Hi, We are a two french people (in couple) coming to Australia for an Internship in Ourimbah University. And We're looking for a place to stay for 3 months. We are tidy and clean and respectful of others space.
Easy going, quite, never home much, don't party. Very clean and tidy. Don't invade others personal space. Respect others privacy. Loves animals. I can move in whenever. I just have to give 2 weeks notice.
Extremely spacious separate room and ensuite with private entry in a newly built home. Fully furnished with quality furniture, reverse cycle air con, tv, heated towel rails, wifi, tea/coffee making facilities. Water views from room. Use of family kitchen and laundry or dinners provided for additional fee. 600 metre walk to Point Clare station and bus stop at end of the street. Extremely quiet home. Would suit Monday to Friday renter for $40 per night or $250 for a full week stay. Room has professional cleaners, and all linens/towels laundered regularly.
I'm bubbly easy going very friendly rarely home and if I am my hobbies are Netflix and video games I don't smoke nor cause much fuss and I'm easy to get along with I'm currently working as a part time salesman and I own my own car
I’m super open minded and chill (and tidy!), thrive on good conversation and just generally stoked to be alive. I love spending my time outside, hiking, scuba diving, kayaking, rock climbing or having a dope picnic. If I’m inside I’m probably listening to some funky tunes and cooking a feast (vego). I’ve travelled a bit overseas to NZ, Thailand, Nepal and Greece, and I’ve just returned from a six month trip travelling Aus in my van. I also have good rental history and am pretty savvy and confident regarding realestate. I’d love to find some like minded people to find a place with, hopefully where we’d live together, not around each other. Ideally a spacious house near the beach or lake where we can create a home that we love being in. The kind of home where we cook and eat some meals together and feel comfortable to invite family or friends, be there for a hug if needed, and most importantly where we are considerate of one another.
I'm just about to move down to the Central Coast NSW - from the Gold Coast QLD I'm an Architectural Designer / Drafter..... Starting a new job with a builder in Gosford on Monday 21th May. Hopeful to find a place asap - to give me a few days to settle in before starting work!! I have a dog - a Burnese Mountain Dog. She's large & she's hairy, but she's the sweetest kid! Well adjusted, social & trained. Loves everyone, I can take her anywhere & I do! I have a cat - She's 'Little Miss Confidence' she's also well adjusted, social & trained. She does display territorial dominance with other cats - we have lived with other cats before successfully, but it might be an issue in certain circumstances. At home - I'm quiet & chilled. I do like to go out to dinner & for other social events tho. For fun - I enjoy 'long walks on the beach' with my doggie!!! I'm also involved in the world of stand-up & improv comedy.... I like laughing a lot!!!

I’m a 31 year old male who works full time in a professional role locally. I am born and raised on the Central Coast and have always lived here. I’m an easy going person and enjoy sport, gym/F45, food, coffee, tv shows/movies, the beach, the outdoors, and animals. I like to keep to myself and respect people’s spaces but also like to socialise. I’m a clean person and always keep things neat and tidy.
We're a quiet couple and both we're working. Krystal is From Brisbane, she has experience working with food and people. Matt is Western Australia and has experience dealing with people. Both of us are quiet and reserved, but can become social if the need is presented.
I'm clean, kind, respectful fun and have seven years experience living in share houses. I love my food and fitness and have a solid income. I get along with basically everyone I meet. Feel free to message me if you have a nice room available. Happy for a 3 month stay but willing to go for up to 12 months plus depending on circumstance.
Property has housed international and Australian University students for the past 5 years. Fully furnished, great (central) location, easy walk to Gosford train station, bus near front door. Located at Point Frederick near Gosford swimming pool and Gosford waterfront. Water views from living areas.
ROOM AVAILABLE TO RENT FROM SEPTEMBER. I have a room available to rent in a 2 bedroom, fully furnished Point Frederick Apartment. The place is brand new, with off street and underground secure parking. It is literally 5 minutes from Gosford CBD yet not actually in Gosford. It’s an ideal location for access to the business centre and/or the hospital, as well as straight onto the highway to head north/south. The apartment itself has 2 bathrooms (one would be your own private), a fully functional kitchen (when I'm not in it), with all the appliances someone told me one needs for a kitchen. WiFi, foxtel and all other utilities included. Most importantly though it has a great balcony with a view, perfect for the afternoon wind down with a cold one after a long day. This place is ideal for the midweek commuter up/down from Sydney/Newcastle, or anyone else new to the area
Something has gone wrong with your system. I have been registered with you for months but my listing dropped out. I supplied it again and you sent me four possible tenants. I responded to one of them and was told I didn't have a lisiting. Please let me know what the situation Thanks, Katherine Cummings
