Hey! I am a Nurse moving to Port Stephens Mid April. -Clean -Easy going -Respects privacy -Social -Shift worker - so you won't be seeing me a lot. I’m looking for a place to call 'home' preferably with females and that is happy to have our own space but also keen to hang out.
This is a near new Executive property with 180 degree views of Port Stephens, a tidal creek and dam in the back yard, air conditioned, secluded beaches, garage for vehicle. 3mtr swim spa off back deck with BBQ overseeing tropical and private gardens and plenty of places to sit and relax in natural bushland settings and camp fire/spit roasts available in winter. On tank water, with ice and filtered water function on fridge. Wonderful sunsets from side veranda. Suit someone that loves birdlife and animals. Smoking permitted but only outside! 25 minutes North of Raymond Terrace, 50 minutes to Newcastle or Maitland. Tropical and private gardens and plenty of places to sit and relax in natural bushland settings. Awesome walking/mountain bike/cycling/motor bike tracks and great for getting out on the water in a boat or one of my kayaks/skis. Courtesy bus to Karuah RSL everyday and Karuah Motor Yacht Club (Friday nights). 20 minutes at most to Hawks Nest beaches and restaurants. This is more like a holiday than just living in a normal house!
Looking for furnished coastal accommodation over the summer possibly longer in NSW. I'd like to be close to the beach where I can enjoy long walks in a quiet and peaceful place with water views, ideally. I'm based in Sydney and own my own home there however I am looking to travel to and fro by car in NSW to just have a weekend or mid week getaway place. I'm a clean, kind, caring and considerate person with a busy life in Sydney that loves the coast and the quiet of a much smaller place. I'm also looking at houseminding.
I can cook, am very social, easy going and quiet person. Love catching up with friends and family to have a beer and having a chat. I am a Supervisor on Road Traffic Control. I have lived in Raymond Terrace for 27 years and in Cooranbong with my family on an orchard before that.
Half hour from Newcastle and bus transport down the path. Primary school 2 minute walk to gate on paths. Church, aquatic, bowling centre walking footy club walking distance. Quiet except for planes over a few times a day (we don't notice) so we are 12 minutes from airport.Private bedrooms rooms are average 3x3 and a family and rumpus room will be available for boarders for your own furniture if you wish as we have another living area separate that we use.
Looking for a share house, i am clean and tidy but still relaxed. I have a budgie which would be nice if he could live with me too :) I currently work full time as a vet nurse. I do have a boyfriend but understand he would not be able to visit so this should not be a problem. I like spending my days off at the beach or having a few drinks with my friends.
very quite, bus top around the corner, indoor swimming pool, tropical garden, everything in the kitchen, bed cover etc...TV, Every room have air condition. We have 4 bedroom but we keep one room as spare room. If you are student from Newcastle university we give you FREE transport time to time ( depend of the time you start and finish )
