Hi, my name is William and I'll be moving down from North-West Tasmania to Hobart to study a Bachelor of ICT at UTAS this year. I'm a single, quiet, polite 18-year-old able to clean up after himself. My interests include arts and music, as well as games and watching T.V. shows. I like spending time with other people, but also enjoy my own space.
I’m a travel consultant at Flight Centre and I have a little dog named Narla. I’m working full time and have excellent references after renting with Harcourts. I would be looking for a place that’s unfurnished as I already have my furniture + appliances etc. I’m super friendly + outgoing and very clean + tidy. I would be looking to rent with 1 - 3 other people :)
Hi - Move time is flexible - I have a share house on Huon Rd (listing on here), but unless i find two great women, I want to simplify and just share with one (either gender) somewhere else. I would love to just share with one other person and pay less than $200 per week until I get more work (which hopefully will be soon - in which case budget can go up a bit) I would love to find someone to apply for places with, or move into existing house (could be more than 2 of us if I don't have to manage it all!) (NB: I have lovely old male cat). I am open-minded, green-minded, in my 40s, love music, like questioning the status quo, and care about people and the world we live in :-)
I am a young professional from Canada taking some Business Studies in Tasmania for 6 months. My boyfriend was born and raised in Tasmania & is in the final year of his University degree. We are a quiet couple who are very respectful and friendly. We will be busy studying and working and traveling around Tasmania during our time off. We both have jobs lined up for when we arrive in Australia at the end of January. We are very easy going and clean! We both love to cook and also love meeting new people!
I've just finished year 12 and am moving to Hobart area to start studying languages at UTAS this year. I can cook and clean and am a tidy person. My interests are music and the arts as well as worldly culture.
Next to Woolworths shopping complex. You will have a master bathroom and a bedroom to yourself. You are allowed to use the dryer and washer. The kitchen is upstairs through my study/office space where you can use the fridge and pantry space/ as well as cooking. I utilise the lounge area outside my bedroom as my online streaming / relax zone. Your bedroom and bathroom are away from me downstairs, I only pass through for doing laundry and entry/exit from the garage. Parking available in the visitor car park section as my car is in the garage. Not pet friendly, not party friendly. This set up is designed as personal and private, I'll keep noise down as much as possible from upstairs. I value my privacy and that of others so you won't have to worry about others using your space at all. The $185 per week covers rent and just under half of the house internet connection. It's expected that things like power and water are halved. I am looking for a 12 month lease signing as that's what is expected from my landlord.
I'm studying Psych at UTas with a major in neuroscience. I'm a volunteer scout leader who works part time at Sustomi, making me a super environmentally friendly person. I keep to myself but if you want to have a chat i'm always more than happy to hang out :)
Mid 20s, looking for a place in and around Hobart. Would like to live with someone who is similar in that they like a combination of socialising and time to their self, is clean, organised and appreciates privacy.
Hi, Currently I am a Student Nurse and I work in a pharmacy on the weekend. I'm also an artist/jeweller (when time allows) I do happen to have a fat cat but he can be fostered out if the home doesn't accept pets. Friendly and easy going nature, studying most of the time so would prefer a quiet environment, respectful and enjoy a good conversation. Open to anything and team up's especially. Thanks for reading :)
Hello! Myself and a friend are looking for a place to rent in Hobart or the surrounding suburbs. We will both be studying in 2019, myself at UTAS and my friend with Foundry. Preferably looking for somewhere with 2 rooms available. We are super easy going, clean and enjoy a good chat. Please contact me if you have anything available!
Hi my names Mat I’m an electrician from country Vic. Moving back to Hobart early January and will be working at the hospital. When I’m not working I enjoy sports, weekends away, camping and hiking, catching up with friends. I’m great to live with because I’m quiet around the house in the mornings, respectful of housemates things and space, keep common areas clean, pay bills on time, always up for a chat, beer/wine or a Netflix binge and have a positive outlook. Non smoker, love pets and don’t mind doing the lawns/gardening.

I am respectful, considerate of others and keep tidy. I work mostly in security, a little in fitness (PT) and some retail. I can usually be found at work or in the gym or asleep though I am not averse to a little conversation or company. I don't smoke, rarely drink and all animals like me, except maybe small terriers and chihuahuas. I am currently in North Hobart and my lease runs until the end of February so I will be trying to time a move near then.
