Hey everyone I'm Teahly! My partner and I currently live in Los Angeles, California but we are relocating to WA this July. I am originally from Townsville, QLD, and my partner Spence is from California. He is doing his masters degree in Perth at UWA and I work in the real estate industry here in LA and will be working in real estate sales in Perth or the Joondalup suburb area. We relocated to the states about a year ago from QLD for work and are excited to now be coming to Perth! We are both easy going and super friendly, we love being outdoors, exploring, hiking, camping, relaxing on the beach, hanging by the pool, going out on a Friday night, BBQ with a few drinks on weekends, and watching movies. We would love to make some new friends to since we are new to WA:) I work full time and Spence will be studying full time and working casual as well so we are also super busy. the house is partially furnished living room is not so if you have your own couch and tv you can have the living room as i use the tv room and the bedroom is not furnished you will get the other bathroom and a car space in the garage. the butler train station is a short walk from the top of the street and shops all over the place within 5 minutes apart.
