Hey I’m bella and I am 19 years old, I live in Gordon tas and it’s super far to travel everyday to study so I was looking for a place anywhere closer to Hobart I am very respectful will give you your own space and I am clean. Looking for someon bubbly like myself so then we would get along better male or female or both I don’t mind just want somewhere stable with people I could build friendships with, I love animals and I am a smoker.
Quiet, mature and friendly. Enjoy spending time outdoors, going to gigs and playing footy. Enjoy small gatherings and some bevvies. Can cook and very tidy. Have a small cat named Nala. Would also like to have the option to bring my dog Roly, otherwise he will need to be rehomed.
Hi, I have just rebuilt my share house to make it new again. I am pleased to have working visa travellers and students again. The house is by the sea and private. The owner will take care of heating and will consider connecting to wifi
Hi guys, we are looking for a place to stay for 10 days while we wait for our place. We have already found a place but it becomes available on the 16th. Dates would be from the 6th to the 16th. About us, we are a chilean couple, both 27, we spent most of our day working, and just chill and watch movies on our free time. Undemanding guest. Non smokers, no pets. We have a car so parking is a must, dont mind walking a block or 2 if there is no off street parking right in front. For any further information, just message me Sebastian
To get a good idea of this place and myself, check out the site on Airbnb. I rent another room to Airbnb guests. You would have access to all facilities. A beautiful house on Mt Wellington/kunyanyi. Prefer couples or female. Character house with large beautiful garden, lots of wildlife, close to Mountain walks. 15 minutes to GPO. Regular bus service.
Beautiful Kingston sunny villa with views of Mount Wellington. You would get your own bedroom on the bottom floor + private main bathroom. The villa is furnished throughout and is modern inside + out. 5 - 10 minute drive to Kingston beach and 30 second walk to all of the shops. Parking is available but unfortunately no pets allowed.
The property is located in a prime location. Bus stop to Hobart is 2 mins away from the house and you can get into city within 20mins. All the shops including supermarkets, banks, bakeries, gym are 8 mins walking distance. The room is furnished and comes with queen size bed and mattress.
Hi there, there is an unfurnished master bedroom for rent in a bright and airy 3br house in central Kingston. It has windows running along two walls and a large built-in wardrobe. The house is within close walking distance to bus stops (great for those working in the city or students who attend UTas) and shops including Coles and Woolworths. Living here is myself, a 40yo nursing student; a 25yo female architect who works in the city during the week and visits Launceston most weekends; and my very friendly medium-sized 2yo dog. There is a large backyard, a modern bathroom, plenty of off-street parking, and unlimited internet. If you have a pet dog yourself, or a cat, they can definitely be considered! The current tenant of the master bedroom has been staying with us while her house was being repaired from the damage in the Storm. Now it is nearly finished, she will be leaving at the end of August to move back into her newly repaired and renovated place! This home would suit someone who is either a student or a worker (or both!). That someone would also ideally be responsible about doing the necessary things that go with living in a shared house, eg taking the garbage out, periodically cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, etc. Rent does not include internet and all bills are divided equally between the occupants. Potential housemates will have to go through an approval process with the real estate agent but it's more of a formality than anything else. Any questions, please don't hesitate to message me. Available to move in from 31st August. Thanks!
Room available in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Kingston for $150 per week! - this is exclusive of power and internet bills, which are divided evenly. House is furnished, and you would only have to bring the furniture for the bedroom. - house gets plenty of natural sun, is furnished with modern appliances, has a large deck off the dining area. - would share a bathroom one other person. - available bedroom has a good sized built in wardrobe and window out looking back garden. Big enough to fit a double bed.
Hi there, I am a healthcare professional and an aspiring physician from Melbourne, moving to Hobart in July to study medicine at UTas. I am extremely clean and tidy, love to explore nature, try out new restaurants and wineries, play some golf or just go for a nice drive (if and whenever I do get the time) and generally try to be as polite and helpful as I can be. I am always up for a meal together but am also very respectful of other people's space. I am definitely not looking for a party house or a place that is loud on the weekend, but a place where we can share a meal, have a glass of wine occasionally and share an intelligent conversation. I am looking to move into a shared house or team up ASAP as my uni starts in the second week of July. Regards, Dhruv
I am a generally clean and tidy person, and I take my fair share of the housekeeping load. At the moment, I'm still a college student, working part-time, and am just fairly quiet in general. I'm very flexible in who and where I would flat with. I do have a dog who is excitable, though, so bear that in mind.
I am an Orthoptist who just finished uni, planning to move to Hobart from Sydney for full time work. I will be relocating on the 10th August. Happy to stay at a place long term too. I'm an easy-going guy, who can cook and clean. I'm adventurous guy who enjoys the outdoors, seeing new places and 4WD/camping. I also love basketball and hiking I respect privacy but also enjoy company and down for a chat Happy to live 15min drive from the city as I would have a car and be required to drive to work

Hey, I'm a utas student looking for a room in a share house either in hobart, or surrounding(preferably south) subburbs. I'm finishing off my Fine arts degree, I'm a creative person. I'm a solid mix if social and keep to myself. My socialising tends to be out and about and less at home. I prefer a tidy place, and I'm not strict around that just happy to help maintain a livable clean space.
