i work as a bar tender and a causal childcare relief worker. ive been living in adelaide and renting for a few years now. last year i moved out on my own and currently share my house with a roommate. my house is always spotless so you wont have any issues with me leaving any sort of mess unless it my bedroom that can be a bit messy every so often. im the house mate that will take the bins out and do the simple things around the house. the reason i want to find new roommates or a roommate is because im finding it very difficult living with my current roommate as she is a few years younger then me and it really shows. i would love to live with a girl that is my age or older that is smart enough to understand personal space and positive vibes are important :) im very outgoing so im always doing something. im always up for a chat though i am very friendly. working late hours i normally like to come home and go straight to bed and have me time. one important thing is that i have a motorbike so ill need some yard/garage space to keep my motorbike safe. if i sound like someone you could happily live with message me :)
I am a clean, tidy and respectful person of others and their property. So you won't have to worry about me being messy or anything like that. I am currently 19 years of age looking for full time work. I do respect a bit of privacy as I do like having my own time every now and then. I am a smoker. I do have a weekly wage come in so I can pay rent, max $150 p/w but I'd much rather pay around $100 p/w.
Close to the Port and the beach, make yourself at home with my two dogs and I. Lots of room and wine to share! Close to public transport, a short walk to the beach and close to historic Port Adelaide and Semaphore.
Hello my name is Hayden Walter, i am currently looking at boarding out a room. I am 24 years old, i am currently studying part time at tafeSA and starting work for Viterra at Roseworthy in October. I dont mind having a drink and my daily activies include going to the gym, studying and playing computer games. I am sociable but i dont mind keeping to myself also. I am in the process of moving out of home and finding somewhere to live that is a bit more personal for me. I have lived with friends before so i know how to look after myself and willing to do any cleaning and work that is required. Contact me through flatmates and send a message or get my number and call me if you would like to see what i am like and if you could see me sharing a house with you.
I am currently looking for a like minded person to team up with around Andrews Farm. I have two small, gorgeous dogs. They are well trained and behaved. I keep to myself a lot, I can be very quiet and spend the day in my room quite happily. But I can also be loud, sociable and very outgoing. Would be really nice to live with someone who also likes wine, wouldn't it be fun to polish off a bottle together after a shitty day. Some of my hobbies include; Gardening, mountain bike riding, crochet, musical arts, gaming, binge netflix'n, gym, the occasional night out on the town, random road trips and adventures. & I love to cook, have the maddest obsession with food!
Just looking for place to stay until I get on my feet. As a person who moved out of home at 16, started paying my own tuition fees and became a self starting person, I can confidently say that I know how to look after and care for a house respectfully. I care very much about the privacy of others and expect it to be returned. I'm not a loud person or very social, I keep a house quiet and clean. However I am a very bright person, up for a good chat and a laugh. I enjoy getting to know people. I'm looking for bills to be included in the rent price. I keep fish, so pets would have to be allowed. Although they wouldn't take up too much room, they can stay in the room if that is desired. Looking for anywhere in Adelaide that's close to shops and essential places. I'll be looking to move in November unless the property is near Andrews Farm, to which I could move immediately. At this stage I will be looking at $200 rent, however once I get out of school and move from part time into a full time job I should be able to afford more. I do have a partner looking to move with me, however we've realised that it's unrealistic to expect us to move together. But if it's possible that would be great.
Hey! So both my friend and I are looking for accomodation, we're both 17 and working and also studying, I've got my cert 2/3 im hairdressing whilst she's still ongoing her study in nursing. Both very easygoing and good to live with, not loud at all but always up for a chat
