The position is unbeatable. The ferry is literally 4 minutes walk away. It runs daily from 5.30am to 11.30pm. It's a great service. The beach is literally just across the road. The house is right next door to the kiosk and 200 metres from the Red Rock Cafe, great food and wine. There's always a breeze.

Share house is only $225 a week for 2 bedrooms! Quiet street, property backs onto bush land, built in 2015/16. Tenant will have master and ensuite with walk in robe, which has air conditioner plus a second bedroom opposite master bedroom and exclusive use of media room for their own lounge room area, essentially making the end of the house their own private area with lots of storage. Rooms have blinds. Gas hot water and cook top which keeps electricity costs down. Lock up garage with space to park 1 car. Cable Internet is $40 a month if needed. Bus stop is a short walk, with a bus that goes direct to the city in the mornings. About 5 mins drive to Cleveland shops and 10 minutes to Victoria Point shops. Shared utilities cost. Bond =$900 done through realestate. Would suite a single parent or someone who needs a separate office space. I really like living here cause there are lots of bike and walking paths, close to the water and it’s a quiet street.
Easy going, can be social but like my own space too. I eat healthy and have a a healthy lifestyle. I work a 7:30am-5:00pm job Monday to Friday and also study fulltime at QUT so I won't be in the place much during the week. I also don’t smoke and can’t live with somone who does. I have a cat called Luna.
Hello I am working five days a week, I am very reliable trust worthy and honest. I am a clean and tidy person and well mannered. I am great to get along with and easy to have a conversation with. I love pets and good with kids. I like to go shopping and see friends in my spare time.
Very easy going person always with a smile. Very active. When I'm not at work I'll either be sailing or refitting my yacht. Home is my place to relax and unwind my mind.
I am friendly and talkative, but I also like to give people space. Although I can be creative and cluttered, I do prefer to maintain hygienic and tidy environment for myself and others. I use up minimal kitchen and fridge space, I clean up after myself and others, I use headphones when listening to music or watching movies to reduce noise, and I take short showers to save water. I have lived with a diverse range of households with different lifestyles, from loud parties, to quiet living spaces. In all situations, good communication between housemates creates the best living environment. While I have no dogs or cats, I do have small terrarium animals (hermit crab pictured) that stay within my living space along with a few houseplants. Even though I am a little allergic to furry animals, I can handle living in households with a small number of dogs or cats.
I'm Ash, I'm 22 years old and work full time. Looking for a room that can fit a queen size and a desk would prefer something with a built-in. Keen to live with people around my own age who don't mind socializing and having a drink or two. I'm clean and tidy and respect personal space. In my spare time, I enjoy keeping active and trying new things. No pets
My name is Ethan, I am 20 years old and working full time, I am a very good people person so you'll probably have to deal with the odd bad joke hear and there, other than that, I don't do to much or have millions of friends that I will be inviting over to your place :) I am workig hard to save money and recover silly debts from when I was 18. Happy to live wherever, as long as the people are nice and I can cook sometimes :)
I’m 28 years old, and it’s just me and my cat, Abbi! She’s a bit cute! I’m a personal trainer and building my business still. Looking for somewhere with people who like to be social but also like their time alone! I’m an avid sports fan and movie watcher! Hopefully I find my fit for 6 or so months before I look to find my own place :)
My names courtney me and my partner have finally saved up and brought everything we need to move out, we are both outgoing and easy to get along with both work full time hours with steady incomes. I’m 19 in August and very mature for my age, love going shopping or just relaxing at home as being a hairdresser can be full on. My partner Calum is 19 in June, mature as well but loves being outdoors. He is a scaffolder and loves his job.
Hi! My name is Brianna! I am 20 years old! I work Monday to Friday in childcare. I am extremely caring and loving, I get along with almost everyone. I do have anxiety, which makes it extremely nerve racking to move in with other people, but I’m sure once I become comfortable I’ll open up. I have a partner who I am with most weekends and some nights during the week so I won’t always be at home. I am vegan so all of my food won’t contain any animal products, I’m willing to share some of my meals as they are delish. I really want to stay in the redlands or around, my job is in Alexandra Hills and my family all live in the redlands. I want to move in with people who I can get along with and vibe with, I want to be able to have a friendship with the people I share a house with!
Hey, I'm a 26 year old female who works full-time. I've moved back to Brisbane about a year ago after living and travelling in Europe for 4 years. I enjoy socialising but also respect personal space and alone time. I enjoy cooking and need to live in a clean house with nice, easy going people :)
Looking for a place to rent in south-east Brisbane (I'll be working in Metro South, exact location not yet known I'll update in a few days!) 22 Year old male, I 'm pretty quiet, clean and tidy. I spent 2017 living with 2 female housemates who kept me in check! I also stayed with 3 other great housemates in Wynnum early 2018, however I left to North Queensland for a contract job for 3 months and my room's been filled! They'd be happy to provide a character reference though. I'm a bit of a PC gamer, and also play acoustic guitar (though I'll be sure to be quiet late at night/ if you're studying or need some quiet). I just got a job with the Queensland Ambulance Service in Metro South so am back in bris and looking for a place to stay!
Hi my name is Tracey, I am a 58yr old single woman. I am downsizing due to a change in my current circumstances, and looking to team up with a like-minded female around the same age to share the costs of a house, or a 3 bedroomed fully self-contained studio or granny flat with myself & my 2 Cats. I need to move in the next month or so as I am living with my son who is expecting theri first child and they need the room. I am a quiet, clean/tidy non-smoker, respectful of others privacy, while expecting the same in return. I am a happy extrovert, up for a chat & socialize from time to time, but am also happy to keep to myself. Not into constant or loud parties/noise. My cats are currently being boarded free of charge, but only for the short term; I would dearly love to have a place to bring them home. They are well-behaved, litterbox trained, desexed, adult female cats, which have their own outdoor enclosure (if space available or enclosure needed) are used to being indoors/outdoors but mainly indoors when I am home. They are quiet and not in your face, not used to big dogs, but may get used to a small quiet dog or another cat. I am currently receiving newstart allowance of $600 to $622(varies depending on Centrlink)regularly a f/night, plus extra assistance for living expenses while studying. I am enrolled in TAFE studying a Cert III in Business/Admin (medical) . I am also actively looking for work, in admin/reception as I prefer my own income / independence. I can afford a maximum of $190 week, towards rent with bills included, ie power, phone, internet). Will consider short term lease to start, all being well looking at extending to long term 6 monthes or more. Could you contact me by e-mail me if you have or know of anyone who may be renting a place, or wanting to team up. Thank you Tracey
