I’m reliable with rent/ bills payments. I’m currently looking for a comfortable type home/ people. Easy going attitude. Open minded and tidy/ hygienic in my home front... I’m kind and fair. I think i’m a good, fun and honest person.
Hi there! After spending spending 3 months in tassie ,at the beginning of the year, I decided I didn't want to leave. So I sold all of my stuff, in Canada, and bought a one-way ticket! While not working you can usually find me outside, off on another adventure. I'm arriving at the end of June and looking for a place to call my own or some awesome people to live with! I am clean, easy going and have a job.
I'm Daniel, 22, currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources Management) at Uni by distance. I'm clean and organised, like cooking and going to the gym. I enjoy a good chat and casual wine, but can also keep to myself when work and uni life gets busy. I am relocating to Hobart to live closer to my girlfriend while we look at finding a place together to call home. In the meantime, I am requiring roughly six months accommodation, maybe more, with a bunch of friendly, clean, and easy-going housemates. I will be working full-time and studying on the side. Thanks for checking out my profile; please let me know if you have something available!
A pretty adventurous and chill personality on the lookout for likeminded housemates! I spend a lot of my time working which I love, but that also means I really appreciate alone time. That said however! I'll almost always be up for a beer or (occasionally) indulging in guilty pleasures like Bachelor in Paradise or Game of Thrones. I love anything to do with the ocean / bushwalking / dogspotting, and am currently saving up for hopefully a grand trip around Australia. In the meantime the dream sharehouse for me would be near Hobart (as that's where I work) have a bathroom to housemate ratio of 1:2 , bedroom big enough for a double bed, and prefs off street parking, but of course I'm flexible with all of that :)
We’re both currently living in the north west coast of Tasmania but are wanting to make the move to Hobart to find our feet and make the most out of the opportunities in a bigger city . I have recently finished school and want to move on to full time work, the northwest coast is not providing me with the opportunities that Hobart could, the only problem is finding a place in Hobart to live. My boyfriend is also currently wanting to move to Hobart as he’s looking to find work and to be closer to his friends , he has also applied for the police force and is hoping to hear back in the next few months. We’re both easy going people who enjoy spending time either with there friends or relaxing in our room. We’re always laughing so we would prefer to live with someone who can join in on the jokes and laugh with us but also knows how important personal space is.
We are close to UTAS and the city yet private and quiet, close to the bush and native birds and animals. The views are also stunning. Loads of space. This is a quiet and peaceful home with quality furnishings and ambiance. The owner is nice too! Netflix, new TV, WiFi, en-suite, warm and comfortable home. Car required.
Houseshare hunting ? If you're over 40 and looking to share with a mature age person then this may well be of interest to you. I am a post 40 male looking for a suitable (quiet, private, but well featured) property in the Hobart region. Anywhere from Kettering to Claremont to Opossum Bay really. Peace and quiet is the main thing for me. That being the case, no children or pets (or UTA students. heh..) will be considered. No smokers, party animals etc either. Whilst currently employed I am looking to retire early (not short of money...) and lease a house. Probably 3br, ensuite, garage etc. Looking for someone interested in sharing with me. Ideally, but highly improbable it seems, the ideal applicant will be well aware of reality, natural cycles, the AGW lie etc. If not, so be it. We can do our own thing and get together for the odd meal, bbq, movie etc. You will be able to satisfy the usual real estate agent requirements. As I am also an inventor, you will be required to sign a legally binding non-disclosure agreement with me to ensure that any information you may become privy to cannot/will not be disclosed. If interested, send me a message describing yourself and interests. Cheers
Hi there! I've been living in my current place in Sandy Bay for about three years but unfortunately my landlord is selling the place so I have to move out. I'm originally from New Zealand but Hobart's been my home for a long time now. I like to fix up old bicycles, and I volunteer at the Hobart Bike Kitchen when I'm not working in the city. I love music, and have done since I began listening to my brother's vinyl collection in the 70s and I'm still onto something new every month When I'm at home I like to fix bicycles when thair are to many like six I give a few away 😬 I read a lot go mountain biking and I'm pretty handy about the house good at spoting problems befor thay become expensive problems landlords like me I tend to eat out, so I don't use the kitchen much I always like to live in a clean home I'm Clean by nature easy to live with and I like to help out if it's called for. I'm polite never grumpy I really don't get the point of grumpynes it's such a wast of time 😳 I respect my housemates' personal space and their privacy, but I like a chat as well. I pay all my bills on time and pay my rent like clockwork. All in all, I'm pretty low maintenance. I'm looking for something with easy access to the city on a bike or bus, around $200 and $220, depending on the place. Looking forward to meeting you! Regards Alan.
