My Girlfriend and I are looking for a nice and cosy place to stay in Adelaide for several months, end of August. We love travelling and both work in hospitality. We are looking forward to discover Adelaide !
We are an easy going couple ... We are no smoker, we drink alcohol very rarely. We like to do a bit of sport and try to have a healthy lifestyle. We have a dog, Charlie ... Good fella, he doesn't bark so much and he likes to play but still very quiet. We are going to Adelaide to work, Masami already got a work, she's dog groomer and I'm going to find one in construction when I will be there. Clarence and Masami
We are looking for a female flatmate only. Flatmates who are staying long term, are non smoking and drug free. We are applying for properties around the Port Area and want someone we can rely on and who want a pleasant trusting environment. Love sharing a meal or a wine.
Looking to Team Up or Share! I'm a single middle aged gay guy who is looking to share with a compatible house mate. I am hard working, reliable, clean and tidy. I lost my business of 14 years in December 2014 and have been through a rough time trying to get back on track with my life ever since. I've been house sitting since December 2016. Fortunately, I have been given a break and have just secured full time employment. It is shift work, so some early morning starts and some late night finishes although I will be at home each night to sleep. This is the break I have been waiting for to get me back on track. I'm very easy going, sociable and generally get along with people from all walks of life. People often describe me as charismatic and I enjoy the company of others in a social setting. I have a shipping container where I have been storing all of my furniture and belongings. Ideally, I am looking for someone to share with that has limited furniture so that I can take what I own out of storage. It's now time to start again. I'm looking for a responsible and honest person to share expenses, preferably on a longer term basis although this is negotiable. I am a lover of animals and have my own gorgeous 10 year old pooch who shares my life. A cross between a kelpie and a labrador, she is loved by all, well behaved and never a problem. I enjoy socialising, walking, travelling, music and new adventures. I am really seeking stability and hoping that there may be someone out there who is able to take on a lease under their name or jointly who is in need of a house mate with furniture. I am prepared to explore all opportunities.

Me and my girlfriend are one month in to our working holiday in New Zealand travelling from the UK. We have just arrived in Christchurch but are coming over to queenstown as soon as we have accommodation sorted out. We now need to find somewhere to live as currently we are living out-of our van after travelling down from Auckland. I am an electrician and jeannie is a manager/barista, we are both clean and tidy people. I have been guaranteed work in Queenstown so we would like to get over to queenstown as soon as possible. We Will both be working full time and will most likely be working long hours so would appreciate a cosy/quiet place where we can relax..... that being said we are both very sociable people and know how to have a good time. We are both very chilled people that are clean and tidy. We both have a love for the outdoors and hope to get skiing soon as! We would require somewhere to park the van either on drive or on street. Please let me know if we sound like a good fit for your place. James and Jeannie
The house is tucked away on a quiet street with lovely neighbours. The location is a few minutes walk to Semaphore beach and the train station. The house is spacious with great cooling and heating system. Internet and bills are included in the rent. There's a nice outdoor garden and an indoor shed laundry. The place has a very chilled family vibe to it and if you make it in time for dinner, you must score yourself a free meal from time to time. :) *No bond required just honesty, if for whatever reason you want to move out just give me Dave(landlord) two weeks notice. *don't mind smokers, as long as it's outside and you're considerate with throwing away your cigarette buds. *must be child and animal friendly.
This house is located just a 10 minute drive from the beach, a 3 minute walk to the servo, and just a 5 minute drive to the local shopping mall which has a Coles, a Kmart, and a Reject Shop. The house is furnished excluding the room up for rent. We have unlimited internet supplied by iinet that is included in the rent, along with split cycle air conditioning in the lounge room and ducted air conditioning into all the bedrooms and the lounge. All of the bedrooms have their own lock on the door. The most generic rule we have here is if you don't buy the food, don't eat the food. The only other thing we ask is that you lock the main door when you leave. One thing that you should know before coming in is that the back and front yard are about to undergo major renovations via the Landlord. The rent will not be going up, but we will be getting off-street parking in the front yard and the back yard will be getting done up. The reason I mention this is because it's more than likely not suitable for a dog whilst this is happening.
