Looking for my own flat/studio/granny flat or room in an existing share place in the Queanbeyan/Oaks Estate area for myself and my little ten year old dog (left in photo). Budget is max. $230 per week. Also considering a team up for a 2 bedroom flat/house, with total rent max. $460. Preferably within walking/easy cycling distance to the Queanbeyan CBD, or on a bus route. Also close to parks/river for walking Billy. I am the event manager for a large annual Sydney based Festival (I work remotely from home). I am friendly, sociable and like a chat, but also like my quiet time. Qualities in a flatmate: Easy going, no dramas, not an 'at home partier', clean and tidy. Animal lovers most welcome!

I am a fulltime admin worker, and can keep to myself when needed but I do like to have a laugh and be social as well! Clean and tidy person, also don’t mind cooking and having a drink. Happy to live with any animals! Love them all. Please message me if you have anymore questions.
Hi, I’m a student from Malaysia looking for a place to stay in Canberra for one month. I’m tidy and easy-going and I also respect your personal space. I go to the gym but also enjoy reading at home or chilling with friends over a cup of coffee or beer.
relatively new, not too big or small Townhouse. Allocated parking available. Own seperate bathroom, and decent size room with built in robe. Own balcony is also accessible from the room. The complex has a pool, BBQ area and park. The house has unlimited internet (additional to rent), fully furnished (except the room), BBQ in courtyard with outdoor setting. All that i ask is that you pay rent on time and treat the house as its your own ie cleaned and respected.
Apartment with your own living area, bathroom and balcony. Shared gallery style kitchen. Bills and unlimited NBN internet included in rent. Underground parking with a storage shed. Close to Canberra and downtown Queanbeyan. Bedroom and living area are already furnished but can be swapped out for your own.
Myself and my two german shepherd x husky dogs are looking for somewhere new to live. Dogs are outside only and in their third level of obedience training. I work two jobs so am basically always busy and thus fairly quiet. More than happy to help out with cooking and house/garden work.

i'm a fun young adult working full time and loves to listen to music. I am a tidy person and I love cleaning on my spare time. I also love to meet new people and build a friendship with them.
Hi, My name is Holly, I'm a down to earth, genuine person. Honest, responsible and respectful. I'm unique, a lil outside the box, yet also fun, quite, very clean & tidy, and not into drama . A little alternative in some aspects of life. Preferably after a self contained unit/ studio/ bedsitter/ flat or even a caravan type rental. Seeking longer term rental.
I'm a responsible, easy going Engineer and really I'm just hoping my future housemates don't leave all of the housework to me. I'm single, come with the most adorable little rag-doll cat you'll ever see and I mostly spend my spare time relaxing with Netflix, movies and games. I'm happy to cook & socialise as well, although I generally keep to myself.
I am about to finish spending two years overseas and volunteering in the States, Europe and South East Asia. I am coming home Mid June and am looking for a place to move into. I am laid back, relaxed, enjoy company but also respect quiet time. I have a job lined up when i get back and can pay my own bills. Would love to become part of a house that is reasonably tidy but relaxed. In my free time i enjoy playing sports, reading and enjoying the sunshine! I also enjoy a good night in just chatting and talking about life.
I’m a 48 year old just broke up with my husband of 25years due to us having our own business which unfortunately broke us. I am looking for a new start. I work full time from 5am-around 4-5pm Monday to Friday. I am very quiet but enjoy a laugh and a drink. I have 2 daughters 24 & 21 so am very aware of the younger generation. I keep to myself unless asked to join in. I enjoy bowling, movies, going out to dinner, generally having a good time. My only issue may be that I have a beautiful female dog who is the light of my life. Housetrained and a great guard dog so security wouldn’t be a problem. Please don’t disregard my application straight away because of this I would like the chance to explain my situation and if need to, make some changes. Thank you for your consideration
I'm a full time professional who has just moved to Canberra for a new position. I own my own home interstate but have lived in lots of sharehouses over the years so I am well versed in making it work and getting along with people. I am respectful and easy to get along with and ideally looking for somewhere to get my bearings and find my feet. its likely that I will not be around on weekends as I will mostly be out camping or riding my dirtbike (which I intend to put in storage).
Young working professional. Very clean and tidy. Down to earth. Love to eat and cook. Enjoys my own space occasionally and respects other people's need for space and privacy. Up for having a chat with my roomies too
The townhouse is located approx. 2-minute drive and a 10-minute walk from the shops. It is a part of a brand-new complex and is currently fully furnished (except the available room). This small-scale townhouse has ducted air-conditioning and heating, and street parking is available. We are currently awaiting NBN connection (installation of the box, though a service provider already established with Telstra). The room itself is unfurnished and would easily fit a queen bed, it also has a built-in wardrobe. It will be a shared bathroom and toilet. Rent is $180/wk., excluding bills. If you are interested in an inspection please message me, as we can arrange a time (afternoons or weekends preferable). Unfortunately no pets allowed.
Hi, my great housemate is leaving :-( so I have a fully furnished room (QS bed; cupboard) for one person that is AVAILABLE from 13 July. The maximum people in the house will be two i.e. me and you - there are only two bedrooms. No couples please as it is too 'squeezy'. I do not want more furniture brought into the house - the house is fully furnished and well equipped. Because of this I am happy to have short-term shares i.e. you might be looking for somewhere more suitable that will take your furniture but you need to move out of where you are staying. For less than 4 weeks add another $15 a week to the weekly rent. More than 4 weeks we then work out the shared gas, electricity and water bills. The house is a RENOVATED WEATHERBOARD close to Queanbeyan CBD. There is a lovely garden and back deck. Gas heating and cooking and solar hot water (with a manual electric booster) and NBN limited wireless and 4G. There is on-street parking which is well lit and is time unlimited. There is public transport a short walk to town (less than 10 minutes) and Queanbeyan railway station is a 15 minute (or 25 minutes with a heavy backpack!) walk. And if you work in Canberra city, there is a park-and-ride just across the border in Fyshwick. Or if you are into cycling there is bicycle path into Canberra that swings past the park-and-ride. You've got to be willing to do your bit in the garden - THIS IS ESSENTIAL! OR you will need to pay to have someone do your bit. Garden tasks are mostly sweeping the paths, deck, driveway and raking eucalyptus bark and leaves (once a week) and occasional mowing and cutting back hideously invasive ivy. Between two it is less than onerous. You must be a clean and tidy person to live with and actually know how to clean (you'd be suprised...!). I prefer a vegetarian household - i.e. I do not eat meat, fish or poultry - but if you do eat meat then you are welcome to cook meat on the gas bbq that is undercover just outside the kitchen door. No animals/pets sorry even though I occasionally have my kelpie come and stay. So you will have to like dogs. She is quiet and well trained. Please do not hesitate to give me a hoy if you are in any way interested. Any references would be helpful. And I really do not care whether you are a 'professional' or not - used alone, I find the term pretentious :-) I am much happier knowing about your interests :-) rather than how you earn a living (and yes, I know they could be one and the same...). I play indoor soccer, run and cycle (as a transport option rather than for fun) and like to keep fit. If you want to know more about why I have a pic of a juvenile Thorny Devil on my middle finger then see my research topic at my uni open access web link at the Fenner School of Environment and Society by doing a Google search. Cheers, Juliana
The room has a built-in wardrobe and is unfurnished. The rent includes electricity, internet and Netflix which is connected to the lounge room tv. The only thing you are responsible for is your food but happy to discuss if you want to do joint shopping or separate. I have 2 small dogs so you should be dog-friendly. The unit is 3 bedrooms and has a front courtyard and I have a small BBQ in the front yard. Parking off street on footpath. Only about 1klm to shopping centre town centre and hospital and quiet location.
