Hi, I’m Ryan. I’m currently working in winemaking at a winery in the Yarra Valley. I’m also studying my degree in Wine Science. As you can imagine, I’m fond of a wine! I am friendly, courteous and clean. I’m looking for a place within the vicinity of the Yarra Valley to be closer to work.
I like to keep to myself, till ready to come out of my shell, privacy is top priority for myself and others I will be living with. Early to rise early to bed working 10 hr days. I enjoy relaxed Bush walking and bike riding. Keep things simple and respectful and you won't even know I'm there, I hope. Apart for my 14yr old Jack Russell x foxy, letting you know someone's home, Pj Harvey Crumpet is her full name, but she likes Harvey for short. I'm looking to save money and be as close to work as possible. House in country preferred.
It's lovely and clean and neat tidy. Everything is well maintained and landlord fixes any issues asap. Garden is easy to maintain as well. It is such a safe area. Primary school at the end of the road means it's such a family environment.
Amazing view over paddocks, awesome swimming pool with solar heating, 4 bedroom house including rad shack out the back that has a split system, large indoor/outdoor entertainment areas, two loving well trained dogs, fruit trees, room for improvement on vege patch herb garden, nice and quiet, lots of birds.
Great views both front/backyard making very easy to come home and just relax staring at the waters or looking at the trees with its fully edible garden there is no outdoor maintenance responsibility at all.
