Hi! Tess and Jordy here. We're a young couple currently working our way through our last few years of study. Jords works in hospitality while he studies carpentry, he also plays ice hockey (and could talk for hours about it) and I work as a yoga teacher and at the Adelaide Fringe while studying education. We also come with the added bonus of an old dog called Bailey. Bailey is a nearly 7 year old springier spaniel who loves to sleep and to this day hasn't barked once - he's the sweetest old thing. We're a very easy going bunch and spend a lot of time cooking, gardening and exploring the great outdoors together. We're looking for somewhere all three of us can live (I will move between the house and my parents place) from June for 7 months before we head off on our next journey around the world. Look forward to hearing from you! Tess and Jords

I am studying at unisa to be a Occupational Therapist and working throughout the weekend in hospitality. I have had many leases, shared accomodation. My last housemate bought a house with her partner and now I am moving because the lease is up and they sold this house to an older couple who are going to live here. My house (as pictured) is beautiful, I have all furniture and many plants indoor and outdoor. I just bought a new fridge and outdoor seating area, bbq, hammock. Iam looking at places where we can both have our own bathroom. I would additionally be paying per square foot and functionality of the ensuite as I want to have a master bedroom for once in my leases, haha. I will prfessionally work it out so that it’s always fair. I have 4wd also but I do not mind about street parking if there’s a garage as it is a huge old landcruiser. I often take it camping and hiking in my spare time. If this sounds good pleade message, text or call.
Hey everyone . We are two adults in our mid 20’s who are after a third housemate. We are both pretty relaxed and easy to get along with. Also it goes without saying that the general house vibe is pretty laid back and chill. We are after someone who is: - Preferably under 30. - Clean : We are not clean freaks but sure would like to have someone who likes to maintain general order of the house and keep the common area clean . - Helps with shared household chores such as change toilet roll Doing their dishes general clean up after self -Understands the balance between socialising and having their own private space. - At least casually employed (with steady hours preferable) - Refrains from using drugs or binge drinking every day. - Non-smoker - No crazy parties at the house - Respectful friends welcome ABOUT THE HOUSE: $130 includes rent and bills and Netflix. First thing is that there are 3 cats at the property, they are indoor/outdoor cats and come and go as they please, locked in at night time. I would expect that anyone who moves in would respect them. We have a newly renovated kitchen, laundry, and backyard! Just a couple of minutes walk and you've hit grand junction road which has ample bus coverage to both port Adelaide and Arndale which can head you straight to town or the beach. Just on grand junction road is a servo for all your late night snack needs if you're into subway, hotdogs, and wok in a box. 10-minute drive to the beach, a 5-minute drive to the port, and a Foodland across the main road surrounded by Asian grocers. Complete air conditioning in the house, heating in the loungeroom. Generics like toilet paper (3ply of course), washing liquid and tablets, clothes detergent, cleaning products are included in the rent. Pets are considered! We do have 2 cats, Noodle and Evie, at the property already, so dogs may not be appropriate, nor birds that don't have an enclosure. We do have some rules which are quite generic: 1- clean up after yourself 2- pay rent on time 3- be open and honest with us And that's just about it! ***Please contact me about the bond bc I'm happy to discuss it with you!***
Looking for en-suite, modern clean non-shared bathroom. I am a new Lecturer at UniSA. I will now prefer places close to the beach between Henley and West Lakes.
I am clean and tidy, can get along with any age, very happy - nothing bothers me much, like company and private time. I tend to put things back that I know are out of place. I live in a house at Wynn Vale, with the owner (53 Male) and three other men (32,47,66) and have been here a year with no major problems. My daughter and her family live at Largs so would like to be closer to them. Once I'm settled would like to get a part-time job of some sort.
Hi! We are a couple; Vee is French and Grace is Aussie. We met while Grace was living in Paris and now we have moved back Down Under, and we have only just arrived in Adelaide as Grace is a Sydney-Sider! (Since we don't know Adelaide we have put the general areas we'd like to live but are open to surrounding suburbs and areas). I have left the length of time empty as we are flexible in how long we live somewhere. It may be six months or a year. Vee is a sportswear fashion and graphic designer and loves sports; Grace is an interior designer and teacher and loves reading a book in the garden with a cuppa. We love travelling, animals, meeting friends and discovering new things going on. We are friendly, laid-back and tidy.

I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
