our budget is between $150 and $400 per week, depending on the space for rent, property location and inclusions/exclusions such as internet, bills etc. Having hosted exchange students for the past 5 years, we are current Blue Card holders (working with children clearances), and will be seeking police clearances prior to departing Cairns. Originally we were going to leave Cairns at the beginning of October, and decided to Air BnB it for 3 months until our daughter's lease expires and the three of us will rent a property together. Therefore, we are tied into accommodation from October 6 to January 3. We have found that from July to September there's not a lot to pick from in our budget, so Flatmates it is! Thanks for considering us as your future flatmates and we hope to hear from you soon :-) Cheers, Julie & Greg
My partner and I are looking for a small house or granny flat on acreage for ourselves and our two large lovely dogs somewhere on the south side or hinterland area of the GC. We are 25 & 28 yo and work full time as a landscaper and cabinet maker. We're quiet and respectful and enjoy a quiet drink on occasions. She has lived at rentals before and has good references. I will vacuum and clean any mess she makes in a timely fashion. Happy to pay up to $400 per week (possibly a bit more if the right place is found/has own bathroom) for a PET-FRIENDLY place with a private room for myself and a secure yard ideally. **Needs to be certified pet-friendly**

An easy going couple living in Tallebudgera. I study full time and I'm also a full time athlete, so week days are usually pretty early nights and early mornings but love a few drinks and socialising on the weekends. My partner is a carpenter and works full time. We have three beautiful dogs and live on an acre so plenty of room for parking. Feel free to contact if you have any further questions or would like to meet or see the house : ) We are vegetarian so preferably if you are vegetarian as well. Couples would be 400 per week.
I am respectful, neat and tidy, peaceful but friendly - I won't judge you for being human - I'm not a party animal but I would like to share with someone who enjoys some conversation and an occasional small social gathering.
Hi! I have just returned back to Australia after working and travelling through Europe and UK for 2.5 years! I have now come back wanting a career change and have always loved animals, so I have applied and been accepted in Animal Studies at Tafe. I have lived in all kinds of places with all kinds of people from my travels, I believe making me a great person to share a house with. I am considerate, friendly and happy. I love going on adventures and spending time on the beach, going out and meeting friends and travelling 😊
Hey guys My names Dylan but you can call me Dyl :) I'm a 21 year old male, very laid back, down to earth, a fun guy to be around, plenty of laughs and good chats. Hey there- I'm Jess! I'm a sociable, friendly, tidy person who loves being outdoors and exploring, so you won't find me home much! I work casually and study full time at Griffith on the Gold Coast. I work and volunteer in the biodiversity space and am interested in keeping fit, reading, drawing, creating, listening to music, meeting new people and experiencing what the world has to offer! I have a beautiful little dog Wiggle (small-medium size) who's very sweet and friendly- and totally ball obsessed! She loves other dogs and people :) I have lived in a lot of share houses in the past so understand the importance of respecting personal space and property, keeping things clean and sharing the housework load! Looking for a happy space, with friendly down to earth people to call home. I would prefer to bring my own furniture for a room if possible and am looking to move in the next few weeks. Thanks!

Hi Everyone, My partner Brandon and I (Kiwi and Irish) are looking for somewhere to rest our heads for around 6 months. We're super easy going and sociable with a dislike of drama! Both working full time in Talle/Currumbin area and generally always out and about at the weekend and gym pretty much every evening. We do have a cat, Mango, who is usually outside during the day and just comes inside to sleep and eat. Ideally we would like somewhere with our own room and bathroom. If you have something you think we might be interested in, let us know. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon. :) Mikaela and Brandon
I'm into Fitness (ex gym owner)! I'm up early, eat healthy and go to my gym every morning (it's my second home and I'm part of the furniture)! (Well it's motor)!! I'm a people person and pet lover! I do own a cat who is part of my family! I have 5 adult children who all live in palm beach / Currumbin and I visit often! Currently staying with my oldest son, his partner and my new grand bubba girl!! Cheers Sandy
I'm quiet, clean, relatively tidy. I enjoy eating healthily (not vegetarian) and exercise regularly. I'm pretty easy-going as long as my flatmates clean up in the kitchen after eating. I meet lots of friends at different venues to meditate or exercise.
Wanting to relocate closer to work which is at Currumbin as I currently live an hour away.. I have a really well behaved and friendly small dog named Lola. Im clean tidy and responsible and always pay rent and bills on time. Not in a rush to move. Looking for the right place with the right people for a long term stay! :)
I come from a family of 6 siblings, from living with this many people, I have learnt to be patient and to have to share my things. I am a mechanic and my partner amber is studying nursing and working as a carer. We are currently living with her parents but are looking to get out on our own. We have lived in a share house once previously. In my spare time I like to hang out with friends or work on cars which is my passion. Amber spends a lot of her spare time studying.
